Ava's POV

I came to the shop and saw Michael over there.

"Hey Michael. How you doing?"

"Hey Ava I'm good. How are you? Oh we have Alex here too huh?"

Michael was my father's friend and they were really close.

"I'm good just came to buy some stuff what are you doing in the corner?"

"I just parked my bike over here. Oh how you're gonna go inside with this stroller?"

"Uh I didn't think about that."

"No problem wait "

He tied the leg of the stroller with chain sort of thing which had a lock too.

"Here you go now take the key and do the shopping. You can unlock the stroller once you have returned. " He said with a smile.

"Thank you so much Michael but won't you need the lock?"

"Nah keep it. Or you can give it to me later. Nice meeting you kiddo."

"Nice to meet you too."

He gave a fatherly hug and went away with his bike. I picked up Alex placed him on my hip.

"Okay bud let's go shopping. "

Amadeo's POV

"Where's Daniel?" I asked Antonio when we saw the girl entering the shop with the baby.

"I'm right here brother." Said a voice from behind me.

Daniel is my youngest brother and gets on my nerves sometimes.

"So why do we owe the pleasure of seeing our mighty big brother huh Antonio. " he said.

I smacked the back of his head.

"Ouch man that hurts."

"Yeah? Then get serious when we are working."

He rolled his eyes.

"So the girl went imto the shop. She has seen me once today so you're gonna have to go in the shop make a conversation with her and bring her out so we can drug her and abduct her. And she has a baby with her 7 months old I guess." Antonio explained to Daniel.

Daniel gasped.

"Antonio Erik Rossi you are abducting a girl over here and your pregnant wife will go crazy if she knows moreover she has a baby. Oh God you're so dead."

"Santo cazzo."(Holy Fuck) I muttered under my breath.

"Oh shut up Daniel it's not for me."

"Oh then it's for our big bro then. Aww I'm so proud of you bro. You're finally in love."

I glared at him and this time Antonio smaked Daniel's head.

"Ouch people stop harassing me."

"Just do what you're told." I said angrily. This boy I swear.

"Fine show me her pic or something."

Antonio showed him the pic .

"My my she is cute."

"Stop wasting time and go."

"Okay okay "

He went inside and we waited for them to come out.

"You have everything ready?" I asked Antonio.

"Yes."

Ava's POV

I went into the shop and started picking all the essentials.

Diapers, baby wipes, teethers, and some groceries and fresh fruits. Alex had started eating solids so I had to feed him everything fresh.

Alex started to rub his eyes. I placed his head on my chest and lightly patted his head and he was asleep within seconds. Alex loved to sleep on my chest. He is so sensitive that he would know even in his sleep that I am placing him on his crib. He would start crying and won't stop until he takes his nap on my chest.

While walking past all the shelves I saw something. My favourite chocolate ice cream. I advanced towards the tub of ice cream.

Should I buy it? No I shouldn't waste money. But it's been a while since I had it.

I placed the tub in my trolley feeling really guilty. I went towards the counter to pay. Alex was sleeping. Taking all the things out paying for them and blancing Alex all at the same time is really hectic. I somehow managed to do it.

"70 dollars ma'am". The cashier said.

70 dollars!! Oh shit I had only 40.

My eyes went to the most unreasonable item of my shopping list.

"How much does the ice cream cost?" I asked cashier.

"30 dollars ma'am".

Sighing in defeat I said,"Can you bill me without the ice cream I don't want you buy it anymore."

The cashier looked at me pathetically. "Why do they keep things in the cart when they can't even afford it?" She muttered under her breath but it was loud enough for me to hear. I felt so embarrassed and hurt. Tears started pooling on the brim of my eyes.

"Don't keep the ice cream I'll pay for it".

Daniel's POV

I went into shop as per my brother's instructions and looked for the girl.

Oh there she is. She indeed had a baby with her. Jeez she is so young to be a mother. She may be a teen mom or something.

Suddenly my eyes went to something else which lying in the shelf in front of me.

m&m s!!

Oh mio dio!!(oh my God) I wasted no time in picking up the love of my life.

"I missed you so much. " I said to the packet.

What? Don't judge me I love m&m s. Like who didn't.

Oh shit! I got distracted again. Amadeo's going to kill me.

I looked around the store for the girl and found her at the counter. She was talking to the cashier.

"70 dollars ma'am". The cashier said.

She didn't say anything but was fidgeting with her purse. She looked at the tub of ice cream on the counter with guilt.

"How much does the ice cream cost?" She asked.

"30 dollars ma'am".

Sighing in defeat she said,"Can you bill me without the ice cream I don't want you buy it anymore."

Oh God I feel so bad for her.

The cashier looked at her pathetically. "Why do they keep things in the cart when they can't even afford it?" She muttered under her breath .

What the fuck!! What a bitch! Don't judge me my mamma taught me manners but this girl was a such a bitch! How can she behave like this with a customer. That's it I have to go there.

"Don't keep the ice cream I'll pay for it". I said to the cashier.

The girl looked up at me. I looked at her appearance. The baby was sleeping on her chest. She wore simple and baggy clothing. But she was pretty. Her eyes were red as she was trying to hold back her tears because of the nasty remark of that bitchy cashier.

"You want to take the ice cream sir?"

"Wasn't that what I said earlier?"

She and the girl both gasped at my sudden rudeness. She deserved it.

The cashier packed the ice cream and m&m s for me and packed the girl's stuff which was mostly baby products. She was struggling to carry the bags. This is a good opportunity to talk to her.

"Hey I can help you with those."

I took the bags from her hands. She appeared shock.

"Thank you but you don't have to. I'll manage." She said.

"Oh no no let me at least walk you out to the exit. Trust me it's okay."

She thought for a while and then gave a reluctant nod . I hurried to the exit with her.

"C'mon let's go to your stroller."

I reached the stroller and she asked,"Wait how do you I kept my stroller here?"

Before I could answer my mighty big brother Amadeo drugged her. Her body started to get limp and I quickly took the baby from her.

The baby however was not at all ready to let go of the girl's scarf. He started crying.

"Oh shit. Hey little man stop crying." I said.

Antonio quickly put a teether in the baby's mouth. He became a little cranky but stopped crying.

"God job bro." I said to Antonio. He shrugged.

But what is really interesting was Amadeo. Antonio eyed me with an astound expression and I did too. There stood my brother Amadeo with the girl in his arms and he was looking at her in awe. The expressionon his face is so unknown. We never seen him. Like this before.

Okay so what the hell is happening over here?
