Time passed rather quickly, since you still needed to work. Although, the hours of work had been reduced. Also, what you noticed is that your parents started to act rather sad, as if something serious was bothering them. However, no matter how many times you asked, they refused to answer your questions.

That same day, Goro wasn't around as you thought he would be. His father would only come and say what he wanted to be done. As for your friends, they were super busy with training. In just another day, they were going to start the exams and you could only imagine how nervous they were.

Soon the awaited day arrived, and since Iruka had to take part of it, you were left to do as you wanted. Though, you couldn't wish them good luck personally, you really wish them the best.

However, even if you had the day off, you still had to work. As you arrived at your destination, Goro was waiting for you before you even entered his home. "Hello." He greeted your parents and you of course. His gaze turned to you as you began to head inside. "Wait, I'll need your help with something. Come on." Your parents didn't seem to like the idea, however he reassured them that he talked to his father and that everything was alright.

"Where are you going?" Curiously, you asked. What on earth did he have to do this early in the morning?

"I have to buy a few things that I need." He began to move away from the entrance of his home, though he looked serious as if there was something bothering him. "I went to the hospital, but I couldn't see you."

"It doesn't matter, I'm fine." Besides even if he had been able to see you, it wouldn't make any difference on your state anyway.

"I heard that you were poisoned, do you have any idea who could do you harm?" He stopped moving, and stepped in front of you preventing you from moving any further. His eyes looked so cold, and you couldn't decipher if it was because of he was worried of your wellbeing, or something else.

His hands, which were placed on both of your shoulders bothered you. You didn't feel comfortable, especially with that gaze. Pushing his hands away from your shoulders, you stepped back with a frown. "I don't know, I have no idea who it could be."

His gaze softened just a bit, something quite odd. "You know, you didn't seem the kind of person who would gain enemies."

"That's ridiculous! I barely know a few people around here. Though, it's really unsettling that someone would hurt me and without a good motive." There's the feeling of fear, it was scary to think that someone would try to hurt you. Who? You haven't made enemies, you hadn't been mean or anything.

A wave of warm air hit your face as the male let out a deep exhale. "You never know, you have to be more careful. Anyway, I'm sorry for lying to you, the real reason why I wanted you to come with me is because I wanted to discuss a few things." Glancing around looking for who knows what, he took a hol of your hand and began to drag you.

You would have pulled away, but you were interested in what he wanted to tell you. He was looking everywhere, his eyes bouncing from building to building and from face to face as if he was expecting some sort of attack. There were many people around which is why he wanted to speak alone so that no one would be able to hear anything.

You guys walked for  good 10 minutes, until he stopped in front a lake. It was surprising that it was empty, you expected some people to be around, especially with the amount visitors from other villages. There was sweat in your hand, the one that was still glued to Goro's and it felt unpleasant. One his feet stop in front of the lake, he let go. However, he didn't speak until he looked around once again. "What's up with you?"

Finally, he plopped on the ground, patting the spot next to him. Though when you remained standing, he grabbed your hand and pulled until you were forced to take a seat at his side. "Listen, there's a lot that your parents talk about to my father. I really thought about it before deciding what to do, and I think that it's unfair that you are kept in the dark."

"What?" The part where he mentioned about you being kept in the dark caught your attention, though what really bothered you was the fact that your parents spoke to your boss. Why the hell would they speak to him?

He turned to the side to face you, and he leaned forward. "Your parents told my father a lot of things. They told him that they were worried about what happened to you, and how you miraculously survived that poisoning. They said that something strange is going on about you that even the Hokage is worried about it. They didn't explain the details, but he was the one responsible about your 'education'" As he said those words, he emphasized with his fingers.

What did anything had to do with your education? You have understood about your recuperation, but where was he getting at? HE was acting so strange, and you didn't like it one bit. "Whatever you mean, get to the point."

"The reason why you were enrolled to the academy, is because they want to control whatever is wrong with you. Everything they said is just a lie, your parents are hiding something from you, something that you deserve to know about." He laughed leaning back a bit, noticing the fearful look on your eyes. "The Hokage fears that you are a danger to the village, he even had Kakashi and a few others to keep an eye on you 24/7."

By now, you were freaked out, surprised and scared at the male. You would have been grateful for the information but he began to act strange. His eyes darkened as he laughed. "Why are you telling me this?" You struggled to stand up.

He followed soon after, he stood to his feet and grin showed on his face. "Because I have a proposal, you see. When the Hokage sees you as a hazard to the village, I feel that whatever power you have can be polished and be used for the greater good. I'm leaving the village, why don't you come with me?"

Your eyes glanced at your side, and the thought of just returning home crossed your mind. There's a serious warning flashing across your eyes, which Goro seemed to notice and the grin was wiped from his face. His eyes narrowed and is knowing what actions you would take. "I appreciate the offer, but I can't just leave my parents."

The response wasn't of his liking, his hand began to move to the pocket of his pants. By now, you ddin't need any more signs, you knew that coming with him was a big mistake. Your feet struggled to move back, as you tried to keep a distance from the male. Your eyes widened as you noticed some sort of syringe in his hand, he noticed your frightened look and he laughed. "You know, I really hate having to resort to this. It would have been better you had come with me willingly."

Just as you turned around and rushed forward running as fast as you could, though as your heart began to beat against your ribcage in panic you began to cry in fear. As you ran, your tried to convince yourself that you would be able to escape far enough so that people would see you. However, your heart skipped a beat, as a hand was placed on your mouth, silencing a scream that you were about to emit. Another hand snaked around your stomach, bringing your body close to Goro's body. You struggled, and even bit his hand but that pain didn't seem to have any effect on him, other than making him hiss. One moment you were struggling, trying to pry his hand from your mouth, then the next moment you felt a sharp pain on the back of your neck.

That was what your body needed to send a wave of adrenaline, and the need of escaping. You struggled, now thrashing around, making the both of you to fall to the ground. Your nails dug in Goro's skin, hoping that the damage you inflicted on him would be enough for him to let go. That did nothing, in minute of struggling passed which felt like an eternity. If you had been crying before, as a feeling of drowsiness began to cloud your head, you wailed wishing that someone would notice you. Eventually, your body began to feel the effects of whatever Goro has injected in it, and your eyes began to close.

Goro's breaths were fast, though as he felt your body relax in his embrace, he exhaled. He didn't want to resort to this, he was hoping that you would agree to leave with him. Once you no longer moved, he carefully removed his hands from your form. He moved back and then standing up, his eyes glanced down at your body and he had to frown. There's a long way to go and yet, he must carry you. Taking another deep breath, he kneelex down grabbing your upper part of your body and trying to place you over his shoulder. He could stand there and complain all he wants, he the sooner he got moving, the sooner he would arrive to the destination.

As he rushed forward, he couldn't help but laugh. He had thought that his mission would turn out to be much more complicated, but look at him, he's already on his way. At fist his real mission was to poison you, then once it was confirmed that you would survive the poison, he would retrieve you. The security isn't as tight as he thought it would be, but because the Chunnin exams are taking place, it seemed that they were too focused on something else.

How long until they find that you went missing? That, he doesn't know, though even if they notice it soon, there's a lot that the must handle before trying to retrieve a girl. With that in mind, he continued to journey back to his home.
