Stephon looked down at his phone as he waited for Royale to come out of Rosè's house. She told him it would be quick and thirty minutes later they were still there. It felt weird knowing the true irony behind the reality of the situation that he didn't want to get involved in. Kai had always been bad for his little sister, he told her that beforehand. Royale took it upon herself to start that never ending cycle with Kai and now Rosè was involved.

All they do is dog each other, what do they even see in each other? He wondered, shaking his head as he looked at Kai's twitter page. Suddenly, Royale came out the house after hugging Rosè.

"Did you tell her?" Stephon asked as she approached.

Royale rolled her eyes before plopping down in the car. "Mm... something like that." She said as she exhaled a deep breath.

Stephon shook his head, looking down the street. As his eyes lingered, he noticed a woman down the street walking out of her home with a box of Dunkin' Donuts between her arm as she lifted the dumpster's top and threw it inside. He recognized her a little bit but he couldn't remember from where.

"Why you staring at her like that?" Royale asked, pushing his arm. "You don't hear me talking to you?"

Stephon looked at her and rolled his eyes. "Ain't that Rosè's friend? I be seeing her with her sometimes but she don't talk a lot." He explained, looking back at Zaida.

"Yeah." Royale said, looking too. "Why?"

Stephon smirked. "She's beautiful as hell."

Royale immediately broke into laughter. "Bro. I'm gonna need you to pick a side." She told him.

"I'm bisexual. I'm attracted to both just like you are, don't start this shit with me." Stephon said, shaking his head. "She's fine as hell."

"Yeah and she probably don't like men that like the same shit as her so?" Royale said before starting the car up. "I don't know her like that. I only know her through Rosè so if you want that, you better hit up your friend about that."

"My friend, huh? So you ain't tell her and you mad because-"

"I'm not mad about shit, Stephon. Talk on what you know, okay?" She said before pulling off.

Stephon looked out the window as they drove pass Zaida, licking his lips. "I know you jealous because Rosè fucking with Kaivar. You act like I'm dumb, I practically raised you. You and Kai been on this back and forth shit for a long ass time. We will see how long they last."

Royale nodded. "He ain't never been done with me and it ain't gon start with her."

Stephon nodded before looking at her. "Get your man, sis."

"And you gon get your little girl." Royale said with a laugh.

Later that day, Kai found himself in front of the home where Syrah had gave him the address to. Kai knocked lightly on the door, trying to figure out if he was even at the right place. It looked well groomed and peaceful but there were two cars outside and neither one belonged to Syrah as far as he knew.

The door was pulled open slowly and there stood a man an inch or two under him. He glared at Kai with suspicious and a hint of something he couldn't quite catch. Kai looked pass him and into the house.

"My sister here? Syrah?" He asked before looking down at the man again.

He gave a nod before moving to the side and letting him in. "Syrah! Ya brother here, bro!" He yelled before closing the door and walking back to the living room.

Syrah, dressed in a full black, PINK track suit, a Nike hat, and some white Yeezys, hurried down the steps towards Kai as she snatched her white Chanel bag up from the couch. She walked straight to Kai and frowned as she grabbed his arm and led him out. "We can't talk here." She mumbled as she ushered him out. "I'll be back, Raymun."

Kai stood outside with his arms crossed, waiting for Syrah to turn to him after shutting the door closed. She looked at him and frowned.

"Can you stop looking at me like that?" She asked, rolling her eyes. "Are you going to help me or what?"

Kai shrugged. "I'm here, ain't I?" He asked, looking down at her.

Suddenly, the door opened and a tall girl stood behind it. She had big eyes and long hair pooling down her shoulders as she looked between the two. "Who are you?"

"This is my brother, Kai. Kai, this is my friend, Amora." She introduced, pointing between each other.

"Hi, nice to meet you. I didn't know you had a brother." Amora said with a light chuckle.

Kai joined in dryly. "I didn't know she had a friend so..."

"Y'all met though. Remember when you brought me to his house and he told-"

"Oh, that is you. Asshole, what are you doing here?" Amora asked, squinting at him.

Kai looked away from her and to Syrah. "Anyway, what's up? What are you trying to do?" He asked while completely ignoring Amora.

Amora glared at him seemingly pissed. Is this nigga really ignoring me right now? She thought as she shifted her weight from one hip to the other. She listened in on their conversation for a while as Syrah explained that she needed to go to someone about a favor and she needed him to drive her. "Do you want me to go?"

"You ready now?" Kai asked over Amora's question.

"Why are you such an asshole?" Amora asked, looking him up and down.

"Kaivar has always been an asshole. You'll get used to it." Syrah explained before grabbing his arm. "But I'll be back and no you don't have to go. I just need to handle this little thing."

Still, Kai ignored Amora and started heading to the car. Syrah hugged Amora before turning and following right behind him. As soon as they got in the car, Kai's phone started ringing. He looked down at the screen to see Rosè's contact and smirked a little before answering.

"Hello?" He answered as Syrah buckled himself in.

"I haven't heard from you all day. What's up?" She asked in her soft voice.

"You sound bothered or worried." Kai teased, looking down at the steering wheel.

Rosè smacked her lips before hanging up the phone, making Kai laugh. Syrah looked at him with a hint of curiousity as she pieced everything together. "So, that's what been having you on some grimy shit with me and Royale?" Syrah asked. "Who the hell is she?"

"Mind your business." Kai said before tossing his phone back down by a bunch of change that had gathered up over time. "So where are we going?"

"Here, I'm putting the address in the GPS." She said as she leaned over. Her purse tipped and revealed her black .44 Magnum that hid inside.

Kai shook his head. What am I about to get myself into?

Forty minutes later, they pulled up to a large estate that was nicely taken care of; from the plants to the smoothly painted house. It was obvious from the cars that these were wealthy people living here. Syrah grabbed her purse and got out the car.

"Okay, just wait right here." Syrah told him before closing the door behind herself.

"Alright, if you ain't out in twenty minutes I'm coming in." Kai said, his eyes showing that he were serious.

Syrah nodded before hurrying towards the house. When she checked the driveway, she saw both Jimmy and his wife's car so she knew she would be getting what she came for plus some. Syrah stood at the door, exhaling a little, before knocking. She heard the small dog running and barking at the door.

"Lacey, shh!" A woman said as she neared the door. When she opened it, Syrah stood there with a smile and a small wave. "Um, hello?"

"Hi, I'm here to see Jimmy." She said, pointing inside. "Is he here?"

The Caucasian woman looked her up and down before clearing her throat, moving to the side. "Yeah, sure, come in."

Syrah chuckled and started to strut inside, looking around as if she wasn't as familiar with it as the owner of the home. "Lovely home."

"Thank you. He's in the den, straight in the ba-"

"I'm sure I can find it, thanks." Syrah said, smiling at her before walking straight back and to the right where Jimmy was surely sitting with a small butter knife buttering some bread. "Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy..."

He froze when he heard her voice, slowly looking back to see her. Jimmy was an old man that resembled a mix of Donald Trump and the guy that hosted The Late Night Show. "Uh.. hey. What are you doing here?" He asked, noticing his wife standing right behind her.

"I just needed to talk to you about something." She said before looking back at his wife. "Privately."

Jimmy put the knife down and stood up, gesturing towards the patio. "Come on." He said. "Babe, we will be right back."

Once they were outside, Syrah smirked and sat down at his small sitting area. Jimmy joined her and looked at her with the most serious expression.

"I've always loved this house, you know? Y'all really took y'all time with this... twenty years and it still looks-"

"Cut to the chase." Jimmy said, glaring at her. "You know not to come here-"

"How long have you and Sarah been married again? About.. forty years now? Didn't y'all just have an anniversary?" She asked, looking over at the sliding door they had come from. "I wonder how she would feel to know about this little fling we've been carrying on for like... three years now?"

"What do you want?" Jimmy growled.

"I need... twenty four grand. By tonight." She said, smiling.

"Done. Just get out of here!" He hissed.

Syrah chuckled, standing up. "Great. But I must warn you... if I don't get that money by tonight..." She trailed off as she started heading over to the door. "I'll expose you and kill her."

The fear laced on Jimmy's face held a promise that she knew he wouldn't dare break.

"Thank you so much for allowing me to talk to him." Syrah said as she walked through to the front door. "Your husband is such a great man."
