When Raiden and I woke up the next morning and had finished up getting dressed, we made our way downstairs to prepare for my so-called 'family' to arrive.

I was terrible at trying to hide my nerves as I instantly felt Raiden take hold of my hand and smile at me.

"It's okay baby. I'll be right here by your side. Remember, I'll never let anything bad happen to you." He tries and reassures me, which truthfully, does help quite a bit.

We all sat and ate some breakfast and then hung around the living room mostly, waiting for my family.

My stomach had felt it was tied up in knots and right when I was about to get up and head outside to get some fresh air, we saw a few black nice cars pull up in front of the house in the long driveway and all park behind one another, behind of course, Raiden's and his guys' cars.

Well, this was it. Not sure in what really was about to happen next really. Raiden stayed beside me holding my hand as he had promised and Markus then opened up the front door and just like it was a get together with family. As soon as they all walked inside the immediately saw me and all began to laugh while some started to cry a little bit.

I have to admit that it did feel a little bit nice to see them. We all hugged one another and they told me how much they had missed me and so forth. Then we sat in the living room while others stood around and the 'meeting' began with me on Raiden's lap.

"First off, I want to thank all of you for coming as soon as you all could. It's just that neither one of us ever expected Giovanni would kill that bastard and then try to betray and come after me, but here we are, right?" Raiden starts.

"Question?!" My Uncle Frank aka 'Croc' who was nicknamed that after being known to feed his victims to crocodiles and who my father had grown up with and thought of each other as brothers.

"Yes?" Raiden replies.

"We've all been talking before we left to come here and there are several concerns we'll say, that has been brought to our attention." Uncle Frank states.

"And what is that?" Raiden asks him.

"Since Giovanni has practically taken over that guys crew and has his still, how can we take him down when we never saw it coming in that he would do what he did and what all he plans on doing?! I mean, how is it that any of us has a chance at all in being able to take him down?" He finishes.

I could tell by the look on his face among the others' including some of Raiden's guys, that they too were concerned and I don't blame them.

"Honestly, I can't make you all a guarantee that any of us will get out of this alive. What I DO know is that because he has changed from the man we all thought we knew to something different and unpredictable, all I can tell you and promise you guys is that we take every precaution we possibly can in going after him and try to stay ahead of him. That's all we really can do." He says.

Suddenly, Uncle Frank looks at his men and at me then back at Raiden and I notice him start to nod in agreement.

"Alright then. We'll still do this and help you take down him and his men along with the others." He replies.

"Thank you." Raiden replies.

We all sit there for another moment in silence and before things become too awkward, I offer them to all stay and we have a barbecue.

Raiden gave me a look of surprise as I was too in even suggesting that but I guess something inside of me felt like I should suggest something like that. I just hope that it was the right thing to say.
