"Come on, you two. Stop arguing." Dad yelled from outside.

We weren't arguing. We were just having a peaceful conversation.

"See! You argue too much." I accused Elonzo.

"Yeah right. Let's go." He said, holding my hand in his and leading me out.

Everyone was already in their cars.

"Hey little baby. Look at my baby." Luciano yelled, poking his head out from the window of the car.

Shame. Why did he have to be the one with the same taste?

"I want." I said, pouting and looking up at Elonzo.

"You don't know how to drive. If you want to go with him.." He trailed off, uncertainty on his face.

"Like he would let me. Change his will, so he leaves every one of these beauties to me, then let me kill him." I said, narrowing my eyes at the trucker, who was currently out of his car and checking it.

"My car is not bad." Elonzo said, looking back at the big black car. A businessman car, to be exact. I looked around. Dad, the older twins, Leo and Nathan were in a limo. Marco was most probably in that black business car and that show off Luciano had asked for a sports car.

Not bad for him. Boring car for me.

Ugh. This trucker is never going to let me even touch that cool baby.

"Do you wanna go with me?"

My head nearly fell off by how fast I turned it.

"Woah! What?" I asked, my jaw touching the ground. "Help me pick my jaw up from the ground, will you Elonzo?" I said, grabbing his shirt on his upper arm in my fist and shaking him violently.

Well, I shook violently. He just watched me weirdly while I tried to shake him, but I was the one moving back and forth on the spot.

"Since, you didn't hear me. Forget it." Luciano smirked.

"No, I did hear you." I said, running to the other side of his car. "And my answer is sure."

Before entering, I turned back to Elonzo, who still had a half suspicious half surprised look on his face.

"Bye Elonzo. I love you. We'll meet at 'wherever we are staying'." I said, waving my arms, frantically before jumping in.

"Alright. Don't kill each other. So try not to start an argument, please." He said, shaking his head and turning back to move to his car.

As soon as we hit the road, I decided to ask.
"So what do you want?" I asked, looking at him sceptically.

Maybe I should tell Elonzo about him. He looks sketchy.

"So my girlfriend..." I cut him off.

"Ewwww..." A long ew that lasted a minute. "Don't even start."

He chuckled.
"I was joking. I don't want anything this time. At least not now." He smirked by the end.

"Then why did you agree to take me with you?" I narrowed my eyes suspiciously.

"Because.." He stopped, putting his hand on the gear. "This baby is talented and I wanted to show you."

I furrowed my eyebrows, looking at him, confused.

My confusion increased when the slightly busy road became completely deserted.

"You took a different way than others." I said.

"Well yeah. I know. Dumbass." He said.

"Look. If you're taking me to a deserted place to kill me, then know that I don't know how to drive a car nor do I know the way, so I don't know how I'm gonna go back to my family after killing you in the name of self-defense." I said, that long butt sentence in one breath, cracking my knuckles at the end for effect.

"Shut up. Why do you talk so much?" He scowled at me.

I was about to retort when a familiar sound filled my ears.

Nostalgia filled my senses and I could smell it, see it, hear it, feel it, even taste it as my stomach turned.

The sound of horns, hooters, cheers and someone speaking in a microphone.

"So?" He said, wiggling his eyebrows, while sideways leaning towards me, his shoulder touching mine.

I shoved him away, smiling brightly.

Not gonna lie. I miss being at such an event.

Luciano parked the car, ignoring the many admirers, who looked like they wanted to eat the poor car.

"Stay in here. I will open that door for you. If your dumb diapered ass does something stupid, I'm gonna kill you." He stated, looking at the many people at my side of the door.

He's not gonna leave me alone and away one second?
Definitely something new for him.

He got out and immediately some people gasped.

"Romano is back in Italy everyone." Someone cheered into the microphone. The crowd cheered at that, more people turning towards Luciano, as he waved at someone.

A tall guy, almost as tall as Luca appeared with a big smile on his face. I could see the tattoos on his body. Atleast those which were visible. His neck had tattoos all over.

"Luciano." He cheered bro-hugging him. His Italian accent noticeable, of course. "How've you been, man?"

"I've been great. Except I miss these events." He replied, before smirking. "So, you and Jade huh?"

"Yeah." The guy rubbed the back of his neck. "She had me begging now."

"Good for you." Luciano said, before glancing back at the car. He came to open my door, with the guy following him.

I got out slowly. The crowd had moved further for some reason.

"Wait a- what!?" He looked at Luca for answers.

"Meet my sister, Evelina." He introduced. "This is my friend, Blaze."

"Nice to meet you." Blaze said, shaking my hand.

"Likewise." I responded, nodding in acknowledgment.

"Why'd you bring the princess here?" He asked.

"Because she loves this stuff and we had some time to kill." Luciano replied simply.

"She loves this!?" He asked, looking at me with an impressed look, while pointing his thumb backwards.

"Yeah. Don't boost her ego." Luciano said, seeing the smirk on my face.

"He already did." I said, shoving him.

"Alright." Blaze chuckled. "Let's go then."

Luciano nodded before motioning for me to get in the car.

"We're gonna win." He said, putting his fist before me, as soon as we were seated.

"You better." I smirked, fist bumping him.

With that, he turned the music up and sped up.

Okay. I did not know this trucker had hobbies other than flirting with every girl who crosses paths with him.

"You never told me about this, trucker." I yelled.

The last drift was so cool. He did a whole 360.
This was like just a stunt event. Cars were drifting and gaining scores. This wasn't a racing event. But it was so cool and now I want to learn these tricks too.

"Alright brace yourself." He said, smirking and looking at the ramp before us with a hungry look, as I'd call it.

The car gained speed while I looked at the ramp with the same expression. This better be cool. I don't care about us surviving this jump, I just want to look cool.

I jolted in my seat when we landed back on track and he drifted again, so the car did a 180 and stopped.

"Woah! Remind me to take you out on a treat for letting me experience this." I said, looking at him like he was my bestest friend ever.

I don't know about bestest friend, but we for sure were best buddies right now.

"Sure." He said, getting out and rushing to my side, opening my door.

We won!!

I put my head up and got out, standing beside my brother as the crowd cheered and he shook hands with people.

"Okay! I see you haven't lost that talent." A female voice said. I turned my head, to see a girl walking towards us. Tattoos, cool outfit, powerful approach.

"Jade." Luciano said, doing a special handshake.

"I missed you retard." She said, before her eyes landed on me.

"Glad to meet another cool girl like me, who can survive that." She said, fist bumping me.

Is it wrong I'm actually admiring her? Like the whole bad-butt personality.

"Nice to meet you too." I smiled.

"Okay. That was pretty cool." Blaze appeared, wrapping his arm around Jade's shoulder and punching Luca's shoulder.

"I know. I just thought it'd be good to show my talent, now that I got a cool sister."

Argh! A compliment from this trucker? Definitely feels nice. Maybe it's the adrenaline that's making him compliment me, but this trucker is gonna regret saying that.

"Yeah. Is she a beginner? I would actually love to teach her some tricks or something." He said, smiling at me.

Luca chuckled.
"That's won't be necessary." He said, making a confused look to cross Blaze's features. "She's a bike racer. So, obviously she has some unknown tricks up her sleeve."

"Oh my God!" That was Jade. "Really?"

I nodded, awkwardly. That's actually not something I'm too proud of. It's just related to stress and depression.

"Cool. What do you think about my baby there?" She pointed in a direction. I turned my head and my eyes widened.

"Woah. That's beautiful." I said, taking a step towards it but staggering back again, when I realised they were watching me.

"Yeah. Her baby." Blaze rolled his eyes. "She loved him more than me."

"Glad you like it. We can race sometime." She offered, nudging Blaze with her elbow at his last comment.

"I actually don't race anymore." I said, rubbing the back of my neck sheepishly.

"For some reasons." Luciano said, in a tone that meant not to ask questions.

"Oh. No problem. We can still hang out." She shrugged smiling at me. I smiled back and nodded.

"We should get going now. According to my calculations, 'stopping for ice-cream' doesn't take this long." He said, airing quotations.
