To deal or not to deal, that is the question?

With the lawsuit still looming over us, we all sat down and played poker. I never really played cards, so Nash had to help me.

"How is this fair? You helping her?" Nixon asked him.

"Because she doesn't know how to play," he shrugged as he looked at my cards and whispered in my ear.

"Are we going to play before Nolan makes his appearance?" Nathan asked everyone.

"We're working on it," Nash said to him, waving him off.

"Why aren't you girls playing?" Jace asked them.

"Yeah, no, did you ever see Nixon when he loses? I swear he tried to land those little pieces of monopoly in my head," Kat responded.

"Yeah, well, I still have the scar when Nathan kicked me under the table," Macey said, earning a look from Nathan.

"Hey, at least they didn't cry like the big baby over here," Marcy said, pointing at Noah.

"Seriously? Do you mind?" Noah huffed.

"No," she said, rolling her eyes.

"So, are you guys joining in?" Kat asked Jace.

"Oh, hell no, our family may be crazy, but Uncle Nate's boys are horrible with games, and it gets nasty real quick," he told her.

"What do you mean, nasty?" I asked them curiously.

"He means nothing," Nash said, shooting Jace a look.

Just then, Jaime came down, and as he walked by looking at us, "Well, hell, good luck, Maggie." He walked away. What in the world?

I looked at Nixon, Nathan, and Noah, who had devilish grins. I looked at Nash, who avoided eye contact. What did they have planned?

Nixon picked up the deck and looked at us. "Let's play."

"Okay," I replied cautiously.

"With a twist," he smirked. My eyes widened, and I gulped.

He dealt the cards, and as we picked up our hands, he said, "Okay, this is how it works. Whoever loses, also loses a piece of clothing."

I did another gulp.

Then he added, "And they have to streak the neighborhood."

My eyes widened. Now I understood why Nash didn't want to play, jerk.

I looked at my cards and thought about what I wanted to do. I chewed on the tip of my thumb, then discarded two cards. They gave me two new ones. Guess what? I lost. Here goes a sock.

As we played, I kept losing an article of clothing as did the others until it came down to our underwear.

Finally, the last hand dealt. Guess who lost? Nope, it wasn't me. It was none other than Nixon.

"This is bullshit!" He huffed.

"Hey, your rules." Nash shrugged.

"At least the weather is still nice," Nathan snickered.

"Would have been better if it was cold," Noah chuckled.

I couldn't help but giggle. Good thing Nash kept me covered. Nixon stood up and huffed as he dropped trout and quickly hid with these hands. Nixon walked over to the door and opened it. Taking a deep breath, he ran out of the house and streaked the block.

I leaned over and whispered something to Nash. He busted out laughing.

"What's so funny?" Noah asked him.

"Nothing," he chuckled.

After Nixon streaked, campus security caught him, causing him to bolt back into the house. He ran upstairs and slammed his door closed. We quickly dressed.

There was a knock at the door, and I answered it. There stood campus security.

"Can we help you?" I asked them.

"We found a naked male running down the street then saw him run into here."

"Oh? Well, that's unusual," I said innocently.

"We would like to speak to everyone in the house," the man said to me.

"Well, unfortunately, a few are out," I lied.

"Are you sure about that?" He questioned me.

"Sure," I lied again.

Everyone stood there and watched me bald-faced lie to campus security. Then I added a dramatic effect to it.

"Ma'am, you okay?"

"Uh, oh, I don't feel so good," I said as I swayed back and forth then started to tremble.

Nash walked over to me as did the boys, "Mags, are you okay?"

"Oh Nash, I don't feel so good," I said before collapsing in his arms.

"Oh my, is she okay? Does she need medical attention?" The guy asked them.

"No, she had some health issues. Nathan, get her pills," Nash said to him, and he nodded and went into the kitchen. Noah followed. They grabbed a thing of Tic Tacs and emptied a couple into their palm, then returned.

Nathan handed them to Nash. He popped them in my mouth and closed it.

"She'll be fine, once the meds kick in," he reassured them.

"Okay, but if not, let us know," the man said.

"Will do," Nash agreed.

They left, and Noah closed the door. When they're gone, I opened an eye, "Tic Tacs?"

"Be glad they were white. So, now your breath will be fresh," Noah grinned.

I rolled my eyes, and he helped me up. We heard a door open, and Nixon came downstairs.

"Holy hell, they are the dumbest tools on the face of the earth," he smirked.

"Hell yeah, they are, considering Maggie bold-faced lied to them," Nathan said.

"I learned from the best," I grinned.

"Yeah, you did," Nash mentioned as he pulled me to him. He crashed his lips into mine.

"You suck at poker," I said to him.

"Therefore, I don't play. I end up naked," Nash smirked.

I rolled my eyes again at him. He knew there was a possibility of me losing. He was a dirty boy. I will have Nathan teach me so Nash and I can play poker. I wouldn't mind seeing him naked.

"Well, that was a bust. How about a different game," Nixon asked us.

"As long as it doesn't involve losing clothes, I'm good," I said. Everyone backed away. I looked at them. "What?"

"Nothing," they all said.

I shook my head. They were weird.

Nixon and I sat down and played a game of Battleship. Battleship is a harmless game. Wrong. We played, and I ended up winning, then the battleship board went flying at my head. I ducked, and it landed against the wall in pieces. Damn, Nixon hates losing.

"This is such bullshit! There is no way you could have possibly beat me. I rule at this game!"

"Not, considering I beat you," I replied. That was the wrong thing to say as Nixon grabbed the coffee table and chucked it. Holy hell, I thought he would hurt me. I ran behind Nash.

"Really?" Nixon looked at me.

"I'm no fool. The next thing you will chuck is me," I said, sticking out my tongue.

"Um, Mags, Nix wouldn't do that," Nash assured me.

"How do you know? Did you see what he did to that poor table? What did that table ever do to you?"

"What?" Nixon looked at me incredulously.

"You broke it, and all it did was just stand there," I said calmly.

"Are we discussing a coffee table?"

"Why wouldn't we be?"

"Nash, Maggie has turned into a freaking lunatic," Nixon said to Nash.

"I am not a lunatic. I'm just pointing out obvious points like you have a temper problem, and you're a sore loser," I retorted. Nash placed his face in his palm.

"I swear I will throw something at you," he huffed.

Before I opened my mouth, Nash said, "Mags?"

"Yeah?"

"Don't," he warned me.

I smirked. Everyone all looked at me, "Nixon, you are way too easy to rile up." Then I started laughing. The rest followed suit when they realized what I had just done. Nixon shot me a glare, and I just shrugged. Hey, he deserved it. The guy is a sore loser.

Later on, I changed into my PJs and crawled into bed, next to Nash, who stretched out in a pair of sweats and nothing else. Dang, he is hot. I cuddled up next to him.

"Is there a reason you're staring?"

"Am I not allowed to stare at my gorgeous boyfriend?"

"No, you can stare all you want," he smirked. I couldn't help but smile. Then he pulled me into a kiss. "I have my version of strip poker for you." He wiggled his eyebrows.

"God, I hope it's way better than Nixon's version." We both started laughing at that.

"I still can't believe you said that," he said to me. "You have changed a lot. Before things would embarrass you, but now you take it as it comes."

"It's easy when you don't remember things the way they were. It's like I don't feel insecure. If that makes any sense?"

"I think it does. It just means you're comfortable in your self."

"That's what I thought, too. I'm glad things are different."

"How so?"

"Because it's less pressure, and I can go with the flow." I made a hand gesture. Nash laughed at that. He pulled me into a kiss then jumped on me. What can I say? Would you turn down a guy like Nash? Yeah, I didn't think so.
