"I, miss Katalina Nai. Think we're family." Azariah comments, "Don't you think Athena?"

"Yes I do."

Azariah jumps, "Ah-ha! See Lina, be nice."

"Pshh- What are we doing anyways?" I question.

"Girl are you dumb?" Azariah squints. I shake my head.

"We're going shopping!" Athena chimes in.

I make a 'O' shape with my mouth.

"Okay, okay." Athena puts her hands out fanning them everywhere as she speaks, "I can't fucking believe Skylar, hooked up with Kylo."

"Athena, I know." Azariah adds, while looking over at me.

"Zariah, it's fine." I tell him, "I can't believe it either."

"It's just insane, out of all the people there he, hooks up with Skylar?" We start walking towards the entrance of the mall, "Skylar just acted like it was nothing."

"I know, it sounds insane. But I guess shit happens."

"Ladies, ladies. Let's not talk about this right now." Azariah points at us. "We came here to have a girls day."

"What's a girls day without a little bit of gossip." Athena joins in, "Yeah, Amore. You don't get it."

"Oh for fucks sake, just pretend. I wanna be here to help."

I groan, "Finee." I drag the word out.

I haven't known Skylar long, I just know she's been friends with Athena. Making us mutuals. Athena and her are childhood friends.

All I know is, Skylar moved down to Beach Haven. Yes I know the beach house we stay at is named after the city. But, yeah. She moved and Athena stayed in Grey.

They never lost contact, and still text from time to time. But seeing on what just happened and how Athena's mood is, I don't know if she'll be talking for awhile. I mean it's no big deal, right?

"How about we buy some skincare products and we can do face masks, later tonight?" Azariah asks.

"I mean I don't mind, sure let's do it." I smile.

Walking around; we enter clothing stores, shoe stores, makeup. You name it, Athena was on a shopping rampage. She wanted to buy everything, and it took every single bone in my body to stop her, from breaking her wallet.

"Lina, I wanna buy it." She says pointing towards the pile of clothes, Azariah holds in his arms. "They are so cute!" She pouts.

"No, you already have ten bags that are by my feet." I say pointing to the ground, showing the bags. "You do not need anymore."

Azariah speaks up, "How about this," He says walking towards her. "You choose two things out of this pile, and you can only get those, alright?"

Azariah is a genius but I'm not saying it out loud, I am not feeding his ego even more.

Athena looks at me then Azariah, "You got yourself a deal." She sighs.

Three hours later, I'm surprised it's only three. But it'll do, we're back in the car. Azariah opens the trunk his hand holding the top open, and his other placing bags in. He slams it shut, Athena sits up front and I go to the back seat.

My legs feeling like jello, I slide down the seat. And sigh, "My god, my legs hurt."

"Tell me about it." Azariah adds, sitting down in the drivers seat.

"Stop being weak, I feel fine as fuck."

"You do this on a daily basis, Rose."

Azariah starts the car, "Okay, I have something to say."

"Shoot." Athena and I say at the same time.

"Weirdos," He mummers, "It's about Kylo, and I know. All of us are giving him the silent treatment. But he's a friend, he's our roommate. And I know he's doing some fucked up shit right now. And-" He points, "Being a bitch. We can't do this forever. As much as I want Kylo to suffer, we can't."

I sit in the seat and think, I know it's wrong to just be leaving him out on everything. Just because of what happened. And I honestly shouldn't let it affect me, I shouldn't let it affect everyone around me.

But it's hard because what if this is his game plan? Make Katalina suffer, make her over-think. Fuck you Lina, give it up.

I can't think this way every time, just because Erik made our relationship a game. But it sits there just staring right back at me.

He isn't Erik, Katalina. You can't think everyone is going to be like him.

Kylo and I, are friends. Who shared one kiss, nothing more.

"Lina, I love you." Azariah says looking through the rear-view mirror. "And I want the best for you, I want you to feel good, with no worries."

"Me too." Athena comments.

"Alright-- I don't want this all about me, makes me feel like shit." I say waving my hands in front of me, sitting straight up. "Even though It kinda is, anyways. We can do whatever, I'll ride the wave."

They both look at me, "I'm being so fucking serious, I'm over it." I comment, "And y'all are making my head hurt, the alcohol has nothing on me."

"Uh, after tonight then. We'll go back to talking?" He questions.

"I guess, don't stress."

He mumbles the next sentence, "It's hard not to, what If you kill him?"

I gasp in shock, "You think I'm capable of that?"

"Lina, we all know your capable of murder." Athena puts both hands up like she's been caught.

"You guys suck."

Azariah laughs before taking off.

"ATHENA ROSE, STOP PUTTING THE FACE MASK ON MY LIPS." I yell, moving my face around trying to make her put it on my face.

"No, you agreed to do this face mask with me." She pauses, "For pictures."

I wipe the mask off my lips, and stare at her. "I did, but I didn't say put it on my lips."

"Oh, Lina bear. You're fine." Azariah jumps in.

"And!" I stop mid sentence glaring at him, "I'm doing a mask for you, so don't Lina bear me, sir."

"Yes, ma'am." He replies sitting on the toilet seat.

After we got home, they insisted we do the face masks, right away. And we did, but-- Athena and Azariah fought on who goes first with me.

"Amore, I am her best-friend. I deserve to go first."

"So?" He comments, "And you can't pull that card on me." He says crossing his arms.

"Nope," She pops the 'p,' "I get to go first." Athena walks towards the bathroom, pushing Azariah in the face as she walks.

"Rose, don't be that mean."

"Lina get your ass over here."

"Fine."

After that Azariah laid flat on the floor, fake crying saying he got hit in the face.

We just stared at him, and continued choosing the mask.

When Athena finished applying my mask, I moved over and did hers. The masks started to dry after we felt it, Athena pulls out her phone handing it to me. We stand in front of the mirror, and I snap a few pictures.

"Alright!" She says, "We're done."

Azariah pushes himself off of the floor, speeding over to the bathroom. Pushing Athena out of the way, causing her to stumble. "My turn!"

"I still have to wash my face asshole." Athena groans.

"And I have a face mask to do with Lina." He mocks. "I waited okay?"

"Calm down we still have time, guys." I fake cry.

I give Azariah a head-band, to push his long blonde hair out of his face. He gladly accepts it, "I've never been pampered like this before I like it." He says happily.

I laugh, "You're funny."

He flips his hair, "Thanks, I know."

"Zariah were gonna keep this mask on for ten minutes okay? Longer than the one I did with Rose."

"Fine by me."

When I started applying the mask, he closed his eyes. And smiled as I applied the mask with a brush. "All finished!"

"Okay since, Athena got pictures I want pictures." He mentions, "Bring your phone out, missy."

We sit on this bean bag in the corner of my room, I pull my phone out.

"You do a kissy face, and I'll uh do whatever I want." He says looking at me.

I snort, "As you wish."

"Ugly mother fuckers." Athena yells from the bathroom.

"You wish you were as gorgeous as me and Lina." Azariah screams back.

I wheeze.

Azariah points at me then towards Athena, and then himself. "We're a family," He pauses, "And I guess asshole himself. Where ever he is." He adds one more, "Anyways, Lina. The point is, we're now a family."

"Zariah yes I understand, don't worry." I motion towards him, Athena and I, "We- is- family. Right?"

"Yup glad you get it."

Athena peaks her head out of the bathroom, "Love you guys!"

"Love you."
