Chapter 17: Girl's Night

As the weeks past Julia slowly started coming back to her old self, joking around and complaining about Carlo's behavior at times. We would work next to one another just enjoying one another's company and you could tell those the loss of her baby was still paining her, but she keeps the picture that Ayanna had drawn showing a baby in the clouds watching over Julia and Carlos who were holding hands as a man dressed as a wizard giving them a seed.

When she asked Ayanna to explain the picture she said it was the Wizard giving them a new magic seed with their baby watching over to them. Julia looked over at me mouthing 'wizard' which just made me laugh. After I explain to her about Chance tell Ayanna that where babies came from she could stop laughing and said that was gold and she would have to remember that.

I never told her though about that night what happened between me and Chance. I know nothing embracing really happen amongst us, but I was still a little scared that I was letting him in more. We weren't to the point that we slept in the same bed every night, but we did every once in a while, mostly when Chance thought he could behave himself. Though she could tell something was different between us now, she smiles when she sees him come in with me and we would be holding hands. She had questioned me a few times, but never really pushed for answers.

One late afternoon we had just finished having dinner at Greg when she looked over at me with a dead look on her face, "We need a girl's night."

"NO!" Was all I heard next coming from all three guys in the room, before I could ask her why she thought we need to go out?

"And why not," she asked, looking over at Carlos and her brother Greg.

"Dear God, please not another girl's night." Was all Greg said, shaking his head looking down at his empty plate?

"Do you not remember what happen during your last girl's night?" Carlos pointed out, looking very formative about not letting us go. "Let me remind you. You both ended up in jail."

"Jail," Chance screamed, looking over at me, "What in the world did you do to end up in jail?"

"Let me tell you man, your girl here isn't all that nice when she drunk. She started some kind of bar fight because some guy grabbed her ass and she broke an empty beer bottle on his head."

Chance let out a small chuckle, "That's not the drunk Milly I remember." Then looked over at me giving me a small wink. "But if your last girl's night end you up in jail then I'm definitely with Carlos on this no Girl's night."

"And what was the first reason why you said no?" I asked, crossing my arms over my chest giving him a pointed look. I could hear Julia laughing in the background by the way the guys were acting about us having a girl's night that we hadn't had in the last four years.

"Do I need to remind you what happen the first time we got drunk together, because that reminder is over at Aunt Maria's right now? You mean to the world to me Milly, but I'm not going to help you raise someone drunk night guy's baby, unless it's mine of course.

"Yes of course," I said to him still giving him my most unpleasant face before turning to Julia. "I guess since these guys are so against us having a girl's night, let go have one. We deserve a night out after everything we have been through."

"I said, you couldn't go." Chance stated, sounding a little furious I wasn't following this order on staying home. "I'm not going to have some guy gripping up on my girl, thinking he has a chance of taking her home."

"Then I guess you'll just have to trust me that I'll be coming home to you and not going home still some strange guy." I reply back about the same time Carlos and Julia starting fighting about her going out also.

"Oh, give it a break Carlos. It was Lilly's twenty-first birthday and she was pissed drunk. We don't plan on getting too trashed we can't drive home. I just want to let out some steam and have some fun with my best friend." Julia yelled at him. "If we end up back in jail, just leave us there."

When I look over at them Carlos was looking over at Chance, "You know there's no winning with them right, they're going to do what they want."

Chance didn't say anything, just keep giving me this look telling me he didn't like the idea of us girl going out. When he pushed his chair out to walk away outside I knew something was bothering him and I had to find out what it was. "Hey, does it really bother you that we're going out, because you're welcome to hide in the shadows, making sure we stay on our best behavior." I joked with him wrapping my arms around his waist had I placed my head against his back.

"No, it doesn't bother me that you want to go out I understand wanting to spend time with your friend. It just bothers me thinking how those guys are going to come up and start hitting up on you." He explains placing his hands on top of mine that were against his stomach.

"So you're being jealous over someone who yet to exist." I laughed, letting go to walk around to face him. "Chance there no need to be jealous. We both have worked hard to get where we are now. Given yes, we fought a lot in the beginning, but now we're moving forward. I won't do anything to jeopardize what we have going on."

He looked down at me as he wrapped his hand against my waist, pulling me to him "I trust you Milly, I just don't trust those guys at the bar. I used to be that guy and I know how they think once they set their eyes one someone they want."

"Then I guess I'll just have to find an empty beer bottle and crash it on their head if they don't understand the word no." I laughed wrapping my arms around his neck.

"Yes, you will because you're mine." He declares, leaning down to connect our lips into a heated kiss has his hands dug into my hips pushing me more into him as a moan come out, giving him the opportunity to start tonguing wrestling with me. Just when the kiss started to get a heated he pulled away, leaning his forehead onto mine, "Remember that kiss and everything we have together when some drunk guys comes up to you and tries to take you home."

"So you're okay with me going?" I asked, wanting to make sure this didn't lead to us having some huge fight later on.

"Yes, go and have fun." He agrees, before giving me a pointed look "But not too much fun unless it with me." I smiled up at him and gave him a small kiss before leaning my head against his chest letting the summer air swim around us.

* * * * * *

So it seemed our few drinks turned into a bunch of different kind the bartender could make. Julia and I had been enjoying ourselves in the few hours we have been here. We dance a few songs and yet didn't have any guys try to talk to us. As our Bartender made us yet another drink, we joked about the last time we had gone out for my twenty-first birthday, when I was finally illegal to drink, and the guy who had kept trying to hit on me.

The guys didn't know the guy had been harassing me most the night and keep trying to take me home. Even when Julia told him she was my lesbian lover, to try to turn him away only to say that was more of a turn on, leading to him grabbing my ass and try to slip his hand down my skirt I had been wearing. I did the first thing that came to mind and that had been to grab his empty beer bottom and hit his cross the head with it not knowing it would cause the bar fight leading to Julia and me being thrown in jail. That was a part of my life I was glad I didn't have to relive and wasn't planning on it tonight.

"Oh my, do you remember how his eyes rolled in the back of his head after you hit him with that bottle. That was great." Julia laughed, taking a drink of her glass the bartender just laid in front of us.

"Yes, but I don't plan on going back to jail tonight." I laughed alongside her, but stop when I felt someone side press up against my back.

I turn to look behind me to see some guy talking to the bartender for a drink behind me. I moved closer to Julia thinking he didn't notice he was touching me, but he only moved along with me. Before I could warn Julia what was going on, the guy turn pressing his full front side to my back as his arm can across the bar and the other holding his beer. "So how about a dance?"

"No thanks," I said, moving out of my seat, pulling Julia along with me, but the guy followed us.

"Why not? You two are some of the hottest girls here. Why don't you come join me and my buddy over there? We can buy you whatever kind of drinks you like. Maybe even show you a good time after the bar closes." He pursued has he blocked our way to an empty table in the corner.

"I think the girls made it clear they don't want to by walking away." I heard a familiar voice say from behind him. Leaning to the side to look behind the guy I could see Chance standing there with his arms cross with a beer bottle hanging loosely between his figures. A smiled played across my face as I eyed his beer, but Chance caught my stare. "Don't even think about it."

"Don't think about what?" The guy asked, turning around to face Chance.

"Just my fiancé there, the one you're trying to hit on, as a tendency for hitting guy across the head with empty beer bottles when they don't understand when she not interested." He answered. "So go find someone else to bother because these two girls are taken by me and my friend over there in the corner." That's when I saw Carlos sitting in the back corner drinks his beer, watching the scene unfold only to have Julia run over to him and straddle him into a heated kiss.

"This girl can't be your fiancé because she not even wearing an engagement ring." The guy pointed out, which was true. Since we had agreed to get married was more of a business agreement, Chance thought it was best for me not to wear a ring till he knew I was fully ready to be his wife. He said only then would he buy me a ring and propose for real.

"That's between me and her. She knows who she belongs to, like I know who I belong to." Chance explain stepping closer to the guy. "Now if you will so kindly go find someone else to bother. I would like to spend the rest of my night here with my girl and show her that kind of fun you were talking about having with her when the bar closes.

That's when the guy turn and looked over at me, "Are you really with this dipshit?"

Before I could answer Chance was by my side, "it's Mr. Dipshit to you." He declaims to the guy, before pulling me into a heated kiss.

I had my arms around his neck within that second pulling him closer to me as his hands gripped onto my ass, lifting me off the ground as I wrap my legs around his waist. I could feel him walking us somewhere, but I didn't care. With the alcohol swimming through my body I wanted nothing more than to go home and show him just how much him protecting me from that guy meant.

When he sat down in a seat I pulled away to see Julia and Carlos staring at us. "I think you have some explaining to do?"

"What?" I asked, feeling confused. What did I have to explain when Chance just saved us from another trip to jail? "Shouldn't they be explaining why they're interfering with our girl's night?"

"Hey, you said I could sit in the dark corner and watch over you, so that's what we're doing." Chance answered faster than lighting, pushing me into him. I started feeling the effect of our kiss has he moved about under me. I had to bite back the little moan that about come out, as my body heated up even more. "That's all yours when you're ready for it." He whispered.

"You're engaged?" Julia asked, crossing her arms over her chest giving me a blank look. "When were you planning on telling me?"

"It's not what you think." I started saying about the time Chance leaned down and start kissing against my neck, pulling me closer to him.

"Yeah make sure you don't leave anything out." He whispered in my ear, "and while you explain to them what's going on, I'm going to show that douchebag who still eyeing you, who you belong to."

"Well before we started my father reading-of-the-well, we ran into this girl who Chance here apparently had slept with in the past seven years only to find out she's my half-sister from an affair my father had." I started only to have Chance put his two cents in saying he knew nothing about us begin related at the time when he slept with her. I finished telling them the rest on how I was told to pick between my father's company or my life here, then how Chance told me if we got engaged then I could have the best of both worlds.

As I'm telling them this Chance is still placing small kisses along my neck and sucking on small parts, putting my body into a heated passion that I hadn't felt since that night eight years ago. He kept his hands against my ass massage it like he had done my legs during the bath a few weeks back. I didn't know if he was aware of want he was doing to me, but it was really hard to concentrate on the story I was trying to tell Julia, only to see Carlos laughing as he watched Chance.

"So you're telling me this engagement is just a business agreement." Julia said, still not looking every pleased I didn't tell her.

"Not for long." Chance spoke once again looking over at them. "I've always planned on marrying Milly and one day I'll make this engagement real or I might just fly her to Vegas and just marry her. Who knows, all I know by the time I die she will be my wife."

"That's so sweet man, did you just grow a pussy." Carlos said laughing now. "I've never heard anything so girly in my whole life."

"Yeah at less I plan on marrying the mother of my child, unlike you." Chance through back. "That's the kind of man I am."

"About that," Julia said, looking uneasy as she gazed around the bar that was now starting to fade out has the lights came flashing on. "We did the Vegas thing right before we found out we were pregnant." Then she kissed Carlos "Ready to go home."

Before I could start questioning her about marrying Carlos without me being aware they ran out the door leaving to Chance laughing. "I guess he showed me."

"Did you drive here or did we just get stuck here at the bar?" I asked, "Because I might have a few things in mind once we get home that will make you forget how he already married his baby mama."

"Then it's a good thing my car out front, waiting to take you home safe." He said, picking back up holding up from under my ass. "I can't wait to see what it is you have in mind when we get home."
