Sky carried a tray full of masks with a scowl on her face, the incident with Muscle Man still in her mind. She spent all night following his every move, waiting for an opportunity to kill him.

There was no way back now. No matter what, she would not leave Virtue City without making sure he died by her hand. She needed this for her sanity.

Ah am sending two souls to the Grim Reaper tonight.

Two weeks ago, Sky found Sandie dead with two bullet holes in the head. No one knew what had happened, or who did it. Sky begged Barbie to ask the harlots for any information they had. They knew about everything that happened in Sin City.

A tear found its way down Sky's cheek as she remembered burying her little sister. John and Barbie were the only ones present. She didn't want anyone else to attend.

Sky cried herself to sleep every night. Barbie went to the harlots and returned with one answer; Stella. Or as she called her, Princess.

The harlots don't lie, especially when ya pay them for the information. And ah paid them well. But why did Princes kill ma little sister? Sandie was a sweet girl. She bothered nobody.

She shook off the thoughts after coming to a decision. Stella and Muscle Man were her next victims. She didn't care that she wouldn't receive money for this. Their deaths were all she needed.

Sky noticed a chocolate-skinned man in a black mask and a nice suit walk inside through the balcony. He had a white afro with shaved sides, and a brown satchel hung around his shoulder.

He looks too young to be here. Sky watched him stare at the rich men and women in awe, as though he was not one of them. It can't be. Why else would he be here? Ah am overthinking this.

She looked at the balcony's door and then back at the man. She had been standing on that side of the room the whole night and had seen no one go to the balcony. How did he get there?

Sky watched him talk to a blue-masked man. She knew it was Michael as John had introduced the man to the servants before the auction started. Michael seemed nice compared to how John talked about him. She guessed he was pretending because guests had arrived.

The horrible music from the piano stopped, and a blare of trumpets erupted in its place. It didn't take long before False Duchess and Princess arrived. They stood on the platform between the two flights of stairs.

Michael and False Duchess spoke one after the other while Princess stood to the side and smiled. Ya will pay for killing Sandie. Sky's blood boiled as he glared at Princess with a clenched jaw.

The rational side of Sky wanted to dig deeper into Sandie's death. Because if Princess were the killer, she would hear about it. It would have been the most talked-about thing in the world.

Princess couldn't go anywhere without the photographers following her. If she was in Sin City and murdered a child, or ordered it, then everyone would have known. Including Sky. It would be a good reason for those who opposed False Duchess to use to get her out of power.

What am ah thinking? Barbie and John assured me Princess was responsible. And ah trust them. Sandie was like a sister to them. They would never lie to me.

"Can I have one?" a masculine voice asked, getting her out of her thoughts. She turned and saw the white-haired man standing before her, pointing at the tray of masks she carried.

Ya are already wearing one. And it looks expensive too with the crystals. Sky quirked a brow, and he chuckled.

"It's not for me. It's for a friend," he said.

Whatever. Sky picked the mask on top and gave it to him. He bowed like he was a super gentleman and then walked away.

She watched him interrupt Princess as she was chatting to a man in a purple mask. Then, they talked and laughed together.

Sky smiled. Talk to her for the last time, White Hair. By tomorrow, ya will cry next to her grave.
