This document will record my recruitment and assimilation into the AQ task force. My name is Anthony Scower, and I have been assigned to work with Marcus Scott on the AlfendQ case starting today, November 15th 2012. My information access status is currently at sergeant, but I request that I be allowed Investigator status information as soon as I am integrated into the system. I will be meeting with lead investigator, Marcus Scott this afternoon to discuss terms of service. That is the end of this record.

I saw something strange today that I thought may be important to document. I was walking down 23rd street when I saw it. Lead Investigator Marcus Scott was talking to some unidentified people in an alleyway yesterday. He gave them money and walked away, and he was not in uniform. This was a strange thing to see, and I will not file this yet. I will however keep this documentation in the case of it every becoming relevant.

I checked up on the people that Marcus was speaking to. They were a local gang, protected by a gang leader that we couldn't convict. He may have been working on a secondary case, but I found it strange and documented it.

September 25th 2012

Marcus Scott is AlfendQ. We cannot trust him. He has been lying to us this entire time. All these years have been a lie. He is not who he says he is. I know because I have seen him first hand. I witnessed something that proves it. I want you to check for a missing person's report labeled as Devin Reoder. It should be reported soon. Devin Reoder is a police officer who's sister died in one of the AQ games. I have met him in person. Marcus Scott may have killed him. I heard it happen.

I have been suspicious of our lead detective ever since three days ago when he talked to some local gang members, and then paid them. I don't know what he told them, but I followed Marcus into town yesterday. I noticed very quickly that Marcus was trailing behind Devin Reoder from a distance. It happened very fast but several large man ran out of the alleyway and attacked Reoder. They knocked him unconscious and put him the trunk of a car. Marcus then got into that car and drove away.

I followed Marcus to an abandoned building. I listened at a window looking down into the basement. I heard shouting and screaming. Reoder was screaming and Marcus was doing something to him. I heard him shouting strange things about good and evil and he fully admitted to being AlfendQ. I have a strong testimony. We must confront him and arrest him as soon as possible.

Marcus is dangerous. We need to do something as soon as possible. I need you to burn this letter. I need you to gather men. We have AlfendQ himself in the police department with you. We can beat him.

To the San Francisco Police Department,

I know that Marcus is intercepting all of these letters that I have made over the past month. I know you are reading this, AlfendQ. I know who you are and what you have done. As you have probably noticed, I have gone missing. I left the police department as soon as my message to the Commissioner was never received. I am hiding out of state. You will never find me. I would like to offer a proposal to you. I will put you in bars by the end of the year. Based on who you are and what you have done, the penalty will most likely be death. There is no denying that. My challenge to you is simple. Try to kill me. Try. You can't. All you have is a name on a piece of paper, and a face that knows everything you have done.

I know you murdered Devin Reoder. I am sure you are aware of that already. I heard everything you said that day. I heard your philosophy and your reason, and have come to one conclusion. You must die. I will kill you before you kill me. It is as simple as that. I hope you are willing to accept a death game I have made. I will get the information of your true identity, and I will find a way to send it to the commissioner and spread the word. All it takes is one carefully executed act.

AlfendQ. I know you are human. I know that you are mortal. I am not afraid of you. I will stay where I am. May the best man win.

We have discovered the location of the newest AlfendQ killings. Seven bodies were found scattered around the premises of an old storage facility a mile off highway 101. We discovered the body of Jeremy Hill, US senator, and also Devin Reoder, a rioter turned police officer. Also, Micheal Eaton, Sal Uto, and Meea Kiley were found on premises.

Updated cranial devices have been recovered. One victim was injected with an unknown virus prior to her death. This time we have found strange documents littered around in a room labeled Panic Room. We have been unable to determine the documents absolute meaning at this time. We have theories but are not able to make a conclusion.

The last two bodies were the most informative. We have found the body of Joy Hanson, who is known as the primary student of the AQ governmental task force. She was found with both of her wrists cut in the parking lot of the storage facility. The final body we have been unable to name, but we are certain from blood makeup and other DNA evidence that it is AlfendQ. He was found in the parking lot next to Joy Hanson shot in the head through the mouth. We suspect it to be suicide.

The body of AlfendQ has been identified by several investigators as the body of Detective Marcus Scott. We have discovered this fact and are shocked at the implications of this. AlfendQ was the main detective for his own case and this is proving to be a serious issue. If the truth comes out that the AQ case was being run by the terrorist himself, then we would receive drastic backlash resulting in everyone including the commissioner losing their jobs. Because of this I recommend that this document and all documents related to the AQ case become classified. We can't risk this reaching public attention, or else we will have a similar situation to the 1993 situation.

We are unsure of what to do with the body after finding no family or friends to speak of. AlfendQ's death has been confirmed and we have decided that we will be transporting his body to Washington D.C to be buried by his parents who were his first victims.

I am glad to say that the AQ case will finally be put to a close after forty years. The secret task force training program will be shut down. A wake will take place on September 29th to honor the governmental service of Jeremy Hill. Unfortunately we are unable to determine motive, but we cannot afford to put forth any more resources to this case. That will conclude this report.
