"He'll get himself killed!" I exclaimed.

"I don't like this anymore than you do, Hailey! Once the guys have their minds made up there's not much that can change it. I've been begging Dion to say something, to stop it, but he's in the same boat that KP's in right now. They're mad, all they can think about right now is getting vengeance."

"I don't want to see him get hurt, I don't want to lose him."

Angela scoots a little closer towards me, placing her hand on my lap, "we won't," she mutters in return, a small smile starting to grow on her face. "Remember, they're lethal together."

I make a little puffs sound with my nose, "that's not funny, Ang."

"I know, I'm just trying to lighten the mood. You shouldn't worry so much, Hail."

"It's hard not to with his life style," I admit. "I mean, h-how did my life change so quick, how did I get here?"

"You started dating Isaac Matteo, the hottest guy in school, so I've heard," Angela teases and I laugh softly.

"I still can't believe it sometimes," I smile looking up over at her and quickly look away. "We'll be out eating, or even just hanging out in his room, and I'll find myself just staring at him randomly, admiring him. And then I start thinking to myself; what could have possibly attracted him to me?"

I turn to find Angela with a huge grin on her face, "have you tried asking him?" I shake my head. "Do it," she continues to smile. "I can promise you that you won't be disappointed with his answer."

I smile narrowing my eyes at her, "you know don't you?"

I didn't think it was possible for Angela's grin to grow any wider, but it's does as she shrugs her shoulders. I bug her for a bit more, trying to get her to tell me what she knows, but she doesn't crack so I eventually leave it alone.

We watch whatever show Angela had on for a good fifteen minutes, when we hear what seems like a couple doors opening, followed along with some deep voices at a distance.

A deep roar of laughter erupts from within the hallway and a couple seconds later Dion is walking into the living room, vulgarly telling someone to 'shut the fuck up', but there's a smile on his face.

He walks passed me, a smile still on his face, "what's up, red."

"Hi.."

He walks over towards Angela, hovering over her, "hey baby."

She immediately starts glowing, Dion then leans down to kiss her on the lips and I immediately make a gagging sound, this causes them both to chuckle in between their kiss. This is actually the very first time that I've ever seen them kiss, and it's the cutest thing ever.

Dion and Angela have been very careful, and respectful, about showing any PDA around their friends and myself. I personally didn't care what they did as long as they were happy.

"I take it everything went good?" Angela utters as Dion takes the seat next to her, yanking the control from her grip.

Dion nods, instantly starting to flick through the channels, "KP went upstairs thinking you were up there," he says, never taking his eyes off of the television.

"Oh, okay, thank you," I say getting up from the couch.

I reach for my bag and see that Angela quickly takes the remote back from Dion, "excuse me, who said you can change it? I was watching that!"

I laugh softly and walk out of the living room leaving the two newly love birds alone, making my way towards the stairs and up to Isaac's room. I softly knock on Isaac's door once I'm standing in front of it but don't get an answer after a couple of seconds so I decide to walk in. I reach for the knob, turn it, and slowly open the door to find Isaac walking out of his closet, throwing a white V neck over his head, he's no longer wearing his expensive suit.

"Oh I'm sorry," I say once Isaac comes to a halt and looks over at me. "I was looking for my boyfriend, but I think that I might've gotten the wrong room."

Isaac immediately breaks into a smile while shaking his head, running his tongue along his bottom lip and I instantly get butterflies. I haven't seen him smile in weeks.

I shut the door behind me, slowly strolling over to him, "you haven't seen him by any chance, have you?"

"Can't say that I have," he smiles, wrapping his arms around my waist, pulling me into him. "What's he like?"

"Hmm," I place my arms on his shoulders, looking up at him, grinning. "He's Italian, about 6'2, 6'3, devilishly handsome, overly angry at times."

Isaac breaks out into a soft chuckle, "I shouldn't have raised my voice in the car, I'm sorry."

I shrug it off, leaning closer into him, "I still love you," and kiss him on the lips.

I feel Isaac smiles against my lip, "are you hungry?" He asks while pulling away from me.

"A little bit, you?"

He shrugs his shoulders, a sly little smirk on his face as his eyes start to fill with lust, "not so much for food."

I instantly start to blush, removing Isaac's hands from me. "Behave," I tell him.

Isaac scoffs softly, "what'd I do?"

"I know that look, and the answers no," I smile.

"Why?" He groans wrapping his arms around me again, pulling me into him. I get a good whiff of his cologne and my insides instantly start to melt.

I smile placing my hands on Isaac chest, trying to push him away from me but I'm obviously the weakest link here, "because," I giggle softly. "You can't have desert without eating a proper full meal!"

Isaac chuckles deeply and I know it's a genuine laugh and not forced, it instantly makes me smile knowing that I can still make him laugh at times like this. "Then let's go eat," he grins. "What are you in the mood for?"

"Pizza sounds good," I suggest.

"Tino's?" He smiles, I smile in return nodding my head. "Alright, let me just grab a shirt to throw over this one and we'll go."

"Can we invite Dion and Angela?"

Isaac tilts his head to the side a bit, "like a double date?" There's a slight grimace on his face, I smile again and nod. "I guess, yeah," he mutters. "Go tell them while I change."

"Oh no, you tell them. I think it'll mean more to them knowing that their best friend actually wants them around."

"But it was your idea!" He huffs and I laugh softly.

"They don't know that. Trust me, baby, it'll show them that you're making progress."

"Fine," he exhales. "Let me change."

Isaac walks back into his closet and comes out wearing a flannel over his white V neck, and is no longer in sweat pants, he's now in some dark jeans. He grabs his things off of his dresser and we make our way back downstairs, Isaac following closely behind me. We walk into the living room to find Angela and Dion still in here, laying on the couch, both of them watching tv.

Angela's still laying in the same spot I left her in, but she now has Dion laying in between her legs, as she combs one hand through his hair, her other hand clings onto her phone. Dion on the other hand is fully into the movie that's playing in front of him. I snort softly to myself when i notice the remote in his left hand, laying on top of his chest. He clearly won the remote battle with Angela, could explain why she's on her phone rather than watching tv.

I glance towards the television and recognize the movie that Dion is watching, it's one of the Narnia movie's, I recognize the two little beavers on the screen.

"Is this the first one or the second one?" I ask, releasing Isaac's hand.

Dion glances over in my direction for a quick second, "the first," he says with a smile. "What are you guys up too?"

Angela remains unfazed, her attention still on her phone in front of her.

I turn to look at Isaac, giving him the look, and tilt my head in his best friends direction. He rolls his eyes and looks away, and I nudge him on the ribs, pushing him forward, mouthing, "invite them!"

Isaac clears his throat, shaking his head, "w-were actually gonna go grab a bite to eat, you wanna come with?"

"Nah, you guys go ahead and go," Dion answers while keeping his eyes on the television. "We're gonna head out right now in a bit."

I nudge Isaac one more time and he quickly swats my hand away, "it would really mean a lot to me if you guys joined us, Dee."

Dion turns to look at Isaac, a small frown on his face, and Angela quickly sets her phone down, a confused expression on her face as well. Angela glances in my direction and I quickly smile and nod my head, putting two thumbs up then pointing over at Isaac in front of me.

She slowly starts to smile, "a-are, are you inviting us to your date?"

"Yeah, I guess I am," he sighs shoving his hands into his pockets. "We haven't really hung out together since you guys became err-, a thing."

"Together," I correct him.

Isaac glances over his shoulder then turns back to his best friends, correcting himself. "Since you guys got together."

Angela immediately starts to grin and looks down at Dion, whispering something to him. Dion shakes his head no and you instantly see the disappointment on Angela's face, she jolts her leg up forcing Dion to sit up, and she's quickly getting off of the couch, storming past Isaac and I.

Dion sighs deeply slouching forward on the couch now, his right hand massaging his temples, "I appreciate the gesture, KP, I do, but we both know that we're not ready for that."

My blood instantly starts to boil and I cut in before Isaac gets a chance to say anything. "It isn't about being ready, Dion, God only knows when you two will ever be ready! You're in a relationship now, it's about compromising, it's about going out of your comfort zone to show the other person you care about them!" I huff and turn to walk away. "Let's go, Isaac."

I don't hear Isaac follow after me and pause at the end of the hallway near the front door, I don't hear anything to be exact, not right away at least. I hear a small jingle of keys a couple seconds later and then Isaac's deep voice, "we'll be at Tino's if you decide to change your mind."

~~~~
Isaac and I step out of his house but we don't necessarily climb into his Beamer, nor his Acura, instead we climb into one of the SUV's that was parked out front, with one of Mr. Matteo's men sitting in the driver seat, apparently Isaac wasn't in the mood to drive.
I personally didn't care who drove us around as long as it wasn't me, I still wasn't use to driving on snowy roads and it was starting to make me a bit sad. My car has spent more time parked in my garage than actually being driven around.
Romo, our driver, isn't the only one who joins us on our drive though, he's accompanied by another gentlemen, another one of Mr. Matteo's men, his partner, Voss. According to my boyfriend, Romo and Voss were apparently the head of Mr. Matteo's security, they decide whether you were good enough to be in the family after talking with the main boss, Don Carmelo.
Voss and Romo don't follow us out of the truck, in fact they don't follow us into the restaurant like I would've assumed they would, the stay inside of the heavily tinted SVU. We get dropped off right in front of the door and I start to make my way towards it as Isaac stays behind talking to the gentlemen. I don't hang around In the freezing cold air, I reach for the door handle making my way inside.
I'm instantly being greeted by a few of the employee's, and a tall beautiful slim brunette standing behind the counter is asking me if I would like to hear about their special's that they have going on this week.
I smile and shake my head no, informing her that I'm actually waiting for someone else. She smiles in return, telling me to take all the time I need, she'll be back in a bit and walks away.
I walk up to the counter looking up at their menu when I hear the little dinging sound that someone has either entered or left the restaurant and see Isaac walking over to me.
"Did you order already?" He questions, standing directly behind me.
I shake my head once again, "no, I was waiting for you."
"Where's everyone at?" Isaac grumbles.
I shrug my shoulders, "the girl said she'll be right back."
Isaac steps beside me, "well she needs to hurry the fuck because she's not gonna like me when I'm hangry," he jokes, slamming his hand on the small bell that's sitting on the counter a couple times.
I giggle softly, moving his hand away, "behave!"
Isaac chuckles while leaning closer into me, "the faster I get my food, the
faster I can move onto desert," he smirks, crashing his lips onto mine.
I smile against his lips and mumble, "my aunt flows actually visiting right now," and instantly start laughing at Isaacs reaction, its filled with disappointment.
He begins to narrow his eyes at me, starting to smile, but doesn't get the chance to say anything because the pretty brunette is back, "I'm so sorry about the wait, what can I get yo-" she comes to a quick pause. "Isaac?"
I frown a bit and instantly turn to look at him. How does they know each other?
He greets her, "what's up, Kassidy, I didn't know you still worked here."
"Yeah I took the summer off, but I'm back now," she laughs awkwardly. "The usual?"
"No, its just two of us," he inclines his head towards me.
"Make it four."
I smile at the familiar voice behind us, I didn't need to turn around to know that Dion is back there with Angela. Sure enough I turn around to find Dion and Angela walking hand in hand towards us.
"You changed your mind," I smile.
Dion let's go of Angela's hand walking up beside me, "I may be a lot of things, Red, but I'm no coward," he says, clasping hands with Isaac.
I snicker quietly while folding my hands over my chest, "I never said you were one." I shrug my shoulders, my smile turning into a small grin, "but I knew you would do the right thing."
Dion scoffs a bit and we proceed with ordering what we came for, food. Angela and I eventually walk away and let the boys order the food and go grab a table. Tino's wasn't packed actually, there's about two other families here an a young couple at the back of the restaurant. Angela continues to tell me how excited she is to be on a double date, she thought this day would never come, and admits to this being their actual first date.
"You're lying?!" I exclaim while scooting into the booth. Angela shakes her head no, scooting into the booth as well, sitting across from me. "How?"
She shrugs her shoulders, "we haven't really had time with everything that's been going on, and we didn't want to risk getting caught in public before."
"Gosh, I still can't believe you guys are together! Who would've known!" I continue to grin. "You know, I kind of had a feeling deep down inside that there was something going on between you two when he came to pick you up at Carmen's, I just figured that you guys were really close."
Angela snickers softly, "yeah, it was the perfect cover. Dion actually struggled more to keep it on the down low than I did," she chuckles softly. "Especially when we were out in public, he's a lot more jealous than he looks."
"Oh, believe me, I know," I scoff.
"What are we talking about over here?" Dion says walking up to the table
"You know, typical girl stuff," Angela answers. "Periods, gossip, boys."
Dion narrows his eyes a bit, "haha you're so funny," and starts waving his hand so that she can get out of the booth. "KP wants to eat in the back room."
"Of course he does," I mutter. "Is he back there already?"
"Yeah," Dion nods. "He's on the phone."
I finish getting out of the booth and start walking towards the arcade room area, not waiting around for Angela or Dion. Sure enough I find my boyfriend at the back of the room, his back facing me as he continues to look out the window, talking into his phone. I set my bag down on a table as I walk by, and snake my arms around Isaac once I'm standing directly behind him, laying my head against his toned back.
"I gotta go, fix it!" He grumbles before hanging up the phone.
Isaac shoves his phone into his pocket and turns around to face me. "Everything okay?"
"It is now," he responds, his hands now cupping my face as he leans in to kiss me. "I ordered your favorite," Isaac says.
"Aren't you the sweetest," I smile up at him. "Did you grab the plates and cups?"
Isaac exhales deeply looking up at the ceiling, "I fucking knew I was forgetting something."
I chuckle softly bringing his face back down and peck him on the lips real quick, "it's no biggie, baby, I'll go get them," I tease.
'It's no biggie' was something Isaac had picked up and started saying a few weeks back, it was now starting to stick to me, and I was the one saying it.
Isaac snorts softly and I turn to walk away, when I feel him smack my ass and I'm quickly turning around, swatting his hand away. "We're in public, stop!" I grin bashfully.
He chuckles sensually, "it's no biggie, baby," he winks.
I shake my head while rolling my eyes, "you're annoying," I tell him and begin to walk away from him.
Angela is walking into the arcade area as I'm walking out. "Where are you going?" She asked.
"To grab some cups and plates, where's Dion?"
"Outside smoking a cigarette, do you want me to come with?"
"No, I got it, it's fine." I politely decline and continue making my way back over to the front counter.
I ask the same pretty brunette from earlier, Kassidy I believe, the one that Isaac just so happens to know, if I can have four cups and four plates. She places them on top of a tray, each cup stack on top of each other along with the plates, some silver wear, and some cheese and chili flakes.
She turns around handing me the tray when I hear Dion's voice behind me, "how much longer is our order gonna take?"
I take the tray from the girl, apologetically smiling at her as Dion walk ups to the counter, standing beside me. He smells like cigarette smoke.
"uh, I can go check on the status," she smiles although you can tell it's forced and walks into the back of the restaurant.
I grab the tray from the counter, playfully scolding Dion next to me. "We literally just ordered like ten minutes ago, Dee, I highly doubt the pizza's are ready."
He shrugs it off as it's nothing, "I get impatient when I'm hungry."
"You're impatient regardless," I remind him and it makes him laugh.
"This double date shit, it wasn't KP's idea was it?" He turns to look at me. "It was yours huh?"
I smile up at Dion and shrug, "you guys needed the extra push."
He scoffs and I notice that his tone of voice has lost its playfulness, "out of all days, why did you pick today?"
I glance back over at Dion, "because you need each other the most right now," I tell him. "Fonzy wasn't my friend, he wasn't Angela's friend, or I guess he was I don't know, but he didn't have a bond with her like he did with you and Isaac. You've both been mourning his death separately instead of being there for one another because you Italian men are so stubborn and can't get pass each other's difference's."
Dion had looked away while I was talking to him, he turns back to me and arches an eyebrow, "when did you become so wise, Red?"
I laugh softly and shrug my shoulders again, "I'm not entirely sure."
Dion stays quiet for a couple of seconds and then mutters, "I
