"Drive me instead to school. I want to get my car." I wipped my hands with a napkin.

I followed him to the car and he drove silently, probably thinking about something.

I on the other hand was trying to calm my curiosity. You can't blame me to be honest, I just wanted know more about the guy I'll be sharing a place with.

My phone vibrated in my pocket making me startled. I took and saw a message from unknown number. Who is that?

'Hi.'

"Hello? May I know who you are?" I typed back.

'I'm your secret admire.'

"Well you do sound like a creepy stalker."

'Ouch that hurt.' The person sended with a crying emoji.

I chuckled slightly as Amir gave me a look, maybe wondering who I'm chatting with.

"Let's cut the drama now. Who are you?"

'It's Lucas and I was wondering if we could meet up to continue our project.'

Lucas? How did he get my phone number?

"Yeah we can. But how did you get my number?"

'I have my sources.' He replied with a winking emoji.

Is he flirting with me? And why is he mischievous all of the sudden? I thought he was the guy who's quiet most of his time.

'Are you free tomorrow?' He sended again.

"I can't tomorrow but I'm free on Sunday."

'Perfect. See you then. I'll text you the location.' With that we ended our little conversation.

I put my phone back in my pocket and looked out the window to see we were already here.

I turned my head to Amir, he was watching me.

"Why didn't you tell me we got here?" I asked, frowning.

"I did but you were busy chatting with your boyfriend." He said with a little growl and a hint of jealousy in his voice.

Jealousy? Pfft yeah right.

"Oh sorry. See you later." I didn't deny, I wanted him to believe that I too got my own life, secrets.

I made my way out of his car then to mine.

The next day went in a blur. I didn't think my weeding day would be so.... ordinary.

My nikah happened fast and currently I'm unpacking my things in my new room with Amir in the next.

I said and kissed my family, room and old life goodbye. Honestly it does not feel like I'm married, which is good.

I can just pretend that I'm living in a dorm with my roommate on campus. Yeah that would make everything easier.

I gave up unpacking half way throught. I went out of my room with the though that I could unpack later. If that later ever happens.

I went into the kitchen and poured myself a glass of water. It's so silent here. I'm not used to silence. My house always had guest or some kind family party. It was always fun and loud. I remember bickering with my brothers as they would chase me after I said something sarcastic.

It's only been a two hours and I miss them already.

"Are you going to drink that?" Amir voice snapped me out of my thoughts. I look at him and then at the glass of water in my hands before I chucked the remaining water down.

"What are you thinking about?" He asked hooping on the kitchen counter.

"Living here." I answered in daze. After a short while a solution came up in my mind. A solution to make this work. "And about that, we need to set some rules."

He snickered "If you haven't noticed, I'm not one to follow rules lion."
Again that stupid nickname.

"Well it's about time you start then or else.." I putted my innocent smile.

He narrowed his eyes at me and jumped off the counter walking slowly towards me.

"Or else what lion? What are you going to do?"

Dammit he's getting closer and that was my cue to move backwards.

"I'll beat you." I blurted our without thinking.

Did I just say that?!

He raised his eyebrows up with his eye flickering with amusement.

"At boxing." I quickly added.

He came to a stop after getting a few inches from me. "I'll follow your rules. Lets do it but instead of the rules, if you win I'll do whatever you want. However if I win you'll be my slave for six months." Then he smirked adding "I grew bored of the little speechless game we had."

I'm a pro on boxing and I'm pretty confident that I'll win. Oh there's so many things I want him to do. Mostly embarrassing things. My evil conscious laughed. "Deal."

"Now let's get to it."

We went and sat on the couch in the living room with paper and pen in my hands.

"We can take turns. I'll begin" I said.

"Rule #1 no going inside each other's room without permission."

I turn to him after writing it down for him to say his rule.

"#2 No asking each other about where we are or going." His eyes never left mine. Why? Is he hiding something?

"#3 clean up after yourself." I said.

"#4 No bringing friends or anyone over."

That's right our marriage is a secret.
I paused for a second thinking about good rule but didn't came up with one.

"That's all for me. Do you want to add a rule?" I finished writing down the rules.

"Yes one more thing. Let's not tell our parents what we do here, alright?" He said with a low and intimidating voice.

Is he planing to kill me?! If he even tries to do anything funny I'll beat the daylight out of him.

I put my guard up ready for anything and I decided that I'll continue like that as long as he's near me. My boxing teacher taught me that if I sense a little bit of danger prepare to attack. It's was a long time ago now I just train alone. So I stiffened and sat straight.

Amir looked at me up and down confused but smirked. "Don't worry lion, I won't do anything to you."

I cleared my throat "who said otherwise?"

I don't know when but we began having a stare competition daring each other to look away until a sound came from Amir's phone.

He grabbed his phone from his pocket never breaking our eye contact but then he took a look at his phone and suddenly stood up. "Have a nice dream lion." He said walking to the door.

"Where are you going?" I asked.

He paused and turned around with his brows high. "You broke the record of breaking the rules in less than a five minute, bravo."

I mentally slapped myself. Idiot.

"I asked without thinking, you can go now." I waved my hands in front of me which made Amir chuckle and walked out without another word.

Where is he going? So many secret. What if he's meeting up with drug dealers?

I gasped, what if he is in a gang?! I could be right all along calling them mafia gang. I gasped again at my own stupidity. Seriously I need to stop watching tv series. Sometimes my head starts to create stories that will never happen.

I sighed and took the rule paper to the kitchen and placed on the refrigerator.

I skipped up to my room to change out of my clothes but instead I found the room messy. Ugh! I have to clean at some point in my life so why not do it now.
