The Holly Foundation dated as far back as 1692.

The family started off as plantation owners and slowly grew a taste for politics. It wasn't long until the once patriarch John Holly took office and became Mayor of the tiny Virginia town. The family never seemed to have a dark period, year after year the family grew and became richer and richer and more powerful by dipping their hands into all forms of industry and they even dabbled in the arts. Their love seems to stick to their wineries in California. From the public records, they have seemed to put quite a bit of money into Atlas Academy. Actually, the way it sounded, they might have built the whole damn school themselves.

The name Holly stayed, no matter if the heir was girl or boy. Girls kept their names, or at least the ones who took to power kept their names. People that changed their surname faded into obscurity.

I needed more current information. I had a problem with the Holly family of today.

The Holly's weren't the only people here with deep pockets. I checked on their more recent work, noticing one common thing that never changed. Their family emblem is a pointed hat (upon deeper research, the Holly family claims that the family was once big into hat making, but that seems a little too convoluted to be true). The emblem looked like if I showed it to Jacks, he'd scream WITCHCRAFT. Following a hunch, I found out the family was created around the time when women were burning burned at stake or thrown into a lake to prove their innocents. John Holly's wife was accused during the Salem Witch Trials.

Checking through Google images, I found Dylan Holly, the current patriarch, and Mickey Holly's father. Of course, he was incredibly handsome and a vision of Mickey's future. He didn't look like a father, but more like an Italian male model for suits so expensive, they're sewn together with strings of gold. He had a winning smile and admittedly, my knees melted a bit.

His wife, Jade was even more striking with eyes that cut straight through me. She really didn't seem like the diaper changing, here's five dollars for lunch money kind of mom. I couldn't imagine where Mickey got his softness. They seemed like harsh bold colors and Mickey was definitely softer like sky blue or rose pink. Unlike the imposter. The anti-Mickey definitely fit between Dylan and Jade Holly.

They also seemed like the kind of parents who were good at guilt trips, like Jacks said.

However, it couldn't be a homophobic thing. The Holly Foundation donated to several suicide prevention organizations for gay teens and yearly to the Human Rights Campaign. I supposed that could also be a ruse just to keep up a good image. Researching more, I couldn't find any pictures of the family actually together at once. Only one article said: "Mr. Holly is very excited to be finishing his work at Wilde industries so he can get back home to his kids."

Kids. Mickey never mentioned siblings. I imagined they couldn't be around the same age or they would be here at Atlas too. From the looks of his parents, Mickey must be the eldest. Even the way he acts leads me-
