There were terrible news that they had to deliver, but having to confront a pair of broken parents would be the hardest one. To go to their homes and tell them that their son or daughter were dead, was on his hated thing. Although he wasn't going to inform them that you were dead, having to tell them that their daughter was indeed abducted is no easy task. Though, they probably already knew, but what was even more upsetting was that there was that the case has been closed.

Usually he's rather composed but as he walked to inform those parents, he can't help but feel restless. On his way, he spotted Iruka probably heading to speak to the Hokage. With a simple nod he greeted the male, and then continued his path. Soon enough, he arrived at the destination. From the observation, he noticed that the house seemed empty since he couldn't hear any sort of noise. Regardless of the lack of any notice, he approached the door and knocked once.

Upon that knock, he heard some crashing inside and then heavy rapid steps nearing the door. Within seconds, the door was flung open with such force that it was almost ripped off from it's hinges. Genma was greeted by a man, who he had to guess that it was the father. He noticed how tired he looked, he was just a mess. There were dark circles under his eyes, they were blood shot as well signaling that he probably hadn't been sleeping during the past few days. "Hello Mr. [Last Name], I am Genma and I have information regarding the disappearance of your daughter [Name]."

The father reached forward and grabbed his arm pulling him inside, then shutting the door with a loud bang. "Please tell me that you know where she is."

He looked around, and the wife of Mr. [Last Name] didn't look well either. It wasn't easy having to face them and tell them the news, which were far from being good. "Perhaps you have already figured it out, but Aki Amano and his son abducted your daughter."

There was a gasp from the woman, who began to cry. "No! How could they! We trusted them!"

The male growled in frustration, they were responsible? They really trusted them, the man supported them in so many ways when they were in need. "Did you find them, then?"

"As I was saying, they abducted her and because of certain things happened during the time of her disappearance, we were unable to help her. It has been days since her disappearance, and although the Hokage thought of dispatching a search team, it would be useless."

"Useless? My daughter is gone! The Hokage promised that he would protect her!" The Shinobi did not respond as the father took him by his collar, he understood what they were going through.

"I understand, however, even if we do send a team, we won't be able to find her. This is probably Orochimaru's doing, and I'm afraid we won't know where is being held at." That froze the both.

So, they were right, they had been followed all this time. But how did he even know where they were? At the end, [F/N] pushed the Shinobi back. "Get the hell out of my home."

Genma sighed but did as told not to aggravate the couple even more, it was best that they digested the information first.

"If they are not going to do anything, I'm not going to stand here. I'm going to look for her." The worried father headed to their room and began to gather necessary things for a trip. The woman, followed right after.

"I'm coming too." And so, they gather everything that they needed and walked out their home. As they walked away, they cursed this place. If they hadn't decided to stay here, they would still have their daughter. What could they expect from a leader who had promised to protect [Name]? With an ill taste in their mouths, they walked out of Konoha thinking that they should have done so in the first place.

The week has been very busy, and some were still in the process of recuperating from the battle. TenTen, who had lost during the Exams wanted to say hello to [Name], it has  been a while since she had seen her.

She knocked on the door once, then twice but there was no answer. She sighed when she realized that maybe she was working. Though, now that she thought about, it's rather early and she had heard that Iruka was teaching her. With the realization, she headed to the academy hoping that Iruka would allow her to talk to [Name].

On her way, she was met with Kiba, Shino, Shikamaru and Naruto. Though, she would assume that Naruto would be training. "Where are you going?" Kiba asked as he walked beside his four-legged companion.

"I'll looking for [Name], I assume she's with Iruka sensei." She explained as she continued to walk.

Shino, as per usual simply gave a nod. Naruto however seemed so static upon hearing the news. "She's going to be training then?"

With such an energetic sprint, he left the others behind. Shikamaru groaned, and although he could be relaxing while he went cloud seeing, he was rather curious as to what had changed [Name]'s mind about the whole Ninja involvement.

When they arrived however, they weren't ready to see an angry Naruto slamming his hands against the desk displeased with Iruka. Shikamaru raised an eyebrow as to what could have getting him in such a state, though, what was even more strange is that [Name] wasn't around as they had suspected.

For a moment, the only sounds heard where Choji's munching his chips. "Naruto, please calm down."

They all finally decided to enter completely and shut the door. "What do you mean to calm down! What do you mean she's not attending the academy anymore?!"

"Oh, [Name]'s not coming to the academy any more then?" With a sigh, TenTen asked rather disappointed. She wasn't present when that decision was made, though, she could have imagined the happiness that [Name] felt upon notified about it.

Shikamaru is no fool, the absence of [Name] had something else behind it, he doubts it that it had to do with her parents changing their minds. Besides, if he didn't know any better, Iruka held an upset expression as if he was hiding something. Though, he did notice that he was debating something.

"That's a shame, I would have liked to help her, right Akamaru?" Upon the question, the little puppy barked in agreement.

Naruto on the other was seething with anger, and probably thinking on finding your parents to convince them to let you continue with the training. "Listen Naruto, [Name] wasn't going to train here, the reason why she was attending the academy was to enhance her knowledge on reading and writing. She needed help in those subjects." The teacher explained taking a seat, and looking down at a few papers in his hands. His eyes then glanced at the blue-eyed student in front of him, knowing that trying to calm Naruto down would be no easy task. Specially If he starts looking for your parents, then once he finds out that they are no longer in the village, he'll probably head to talk to the Hokage. Now, the Hokage doesn't need any more distractions, especially after everything happened.

With his hand, he motioned for all of them to take a seat,  it was prohibited to speak about the subject. Naruto simply leaned back and crossed his arms across his chest. "Listen, there's more to her absence than you guys think. I'm sure that although the subject is not prohibited, I deemed it important to tell you." He then paused. "I would have assumed that your teachers would have told you about it. But no matter." It won't be easy for any of them to hear about the news, specially right after what happened during the Chunin Exams, and even more so after what Orochimaru has done to Sasuke.

"Well, what are you waiting for?" Quite rudely, Naruto pressed.

"Listen, after I tell you this, I expect you all to leave the Hokage alone. Do not bother him, he's quite very busy about everything that has happened. Is that clear?" Upon receiving nods from all of them, he took a deep breath. "During the Chunin Exams, [Name] was abducted." A roar of gasps was hear, he continued to explain the situation. "It appears that those who had hired her were responsible of poisoning her, and then her abduction."

"What?! Where's she now?" Naruto growled.

Looking at him sadly, he continued. "Sadly, because of everything that happened, the Hokage was flooded with other concerns and they were not able to do anything. Because many days have passed, the Hokage was unable to send a Search team, and even if he did, it was too late."

"But why would they abduct her?" Shikamaru asked rather curious.

That information was critical, but since they seemed to friends of [Name], it seemed reasonable to tell them the truth. He convinced that by telling them would be of use, but they did have a right to know. Hopefully he won't regret tell them. "It appears that these men had been working for Orochimaru, I don't know why he would do such a thing."

Shikamaru muttered something under his breath, the Hokage knew about the details and reason behind it but he didn't voice it. If he did, Naruto would storm to see the Hokage and add more issues to the Hokage's platter. There's something that really bothered him, from what he knows, Orochimaru is one of the legendary sannin, there's a reason why he wanted [Name]. Shouldn't the Hokage do something about the matter?

"That bastard! How dare he! I'll kill him!" Naruto tightened his fits before he left not wanting to hear another single word. First, he hurt Sasuke, Sakura, and now [Name] is gone! As he left, he made a promise to get stronger, so that he'll find you one day. But to get there, he needs all the training he needs.

TenTen looked down at her hands, and she fought not to cry. But at the end, she had enough and decided to leave as well. Shino followed right after, although he was silent most of the time, he frowned about the disappearance. You were very kind, and now that Orochimaru had you in his hands, he could imagine how much suffering you would go through.

"Wow. I don't know what to say." Kiba admitted, as he rubbed the back of Akamaru's back. Those were bad news, and he wasn't satisfied with the Hokage's decision, but even if he was, there wasn't anything that he could about it. Silently, he walked out as well, his shoulders hunched a bit as he exited.

Finally, Shikamaru stared at Iruka, said man stared right back. "There's more that you're not telling us, is there?"

The teacher frowned, knowing that something like that wouldn't escape him. Shikamaru is lazy, but very smart. "Don't tell anyone about it, but the reason why [Name]'s parents were always traveling was for that same reason, they feared that Orochimaru was following him and they weren't wrong."

"But why exactly?"

The teacher took a deep breath, rubbing the temples of his head. "Her parents used to be test subjects, [Name]'s mother got pregnant but the experiments didn't stop there. After her birth, she was taken away and they aren't sure what kind of experiments she went through."

For once, that lazy look of Shikamaru was replaced with a widened one. Shock was written all over his face. It wasn't something he was expecting, but now he understood why there was so much traveling, but also why she had been abducted. There's more to [Name] than they think they know. For a second, he said nothing and then rose to his feet walking away. He was satisfied about the information, but he wasn't satisfied with the loss of a friend.

Far, far away inside a place reciting away from civilization, a young girl was placed on a restraining bed. She was unconscious, even after days have passed. An older man peered down at her, and laughed out loud. His eye roamed at a young male, and then at the girl. "Although Orochimaru isn't here, and won't be here for now, we'll have to start phase one. I'm sure he would have loved to take care of this personally, or even that cocky of Kabuto." A wide grin spread across his features. "They won't be pleased, but we must start as soon as possible.

Goro was the other member inside the room, he simply shrugged his shoulders and left the room. He's seen really messed up things, and quite honestly whatever was going to happen to [Name], he didn't want to witness it. He just left, as his eyes caught sight of a syringe at the hands of that crazy man. What mattered to him was his reward, he really could wait for Orochimaru to return, he's sure he would be very pleased.
