A few more days went by, JoJo and you have gotten closer to each other. No one could find you without JoJo and JoJo without you. You two had stuck together ever since the day at the tree. That tree became your favorite spot to hang around at. One day You were walking with JoJo around the front of the mansion with Danny running around them. You both stopped walking when a carriage stopped in front of the steps to the mansion. You both stood near the carriage and waited for the person inside to come out. A boy about JoJo's age stepped out of the carriage. He had blonde hair and golden eyes. His eyes wandered around until they landed on JoJo and me. We walked up to him and Jonathan held his hand out.

   " Hello, my name is Jonathan Joestar. "

   " Hello, I'm Dio. Dio Brando. "

They let go of each other and I curtsied and when I stood back up I introduced myself.

   " My name is F/n L/n, but please just call me Y/n. "

He held his hand out for me and I set my hand in his. He brought it to his lips and kissed my knuckles. He showed me a small smile before he spoke.

   " It's a pleasure to meet such a beautiful lady. "

I smiled at him once more and pulled my hand away from him. I heard barking and I looked over and saw Danny running in a circle.

   " Oh, that's Danny. He's a very nice and sweet dog. He won't bite. Danny come here boy. " JoJo said calling Danny

Danny started running towards us and when he got closer Dio kneed Danny. JoJo and I gasped while Danny flew backward. He landed on his back, but he stood up and then ran off to his dog house.

   " Why did you do that!? "

JoJo was getting ready to punch Dio, but Mr. Joestar walked out of the mansion.

   " Jonathan what are you doing? "

   " Father, he kicked Danny! "

   " I was defending myself. I got scared when I saw the dog running at me. My reflexes kicked in and I kicked the dog. I apologize Mr. Joestar. "

   ' His aura isn't right. '

   " See, Jonathan it was only out of instinct. Please apologize to Dio for almost hitting him. "

   " I'm sorry Dio. I guess I would have the same reaction if a strange dog ran at me as well. "

Dio nodded and we started walking up the stairs towards the front doors of the mansion. The person driving the carriage set Dio's suitcase by the staircase inside. As I was walking up the steps a hand grabbed mine and wrapped it around their own arm. I looked to my side and saw Dio walking with my arm around his up the stairs.

   " A woman should never be unaccompanied. It is ungentlemanly to let a woman walk on her own. "

   " O-Oh ummm. Thank you. "

I looked up and noticed JoJo staring at us. He held sadness in his eyes as I watched him. We walked inside and I moved away from Dio and towards JoJo. Mr. Joestar introduced us and welcomed Dio into his home and claimed he would be Dio's adoptive father. Mr. Joestar walked up the stairs and disappeared down the hallway. JoJo grabbed Dio's suitcase but Dio grabbed JoJo's wrist and held it tightly.

   " JoJo! "

   " You're hurting me! please let go. "

   " Watch your hands. No one's allowed to touch my things without my permission. Next time you reach for what's mine with this paw, I'll break it. "

   " I was only trying to help! "

Dio turned around and elbowed Jonathan in the ribs. He let go of JoJo and faced me.

   " Well don't. I will have a servant carry them up for me."

He leaned down to JoJo and pulled on his ear.

   " Listen. I may be a guest within your house but I am not to be trifled with. In all things that I do, I am number one. Look your nose down on me and you'll regret it. "

   " But Dio, I want for us to be friends."

   " And another thing. I hate all mongrels. They don't scare me. I just despise how they fawn over the unworthy. So keep that mangy mutt of yours well away from me, Joestar. "

Dio started up the stairs and I ran to JoJo. I crouched beside him and looked at his wrist. It was bruised.

   " JoJo are you okay? "

   " I'm fine. Thank you for worrying though Y/n. Come let's go outside. "

He stood up and grabbed my hand. We started walking outside and we walked to Danny's dog house and checked on Danny. He seemed fine but it seemed he didn't want to get up.
