Tobias' POV

He kissed me.

I know I was curious about his sexuality and maybe I was stepping over my boundaries when I asked him, But he took it to a whole new level of stepping.

There were little things that made me question it. There was also a similarity in his action that him and my cousin have. Of course my cousin  lives in Indiana so I rarely see him. He's gay.

It's nice because my family isn't so uptight about the whole god not accepting gays thing. They believe you'll be accepted into heaven by the good you do in this world, not the people you sleep with.

I've never even felt weird around my cousin either. His names Bryan by the way, He's always struggled with coming out, especially with me surprisingly. When he came out to me, I told him I didn't care about his sex life. Then we laughed and he exhaled a deep sigh. He told me he was scared to tell me, he said I didn't look accepting and that he was scared things would change. Then I started wondering if I looked homophobic...

But homophobic's wouldn't let other guys kiss them. Well technically, it was just a guy. A brunette who went up to my shoulders and who's hair went perfectly up, not one piece falling out of place.

Emotions rushed through me when his lips touched mine. I'm guessing being intoxicated made you do some stupid things because I made the mistake of kissing back.

It didn't seem like a mistake in the beginning but once I pushed him against the wall, the realization of what was happening, hit me.

I turned my head away from him and felt the tingles on my skin go away. The feeling of adrenaline slowly changed to shock and relaxation struck. We just kissed.

And I liked it...

I could hear him breathing heavily and all I wanted to do was shut him up with another kiss. But I rushed out, hearing him calling for me in the distance.

I kissed him.

I rushed down stairs and saw Cameron and Dylan sitting outside, through the windows. I slid open the door and tried to hide the redness from my face before approaching them. Once the door opened, a gust of cool wind brushed past me. I inhaled and exhaled deeply before walking up to them.

"Where have you been?"

I looked up and saw three girls sitting with them. It looked like the boys were each eyeing a girl, while the girls did the same to them. Except for one....

She was looking at me.

"I was upstairs. What are you guys doing?" I asked, mostly trying to change the topic off of me.

"Nothing really. We just finished smoking." Dylan said as he casually put his arm around the blonde sitting next to him.

"And y'all didn't invite me?"

"You were nowhere to be found..."

"True." I walked over and sat down next to the girl who was secretly checking me out, "Let's do something." I said as I put my arm around the girl. She was pretty, which was a good sign for me since what happened a few minutes ago still had all my attention. She can distract me, keep me from thinking about him.

"Let's play a game." One of the girls recommended.

"Not 20 questions." I said right before I let out a laugh. It was an inside joke only my drunken state would find funny. Seeing the confused faces, made my laugh lower before completely stopping. Bringing up 20 questions isn't a good idea at the moment.

"How about, never have I ever." Cameron suggested. Everyone nodded and since I could careless about the game, since it's just the guys way of finding out about these girls; I nodded too. Let the secrets come out....

"Ok. I'll get the shot glasses!" I said as I raised my arm up, as if I was in class waiting for a teacher to call on me. I only lifted my hand as an excuse to take my arm away from the girl. It felt weird for some reason.

"I'll come with you." The girl who I still didn't know the name of, said.

"Sorry....."

"Carly." She said with a smile.

"Carly, That's a pretty name. Just stay here, I'll only be a second."

She nodded her head before engaging in conversation with the other girls. I rushed back inside and made my way past people, to the kitchen. Once I was inside, I grabbed six shot glasses.

I had to rinse out two that were in the sink since the rest were probably scattered around the house. Also some in the bedroom upstairs.

I can already picture what this house is going to look like tomorrow.

I grabbed a bottle that was half way full and lined the glasses one by one on top of the bottle. Once everything was lined perfectly, I picked up the bottle gently and made my way out the kitchen.

Then I saw Ronnie walk in. He could still walk on his own two feet,  so thats a sign that he wasn't hammered yet. But I couldn't get the idea of Ethan thinking Ronnie was flirting with him, out my head.

"Hey Ron! Where's Ethan?"

"Ethan?" He asked as he looked at the shot glasses in my hand.

"Guy you invited during gym... New kid... Brunette. I asked about him earlier."

"Oh yea. Didn't I say he was in the purple room?" He was with me. Then I walked out on him. Man, I really fucked up.

"He isn't anymore. Have you seen him around?"

"No. He must've went home."

He went home...

Was the kiss that bad?

The kiss shouldn't even be good! My conscience said to me. Just get it out your head. I knew that's what I needed to do, so I nodded my head and minded my business. He could leave if he wants to, no one was forcing him to stay.

"Ok. Gotta go."

I left the kitchen and made my way back out, ready for another round of alcohol that was going to fuck me up even more than I already was.

We were all in the front of the house by now. Carly ended up winning the game with only two fingers still up. I, of course lost because of my slutty past.

Yes, I'll admit it, I did sleep around a lot before Michelle, so the guys used that to their advantage to get me out the game. But now since Michelle's out my life, romantically, I could feel my old self scratching at the surface.

I wanted Carly, in more positions than one. She's the distraction I needed from Michelle and Ethan.

So with a bit of sweet talk and my charming ways, me and Carly were on our way to Dylan's car, about to head to his house. I'm surprised I still had my game back, do to how easy it was to get Carly for the night.

Before we could leave though, someone tapped my shoulder. I turned around and saw it was Angie, one of Michelle's old friends.

"Yes." I slurred.

"Have you seen Ethan? I was with him early and then I saw him talking to you. Have you seen him?"

"H-he went home."

She looked at the girl who was under my shoulder before giving me a disgusted look right as she walked away.

I looked down at the girl and smiled at her. Dylan had a spare room in his basement so I was certain there wouldn't be any noticeable noises once me and her got to work.

Hopefully he isn't a screamer..... I mean, she.

I meant she. I swear. I'm drunk okay?

__________

Kinda wanted to give you guys his perspective on the night of the party...

His definitely having a tug-of-war with himself and being drunk isn't helping, lol
