Harumin: "Y/N!"

An old friend of yours, who you just call Harumin just like everyone else, has come to visit you... in the hospital. You hadn't seen her in a while due to her constantly being in school, doing projects and whatnot, she never had any time to spend with you, so seeing her for the first time in a while because of an accident was actually kind of nice since it allowed you to actually meet her.

Y/N: "Harumin?"

Harumin: "I heard what happened, are you okay?"

You got into a car accident and you might or might not have broken both legs. Harumin seemed worried, but was ready to smack your head to reprimand you for not being careful like she always tells you to be.

Y/N: "Oh I-I'll be fine."

Harumin: "Do you think you'll get better soon?"

Y/N: "I think I will—"

Harumin smacked you on the head.

Harumin: "Why aren't you being careful? It could've been worse!"

You caressed the spot your good old friend hit, looking down in shame.

Y/N: "S-Sorry, it won't happen again..."

Harumin: "I hope not, now..."

Harumin sits down, pulling the chair that sat on the corner of the room really close to the bed.

Harumin: "I'll stay here every single day until you get better."

Y/N: "But what if I get better next month? Or next year—"

Harumin: "Every. Single. Day!"

With a look of determination on her face, Harumin held your hand, ready to spend day and night at the hospital with you until you recovered, and you knew that she wouldn't change her mind because she was like that, and that's why you liked her.

NIGHT

And then came the night, with Harumin hanging onto your hand, her head rested on the edge of the bed.

Y/N: "Harumin, go home. Go home."

Harumin got a tighter grip on your hand, but it seemed like she was still half asleep.

Harumin: "I'm not leaving your side, Y/N. I'm not leaving you because I love you..."

Y/N: "W-Wait... Wait what did you say?"

Harumin: "I'm sleeping now, goodnight..."

MORNING

Harumin: "How is my favorite person in the hospital doing? I brought you something from the outside world, here."

Harumin handed you something, a very small stuffed animal, a penguin. You gladly took it, smiling at the small creature and the way his weird face looked.

Harumin: "Don't worry, you're not missing out on anything. How's the hospital bed treating you?"

Y/N: "The same. It gets kinda boring in here, but they did say I could leave in about a week with a great wheelchair and a warning to not use my legs at any time.

Harumin: "That's great! But... you seem off. What's wrong? Come on, you can tell me anything~ comeoncomeoncomeon!"

You suddenly remembered what had happened last night, the thing Harumin said and how random it was, with your face suddenly feeling all hot and stuff.

Y/N: "I-It's nothing! I swear it's nothing."

Harumin: "Really? It doesn't look like nothing. Oh, could it be that... you're at that age?"

Y/N: "W-What? No, that's weird!"

Harumin: "I'm messing with ya! Relax, I'm not doing anything illegal, we're the same age. But really, what's up?"

You sat there, thinking about whether or not to tell Harumin about last night. Not that there was anything wrong with it, but it was just embarrassing for you to speak about things like that.

Y/N: "Y-You know, you were saying some pretty... embarrassing stuff last night..."

You tried to look away from your friend, doing your best not to look her in the eye because if you did, you would probably pass out.

Harumin: "Me? Like what?"

Y/N: "I... I can't say it!"

Harumin; "Come on! You know, if you keep doing this, then—"

Y/N: "Come closer..."

Harumin: "Eh?"

Y/N: "I-I said come closer..."

Harumin: "So it's a secret then... so, tell me..."

Harumin moved closer, the problem now being that she was really close to you, and you focused solely on her lips and how you were so close to kissing her. Whispering was the only sound in the quiet room.

Harumin: "Now what? What's this big secret you got?"

Y/N: "Just a bit closer..."

Harumin: "Don't you think we're already a bit too close—"

You decided to make a move and planted a kiss on Harumin's lips, using the fact that your faces were mere inches away anyways. Although sudden, Harumin giggled at what you had done. She moved away, smiling.

Harumin: "Oh my god... so you are at that age."

Y/N: "What does that even mean?! I just did that because... because... I actually don't know why I just..."

Harumin: "It wasn't that bad! You could improve a lot though. My turn..."

Harumin, now much more prepared, returned your kiss, caressing your cheek as she enjoyed the way your lips felt as they met with hers. After she stopped, she poked you on the nose and looked at you differently.

Harumin: "Huh, I am now just realizing how cute you are."

Y/N: "D-Don't say embarrassing things like that!"

Harumin: "They are all true though! Your cute face, and your cute hair, and your cute—"

Y/N: "I get it! I get it!"

Harumin giggles once again, before remembering that you still had something you needed to say.

Harumin: "What's that thing you wanted to tell me, by the way?"

Y/N: "Oh... you were saying how much you... loved me yesterday, but you were essentially asleep so I tried not to think too much about it and—"

Harumin: "I thought that was obvious! I'm here for a reason and it's not just because I'm your friend."

Y/N: "Well, c-cool."

Harumin: "I promise you we will 100% go on a date after this. A lot of dates."

Y/N: "R-Right..."

And after that day, you and Harumin became a really strange couple, loving each other a lot while Harumin constantly teased you. It didn't sound that strange, but what was weird was the way you two even got together and how you were the one that really did it, making the first move on that day. And when you mentioned that to Harumin...

Harumin: "Well, technically I made the first move, since I was saying things when I was asleep, which technically lead to the kiss—"

Y/N: "Alright alright! I got it..."

Harumin: "You're adorable!"

Y/N: "I'm not!"
