I grumpily sat in the back of a meeting room, waiting patiently for Carson to finish his damn speech.

I had been awoken by Linia after sleeping all day long, that Carson wanted to see me. I had gotten in the shower and changed as quickly as possible, despite the pounding headache I had, and got here only to find that Carson's meeting had been increasing in time. It had been thirty minutes, and I was still sitting here, bored out of my mind. I even started to count the amount of guns that were in the room, but I didn't even finish when Carson was walking up to me, snapping me out of my addition trance.

I quickly stood up, watching as men slowly disappeared out of the room as some even stopped by to shake my hand and congratulate Carson and I on our engagement. Once everyone was for sure out of the room, I slumped back down in the seat.

"Did you really have to wake me and drag me into this long ass meeting just to yell at me?" I complained, staring back at the empty wall in front of me.

"You were sleeping?" He questioned, his hands inside his suit's pants' pockets.

"Carson," I looked up at him, annoyed, "I'm tired, I only just want to sleep." Carson merely stared before nearing me and placing his warm hand on my forehead. I fought the shiver that was crawling up my spine. I couldn't let him affect me this much anymore, I didn't want to be disappointed anymore, so I knocked his hand off as he frowned. "I'm fine, I'm just tired." I grumbled and leaned back against the chair.

"Well," he watched me intently, "I wasn't going to yell at you, I just wanted to clear some things up-"

"Couldn't you have done this tomorrow?" I whined, sitting back in my seat and covering my face with my hands. "Carson, I have a pounding headache and I want to re-"

"That's called a hangover from drinking past your limit." He snapped, and I rolled my eyes.

"Just spit out what you want to say so that I can leave." I leaned back and laced my fingers together, placing them on my bare thighs.

"It's about our marriage." He started off and I felt restlessness course through my body. He was going to tell me about that blonde woman who he had been having a dandy time with the other day.

"I threw your engagement ring the other night, so don't worry, you won't have to take that from me, no strings attached now."

"What are you talking about?" He scowled, taking his hands out of his pant's pockets and reaching inside his suit jacket.

"I mean, that you won't have to bother taking the ring from me, you know, to give it to the other woman, I lost it." I shrugged as I saw him pull out a black velvet box.

"I know you threw it, and what other woman?" He frowned, the small box still in his large hand.

"Carson, you can stop playing stupid now." I narrowed my eyes at him. "I know I'm not the woman you want to marry, I also know you no longer need me to get the information from my brother, and th-"

"What? Your brother hasn't given me anythi-"

"Really?" I arched and eyebrow, leaning forward, and resting my elbows on my knees. "Silvano let it slip the other day, just like he said that you guys like to fool around with the women here."

He clenched his jaw and moved neared me, trapping me against the wall as he placed his arms on either side of me and leaned down. "How about you tell me what's going on between you and Silvano, huh? I don't ever see you getting that comfortable around your own fiancé." His intense eyes filled with anger stared back at mine as I pulled back, crossing my arms.

"Maybe if you weren't so busy screwing other women, and actually got to know me, I wouldn't be getting comfortable with other men." I surmised.

"Dammit Ayva," Carson growled, bending his head down and I fought the urge to start shaking my leg from nervousness. I had gone too far. "Fuck it." He grunted before looking up and crashing his lips to mine.

Taken aback, I pushed back on his chest, but his hand had come around to my waist and pulled me flush against him. "Carson," I gasped, pulling back to take a breath and watching his intense express on his face with too many emotions to depict.

"If you must know," Carson spoke, pulling back a bit as his arm loosened around me, "there's no one else, but you, there's never been anyone else." He stated and that was all the confirmation I needed.

I neared him and pressed my lips against his once more, wrapping my arms around his neck as he responded to the kiss. I could feel his warm hands grab at my hips as his soft lips devoured mine. I traced a hand down his hard chest and blindly undid the tie around his neck that was preventing me from unbuttoning his shirt. Finally pulling it off, I tossed it to the side as his warm tongue swiped my bottom lip, and I parted open. His tongue grazed my teeth lightly as I pushed his suit jacket off of his broad shoulders. His lips parted from mine and I took in deep breaths, trying to catch my breath as he trailed his kisses down my jaw and ear. I could feel his hot breath skim my burning skin.

He pulled his arms back to toss his suit jacket off to the side along with his tie before taking me up in his arms again and lifting me up. I wrapped my legs around his torso as I felt him walking us to the large conference table, where he placed me down. I reached to his buttons and tugged on them desperately, I needed to feel his hot skin under the palms of my hands. I heard a couple of them snap under my rough tugging, but I didn't stop to feel bad and sighed in relief when Carson finished ripping the buttons as he took it off. I felt the tips of his fingers tug on my flimsy blouse and I gladly raised my arms above my head so he could pull it off as well. His arm went back around me while the other one lifted my bare thigh up on his hip as he pushed me down on the table.

I let out a soft sigh as the cold table hit my hot back refreshingly. His mouth slowly placed small kisses from the base of my throat and down to the valley of my breasts before he leaned on the side and tugged on the nipple with his teeth. I shivered as the cool air hit my bare nipple before he encased his warm and wet mouth around it. Not holding back, I let out a smooth moan. His wet tongue circled around it before he tugged on it with his teeth and I raised my hips to rub against his own, feeling his hard erection rubbing on me pleasurably. His rough hands went behind me and unclasped my lacy, black bra as he moved his mouth to my other breasts and teased me by placing hot, wet kisses all around, save for my hardening nipple.

"Carson," I gasped, reaching down to grab at his arm, but he grabbed both of my wrists in a quick move and raised them above my head. "Please," I moaned out as his mouth finally circled on my nipple, letting vibrations of pleasure course through my body. I tugged on my hands, but he only gripped them harder and pressed them more to the table as his mouth trailed up again.

"Stay," he mumbled against my lips and tugged on my bottom lip with his teeth. His other hand reached in between my legs and unbuttoned my jean shorts before tugging on them, pulling them down my legs. Once they were off, I parted my legs again as he placed himself in between and moved his body onto of mine again. Restraining my arms, I pushed my hips up to meet his as he grunted, and I felt his hand meddle in between my legs when I heard the unmistakable sound of the door opening on us.

I quickly tried to cover my body, but it was impossible when my hands were being held above me and I was laying on a table with a very heavy and strong man on top of me. I didn't want to look to see who it was, but Carson thankfully let go of my arms and grabbed his shirt. "Shit, sorry, I- I didn't k-" Silvano's voice rang clear as Carson tossed the shirt over my shoulder and pulled it tightly closed.

"Silvano," Carson's low voice warned him, "turn the fuck around before I do it for you with a gun!" He hissed and I heard Silvano clear his throat as Carson  helped me down from the table, his arm securely wrapped around my waist, possessively pulling me closer to him. "What is it that you want, Silvano?" Carson questioned as he bent down to pick up my shorts and hand them to me.

"Well, it seems th-" Silvano turned around and I hissed a breath as Carson's face angered even more.

"Turn around one more fucking time! You know what? Get the fuck out." Carson demanded, not even thinking twice as he reached behind to pull out his gun, and I quickly stood in front of him while Silvano left.

"Whoa, okay, calm down." I reached towards his arm and gently pulled it down.

"You're still going to tell me there's nothing going on between you guys?" His furious stare turned to me.

I was taken aback by his anger, but just like he admit to me that there was no other woman involved with him, I would admit to the same thing with him. I placed my hand on his stubbled cheek and looked up to his eyes. "If there was something going on between us, I wouldn't have been so upset with you when I saw that woman on your lap, now would I?" I asked softly as his stare softened a bit, and he leaned down to kiss my lips.

"Let's go get you back to our bedroom before I go find out what the hell Silvano wanted." He bent down to pick up the remaining of the clothes that were thrown around.

"I'll go, you go deal with your business, I know my way around." I tried to convince him but he shook his head.

"No, it's fine." He placed his hand on the small of my back, and pushed me forward. I could feel embarrassment crawl up to my cheeks as we exited the room half naked. It was no wonder what had been going on in there, but the guards didn't even spare a glance in my direction, whether it was out of respect for me or fear of Carson, it didn't matter, I was grateful.
