I've officially been in the harem for a year now ,I was an official favorite to the sultan but what bothered me was that I wasn't pregnant yet,Yes I'm very scared when it comes to giving birth to a child but I wanted one of my own ,also I knew if I had a child ,a son specifically I would get just a little power ,but it never happened even so it had valide sultan worried ,she sent me to have a checkup but even the doctors said that there was nothing wrong with me.

Hatice-geverhan sultan gets bigger everyday ,obviously but didn't want me to visit her daughter as she waa jealous of me ,but luckily Mahmoud gived me permission to ,I generally feel bad for the young girl as she doesn't really get paid much attention to as she's a female ,but I promised to do my best.

I was sitting on my bed reading a book,when the doors opened and there walked in Ayse hatun with a smirk on her face and her hand on her flat stomach

Obviously she was in a good mood ," Aybike hatun ,aren't you going to congratulate me"she questioned with her eyebrows raised

I letted out a sign before closing the book in front of me " what must I congratulate you on Ayse sultan" I said sarcastically as I rolled my eyes

I placed the fakest smile on my face and said "congratulations hatun" and got up to go to the garden ...

Walking through the harem, Ayse and dila saw me obviously they noticed my sadness and followed me ,as soon as I reached the gardens I immediately let the tears fall on my face luckily the girls were there to support me ," Don't cry Aybike ,don't show them your weakness "said dila
" Dila is right Aybike they will try to hurt you but don't show then you are weak be strong " said ayse

I nodded and wiped my tears away before going back to the harem ,later that night there was a celebration for Ayse

There were dancing ,music ,celebrations surprisingly Mahmoud attended the celebrations, obviously valide sultan brought Mahmoud so that he can pick a girl to spend the night with

I dressed in a beautiful dress ,with my curly hair neatly in placed as I had a seat ,next to Yalmaz sultan ,who gived  me  a nod and a small smile ,as Mahmoud looked at me with love in his eyes and I also gives him a smile

The party continued, but hatice was crying alot so I asked nur for permission to take her , she really didn't care who took the child as long as it was away from her ,the 2 year old was probably hungry or tired ,I asked permission from the valide to leave ,from the look on her face she was angry that I was still taking care of her Granddaughter and not her mother but she still gives permission to go

I reached my room and immediately changed into something comfortable, and got a crib bought for the sultan as she immediately fell off to sleep.
I heard my chamber doors open ,and turned to see Mahmoud standing there ,he came closer and kissed my forehead as we head to bed
