Quinn's pov.

Colby was downstairs. He had gotten ready quickly. Me? I'm taking forever.

I decided to straighten my long curly black hair. When I finished it reached the bottom of my back. I put on a light pink lip gloss and the ready of my neural makeup. I slipped on my grey dress and zipped up the back. I put on my simple keeled bracelet and clasped it tightly around my wrist. I then slipped on my mother's wedding ring o to my left hand. The opposite of the bracelet. I looked at myself one more time in the mirror. I smiled. I felt so pretty for once. I felt beautiful. I am beautiful. The voices in my head were dead silent and I couldn't help but smile. I took the brush and added one last stoke of Jeffrey star high liter on my cheek bone. I pit a little in my shoulders and neck too. I slipped on my heels and then walked down the stairs.

Everyone looked up. I heard gasps and a few 'oh my's and even a whistle

I smiled and looked down at my feet and then looked up again.

Colby got up and came over to me.

"You look... incredible," he lowered his voice

I blushed a little

"Come on We're going to be late!" I said grabbing his hand

"Hey!" Corey yelled suddenly

We looked at him

"Have her home by 11:00!" He screamed and we laughed

We went outside and walked to my Jeep.

"Umm no," he said pulling me away

"What why?" I questioned as he was still pulling me.

We went outside the gate and sure enough some how... Colby had gotten a limo

"What. The. Hell?" I questioned "how?"

"I know a guy," he said pushing me in

We got In.

"Hey uncle Elton!" He jokingly said

"Hey Colby!" He said "this must be Quinn,"

"Hi!"

We pulled up to the school and I saw people looking at us through the limo. Luckily the windows were tinted and so no one could see us.

I opened the door and stepped out. Colby followed behind. I grabbed his hand and we walked inside without caring anymore

We walked through the blue and silver streamers hanging from the entrance. The nights were low and music was playing.

We walked further inside

"Well, well, well," a voice said from behind us.

We turned around and there stood Macey

"Look who decided to show up after my warning,"

"What did you expect really Macey?" Colby said staring at her

She paused

"THE Colby Brock said my name!"

"Screw off," I said flipping gym hair and walk-in off dragging Colby with me.

"Umm no. You're of walking away." She said to me

"Yes I am,"

She came up to me but I pushed her back before she had the chance to do anything. She stumbled and tripped someone. Whoever it was spilt purple punch all over her shirt white dress.

She screamed before walking off

Colby and I tried to hold out laughter back.

Colby and I stood in front of each other

"I still can't believe you've never been to prom," he laughed lightly

"Yeah me either," I said "it's amazing,"

"I'm glad," he said smiling at me

My hands around his neck and his around my hips.

"I love you so much," he said

He leaned Down because of his height advantage. He kissed me once lightly.

"You know what time it is?" I asked

"It's 12:30," he replied

"Uh oh," I said playfully "were past curfew,"

"Oh well," he said as we were walking home.

We opened the door quietly to not wake anyone if they were up

"You're past curfew," Corey said through the darkness in the kitchen

Colby and I jumped because we were scared.

"I told you 11:00. It's 12:36,"

"Sorry DAD!" I said loudly but not to loud

Colby started to crack up hysterically and I laughed the same.

"Let's go," I said dragging him up to our room that we basically share now because I practically live here.

We got inside and Colby sat down

"Babyyy, can you unzip my dress?"

"Really you wait until after I sit down?" He asked standing up and unzipping my dress for me.

Thank you," I said slipping it off leaving me in my short athletic shorts and my bra.

I ran and jumped onto his bed causing it to shift.

"Damn Quinn They're gonna think we're doing stuff in here," he laughed

I laughed back

I grabbed his laptop and signed on. I got on Netflix and put on a movie. I put the laptop it the head of his bed and I laid on my stomach. Colby did the same. I kissed his jaw before putting my attention into the movie.
