The Next Morning

Semi, Reon and Yamagata arrived at the gym when they heard some balls hitting the floor.

"How long have the two of you been here?" Semi asked as he opens the gym door seeing Kageyama and Ushijima.

"We're just practicing, don't worry about it." Ushijima said.

"Kageyama another good toss!" Ushijima said and jumped and spiked the ball.

"Kageyama, what time have the two of you been here?" Semi asked.

"Hmm, around 5:45? Right Ushijima-san?" Kageyama answered.

"Ohh, okay Let's practice then." Tendou said and slings off his bag.

They practiced till they saw others who also practiced.

After a few hours, they heard the bell ringing and ran out.

"Hey, Kageyama what is your class?" Goshiki asked.

"Science." He said reading his schedule.

"Oh, that's good, me too." Goshiki said.

They walked to the class and saw that their teacher's there already and continued their day.

At the gym.

"We're gonna be practicing spiking. Coach Washijo said to everyone."

"Haii!!" They all agreed and position themselves.

"Kageyama, make it a little higher." Ushijima said.

"Haii, thank you, Ushijima san."

But his toss is extremely okay and very good. Goshiki thoughts.

Kageyama tossed to Goshiki and reach his highest point.

"Nice toss, Kageyama."Goshiki said and pat his back.

"May I have everyone's attention?" Washijo said.

"H-huh?"

They all went in front of the two coaches.

"W-what is it, Coach?" Tendou asked.

"Since Inter-high is close, we're gonna have to practice a lot. The day after tomorrow, Dateko will go here to have a practice match with us." Washijo said

"WHATT??" All of them gasped from the sudden announcement.

"But Coach that's like super early, we have first years who need to practice more." Reon explained.

"Speaking of first years, I'll announce the positions tomorrow. That's all you may practice more." He said and turned away.

"Haii!!" They all shouted and continued what they're doing.

They all practiced again and take a break.

"Kageyama, do you think we'll enter our starting line up." Goshiki whispers.

"I mean you're good at spiking and you're able to hit my toss so no wonder you'll not get in." Kageyam answered the black haired boy.

"Ohh, really you think so?" he said loudly making everyone look at them.

"Hey don't be loud!!" Kageyama said.

"Okay okay, I'm sorry but do you mean it." He said a little bit lower.

"Yes, now shut up." Kageyama said picking up a ball.

He shut his mouth and also go to the court with Kageyama.

"Here, toss it high." Kageyama said giving Goshiki the ball.

He tossed the ball up and Kageyama catched it. He tossed the ball to Goshiki and spiked it.

"Nice toss, Kageyama-kun."

They all finished and went home.

"Bye, everyone."

"Goodbye, see you soon."

Kageyama was walking home when he....

"Yahoo!! Tobio-chan~~" he said waving his hands.

"Oikawa-san!! What are you doing here??"

"Well, I could ask you the same, what are you doing here??"

"I'm coming home since practice is over."

"Hey, Tobio-chan, what is your school? Can you tell me now?" Oikawa asked curiously.

"I told you, last time I'm gonna surprise you." Kageyama said smirking.

"Are you sure I'll be surprised?" Oikawa said with this face:

"I am sure, you're gonna kill me if you knew." Kageyama said.

"Why? Did you go on a boarding school or drug school?" Oikawa asked.

"OIKAWA-SANN!!! Why would you ever think of that?! Do I really look like someone who'll do that???!!!"

"Well, yea-"

"OIKAWA TOORU!!!!"

"HEY, you haven't call me by my whole nam-"

"It's because you are being annoying." Kageyama said and crossed his arms.

"What?! What do you mean?" Oikawa asked.

"Look at yourself." Kageyama said walking faster than Oikawa.

"Hey, I am so nice you know." He said walking faster aswell.

"Wait for me first!"

Oikawa now jogs. For a while, he finally keep up with him and gets in front.

"W-wait a m-minute.. H-how can you e-even walk so fastt!?!" Oikawa asked panting.

"I'm just built for it." Kageyama said shoving Oikawa aside.

"Tobio-chan, that's not how you treat your senpai!!" Oikawa protests.

"Whatever, I'll go now this is my stop.
Goodbye, Oikawa-san." He said waving his hands.

"Yeah goodbye too, Tobio-chan~~" He said having his usual smile.

With Oikawa....

Suddenly, Tobio-chan is fine, I guess. His actions earlier blushing from embarassment is cute.. wait what? Oikawa Tooru you're better than this. Tobio-chan is not cute. Wait, why do I even think of that? Ughh, I am being absurd.

Nope I need to get my homework done.
I sat on my desk and do my homework.
