(A/N this chapter is mostly about Beth, so im warning you.)
Beth POV
(21:00)
I sighed as I sat down on one of the bars stools and ordered a drink.
I had one of my old friends, Erin, make me a fake ID so that i could get into this bar.
"Rough night?" A guy a few bar stools aways from me asked in an Australian accent.
"I guess you could say that." I answered, sitting up straight when I noticed the hunk of a man sitting in front of me.
"I'm Beth by the way." I greeted.
"Tyler." He said as he took a seat closer.
It's probably not a good idea to talk to a guy older than me at a bar that I don't even know the name of, but that doesn't matter.
"So what happened?" He asked.
"Family problems." I answered which was actually kind of true.
My father has been pressuring me a lot more lately. What would he think if he saw me in a bar talking to an older guy?
"How old are you exactly?" He asked. "You look kinda young." He added.
"22?" I lied.
He chuckled and shook his head. He made a 'tsk' noise and pointed a finger at me. "You think im that stupid, love? Im assuming.. minor?" He squinted an eye.
"18, actually." I corrected him. "Officially an adult."
"Aren't you a little young to be drinking at a bar?"
"Well, in England i had to be eighteen so I'll just use that excuse." I smiled mockingly and took a sip of my alcoholic drink.
"Okay then." He said as he downed his drink and ordered another one.
"You're not gonna tell anyone, are you?" I asked him.
"Don't worry, your secret is safe with me." He winked.
I gave him a smile and laid my cheek on my hand, leaning over to get a good look at him. He had light brown hair that was shaped up in a quiff. However, there was a stand of hair that flopped on his forehead adorably. He looked presentable with a tired look in his eyes. Talking about his eyes, he had the lightest shade of brown eyes, almost sand coloured. Went in great comparison to my green eyes. We'd make a good couple if i say so myself.
His stubble just made him more attractive, but definitely hinted hes quite a bit older than me. At that, i waved my hopes goodbye and bit my lip, squinting at him as i tried figuring out his age.
He was wearing a white v neck that was followed by a black leather jacket. So not over 30 i think. No grandpa would go around dressed like that.
I looked down at my own outfit.
For the first time in a really long time, i had decided to put on make up. After a long day I decided to try and look pretty. Couldn't be more proud of my decision, having met this specimen in front of me.
I was also wearing a black leather jacket, that covered up my loose dark blue tank top. We looked like we matched, black leather jacket, black jeans. Its like it was meant to be. I smiled mischievously at that.
"I never asked how old you are." I stated.
"Uh, I'm 26." He answered.
My eyes widened.
"You don't look like it." I said.
"Why? Do i look older?" He teased.
"No, it's not that. You just look really young." I said, grinning at him.
"So do you." He stated.
"Yeah, because i am."
"Are you calling me old?" He joked.
I raised an eyebrow. "So what if i was?"
He chuckled.
"I like you, you're funny." He said.
"Yeah, i know" i said as i gulped down the rest of my drink.
"You should probably slow down on the drinks." He suggested.
"Why should i?" I raised an eyebrow, leaning closer to him. "You said you'll keep my secret sir, dont break your promise now." I whispered. "Plus i wanna get drunk of my ass tonight."
"Very well then. I'll help you." He said.
I frowned at him.
What did he mean.
He called the bartender and said; "A round of shots please. Keep them coming."

I downed the last shot and slammed it back on the table as i jumped up.
"I won." I spun around in a little dance. "Aw do you need a bib?" I asked him mockingly as i pouted.
"Im sorry I can't consume alcohol as fast as you. I guess i am getting old." He joked.
I laughed.
"Another round?" I asked.
"Honey you should be on the ground right now." The woman that was also taking shots with us said.
"I am not even drunk, my tolerance is way up here," i said as i jumped again with my hand in the air to make my point. (TVD REFERENCE ANYONE?!)
Tyler laughed at that.
"Wanna go play pool?" He asked.
"Ooo, yes. Lets go." I said excitedly.

"I told you I'd win!" I said energetically as i walked outside.
"Hey, i never said anything. So, did you call an uber?" He asked.
"Yup, it should be here any minute." I said as i looked around.
"Well, it was nice meeting you?" He said awkwardly, jutting out a hand for me to shake.
I stared at it before i let out a giggle.
"You are so awkward!" I teased him as i laughed.
"I'm sorry okay? It runs in the family.." He mumbled the last part.
A car honk pulled us out of our trance as i notices the uber guy waiting for me, annoyed.
"Well, i hope to see you again." Tyler said.
I smiled and nodded my head.
"Likewise."
We stood there for a minute until the car honked again.
"It looks like you have to go. Goodnight love." He said as he smiled warmly.
I nearly melted right there on the spot.
Australian accents are way better than British accents.
Not really much of a difference, but it is a still very different. I was swooning on the inside.
"Uh, bye." I said lamely as i scurried off . I almost stumbled and fell right on my face but i stabilised myself and let out a whine in embarrassment, knowing Tyler was still watching. I got in the car and quickly shut the door behind me, hand coming up to cover my red cheeks.

As soon as i got home, i sneaked in my room, making sure my parents wouldn't hear me.
That was...fun. Very fun. Now, i have to sleep and prepare my self for my sister's arrival.
Great.
So i took off the make up, changed into my pajamas and went to sleep.

"Beth, honey wake up. Your sister is here and wants to see you." My mother said sweetly.l as she shook me awake.
"Awesome. Tell her to wait 5 more minutes..." I said before i quickly added "or hours."
My mom sighed. "I didn't want it to come to this." She said.
I immediately woke up to be greeted by a bucket of water.
"Thanks a lot mother." I groaned as I reluctantly got out of bed.
"Even school would be better right now."

Sofia POV
I had just found out the school was closed today, so I decided to go over to Beth's house.
Selena had also joined me, claiming that Jasmine would be coming back today and she wanted to see her. So, I didn't say anything. It was quite awkward though. You would think that after her telling me everything, that we would be closer. But we're not. It's just more awkward now.
I feel so guilty that even looking at her makes me want to apologize over and over.
"So, where did you go yesterday?" Selena asked.
I was surprised to hear her voice so i jumped a little.
"Uh, Alec came over and took me to get ice cream." I said.
"Alec huh?" She said as she wiggled her eye brows.
"It's not like that. He has a girlfriend." I said with a hint of disappointment.
"And you don't like that?" She asked.
"I'm happy for him obviously." I said, leaving it at that.
"But are you happy?" She questioned.
"Why are asking me these things?"
"Because i know you, and i know you still have that silly crush on him."
I sighed at that. How the hell does everyone know?
"Yeah well it doesn't matter. He doesn't like me and he never will." I said.
I always knew that. So why did I accept when Justin told me the deal, god knows.
