It has been over a year, and you just couldn't wait any longer to get the hell away from this place. If you had hated the time that you save Goro, you detested doing it to Orochimaru. Somehow, his body would start to rot, and that's when you came in. It's such an unpleasant and disgusting experience, but sadly you had and probably still must go through various of those.

Although, as much as you hated to admit, Goro seemed to have gotten softer. Maybe because he had to stick around you whenever you had to heal Orochimaru. But you would have assumed that he would hate you for having to 'babysit you' as he had mentioned some times before.

Sasuke? That guy got even colder, although he was still tasked to train you, he wouldn't talk at all. Though, physically he has changed, he's hair has grown longer and what he used to wear, he had gotten rid of it.

Though, he wasn't the only one responsible for your training, Goro and Kabuto took part of it as well. However, you've been taught things that because of some morals that you had been taught by your parents, made you hesitant and unwilling. It just didn't seem right but you had to learn them, you had no choice.

You've only practiced them a few times, though as Kabuto mentioned, one if them is very dangerous if you don't do it correctly. However, even so, you've only practiced that one technique with animals, and not humans. Another letdown of this technique-which you don't like - can't be used in battle, but apparently, you wouldn't even need it in battle. From what you've gathered, you were needed for personal use, as Orochimaru has told you. As long you were alive, you would stay within walls, no battles for you. Though, you've trained and you can more than handle yourself if needed in battle.

Takin a deep breath, you turned to the side facing the door. You've learned a lot, but you can't think of always just stay hidden and be used like a tool for only personal use. You miss your parents, you miss the outside world. It's intoxicating to stay inside most of the time.

Steps echoed through the narrow pathways outside of your room, and it seemed hurried ones. Raising your eyebrow, you waited now noticing Goro's chakra signature. Soon enough, he opened the door almost ripping it off its hinges. His eyes looked frantic as they landed on you. "Hurry, we must flee!"

You narrowed your eyes not moving an inch. "What?"

The male growled, stepping forward and grabbing your arm. "The hideout has been discovered, Orochimaru has ordered to evacuate."

Siting up, you removed your arm from his grasp but still not moving. You were curious about who had discovered it. "Why are we running, are these people that strong?"

He was impatient, and he just wanted to get out as soon as possible. "Listen, I'll explain later. Move!"

Again, he grabbed your arm but once again, you tore it from his tight grip. But this time you followed him. It felt like a maze as the both of you began to run away to the exit, but on the way out a male blocked your path. He looks older than you, but only by a few years maybe around Goro's age. He has a pale complexion, and sports short black hair. However, what caused your heart raise was the forehead protector with the Hidden Leaf symbol on it.

You weren't going to lie, a part of you had high hopes that maybe they were here to rescue you but as the male passed by, a part of you broke in half. Goro noticed your state and seeing that you weren't going to move on your own, he grasped your hand and dragged you along. Your body moved, ran but your mind had so many questions.

Running away didn't cease until you arrived to another hideout not much different than the one you've lived for over two years. "Explain." You commanded, as you arrived at the hideout. Goro must be familiar with it, as he walked around before stopping in front of a door. However, you didn't pay much attention to it as you were focused on finding answers.

If you didn't know him, you'll say that he looked almost sad about it. "It was team 7, I'm sure you know who they are."

Team 7? Naruto and the others? For a moment, your mind created theories as to why there were there but the image of Sasuke freeze everything. "They were looking for Sasuke, weren't they?"

He looked away but you didn't want any other confirmation than that, it said it all. "I see."

Your eyes rested on the ground as you were shaken by the sudden movements of Goro. He somehow had opened the door and shoved you inside, entering a few seconds after. "Listen, I know that whatever I do won't be enough to forgive me for what I've done to you." His eyes held so much emotion as he paused only to watch you. "But like you, there are many that are here for the safety of our families. Listen," he paused once again and seemed to listen just in case there was anybody outside the door. "There's a lot that you don't know, but I think it's about time that I tell you." Pushing you to the bed, he let you take a seat as he stepped back again and rubbed his face. "They were indeed here to get Sasuke back, long ago we had news that you were to be captured."

"Captured? But I didn't do anything!" You shouted raising up and anger showing on your face.

"Shut up, we don't want anyone to hear us." He hushed you growling slightly. "Listen, even if they were here to retrieve you, the only reason for it is because they had been ordered capture you. Apparently the Hokage seems to be wary of you."

"But why? Why would they even do that? I did nothing wrong to make them wary of me?"

"I don't know the thoughts of your friends about the matter but be careful," he warned almost hesitant and unsure whether he should continue to say anything else. At the end, he shut his mouth and said nothing else. "Just stay here, later I'll come to show you around."

With only a sad glance that he offered, he opened once again the door and left you to organize your thoughts. That's so unfair, they were there to get Sasuke back, even he willingly accepted Orochimaru's offer? All the while you had been forced to stay in that place, you're a prisoner and yet they don't trust you? For once in a long time, you felt betrayed. But you don't know their side of their story, so it won't do anybody any good if you let your hatred rise. You don't really want to become like Sasuke, who was willing to sacrifice his friends for power and revenge. You're willing to hear their story before coming to a conclusion.
