one month passed. suleiman was in war and i was here in palace. i was barely leaving my room because i felt very unsafe. even tho majority of people liked me i knew what hurrem had done. i was mostly scared for the life of my baby.

aysun was always with me and she took care of me and baby in me. sah sultan often came to see how i was doing and i really appreciated that she cared for me. still her relationship with hurrem was also good.

i was now pregnant for 3 months and i wanted to go out of my chamber for a little bit. with help of aysun and some other hatuns i managed to get to the garden safely.

it was a very beautiful day and it felt very refreshing. i walked around and enjoyed in smells of the flowers that were near. unfortunately i couldn't stay in the garden for long.

as i headed back to my chamber i came across hurrem. i tried to make my way without her noticing me but unfortunately she did.

she started walking to me. she first looked at my barely noticeble stomach and then my face. i had to bow but i didn't, she didn't deserve it. "who are you not to bow to me, huh!? you think you are someone here? that baby won't change anything!", she screamed while pointing at my stomach. "i am soon to be dafne sultan. i am sultan's favorite and you can't do anything about that. he forgot you. i made him forgot you!",i bursted with anger.

she got furios and she pushed me down the stairs. last thing i remembered were screams of other girls in harem.

i woke up in pain. i was all in bandages. "she opened her eyes, thank god!", one of the doctors said. "where am i? what happend? is my baby okay?",i started mumbling. next thing i saw was aysun's worried face. "aysun tell me what happend, i'm demanding you!", i screamed through pain.

"dafne you...",aysun started with tears in her eyes,"...you had a miscarriage.". i stared at her i was numb i couldn't process what she said. then it hit me i lost my baby. i broke down and my screams were heard by half of the palace.

doctors and aysun tried to comfort me but they couldn't. i lost one of my biggest chances. i lost my child, half of my soul. hurrem got what she wanted. little bit she knew this was only the beginning. i'll make her life miserable.

valide heard about my accident so she came to see me. she got furios and she wanted to do something about hurrem. i tried to convince her to wait for suleiman to get back. i knew that the worst she could get is from her love aka suleiman.

i tried to not leave my chamber so hurrem can think she won. i just didn't have any need to see her face. at the end she was the killer of my child. she couldn't go any lower.

she tried to make herself a victim but luckily some hatuns saw what happened. i just prayed to god that they will tell the truth when sultan arrives.

six months later it was time for sultan to come back. it was magnificent arrival. he first as usual came to greet his mom, sisters, wives and kids. i think he was very concerned because i wasn't with them. he came really soon to my chamber.

"make your way, sultan suleiman is coming!",said familiar voice. i felt weak, i didn't have the courage to tell him everything. "your majesty.", i said when he came. he looked at me. his eyes raised with confusion because i didn't have a big stomach. as i saw his concerned face i got weak. i just fainted.

when i woke up i felt huge pain in my throat. i tried to ask for help but when i opened my mouth i couldn't speak. it was like i was poisoned. it was definitely hurrems plan so she can grab some more time. suleiman was near but i couldn't call him. doctors told him i was sick and that i was now sleeping so he left. again i felt defeated.

after some time doctors figured out that i couldn't speak. they told me this will last for two weeks. it was very long period of time for me to stay silent. i tried writing letters but hurrems people always managed to get them. she wasn't dumb after all.

doctors really tried a lot for me. fortunately i got my voice back sooner than they expected. i was still very quiet and my throat still really hurted when i spoke. i figured out it was time to tell suleiman the truth. i told aysun and fikret agha to find the girls who saw what happened.

not that long after i told one of guards to tell suleiman to come because it was urgent. i told him to tell him i was very sick. very soon i could hear aghas voice because sultan came. he rushed into my chamber looking worried. "have it got worse?",he asked.

"suleiman, my love, i called for you because i have something really important to tell you.",i barely spoke. "dafne what is it, since i came everything is weird. where is our child? have you already gave birth?"

"i lost my baby suleiman. our baby.", i started crying. "what happened dafne?",he tried to comfort me. "i was pushed and i fell down the stairs.". i answered. "who was it!?",he said in anger. "hurrem did it! she got jealous and,and..", i lost my voice again. i quickly signaled for girls to come in. as they started speaking i saw that they were bribed by hurrem. they started telling the different story. i started panicking i couldn't defend myself.

suleiman turned to me with and i could see disappointment in his eyes. "you are just like everyone else, aren't you?"

at that moment valide rushed into my chamber with fikret agha by her side. she started speaking and she told everything. i was so happy they got just in time. when valide finished suleiman bursted out my room.

few minutes later he got in with hurrem. "what have you done!? you'll pay for this! i was so close to lose dafne because of you, you ungrateful woman! i want you out of this palace tomorrow!", he yelled at her.

"you can't do this,", hurrem started,"i am pregnant.".
