Lilian was leaving the cafe waiting for Klaus to realize he can't turn any werewolves into hybrids.

"You realize when the first guy didn't work I told you I had a vision of Elena's blood being used to finish their transition" Lilian barked. Klaus got in her face.

"I thought that was some dumb excuse to see your little BOYFRIEND " Rebekah rolled her eyes at them.

"We can't be fighting in broad daylight talking about the Supernatural" Rebekah said looking embarrassed at strangers looking at them.

"Stay out of this Rebekah!" They both said paying attention to each other. Lilian has been suffering these past couple weeks. Since Damon sorta proposed to her but got the werewolf bite,then was cured she was pissed. Pissed she couldn't be with him right now.

"You know I get that you don't wanna be alone and I've been starting to see your good side and how you can be a good friend but you took me away from someone I love. And no matter what you just won't let me see them and it's pissing me off" Lilian poked his chest. The wind stared picking up. Klaus didn't care if he triggered her magic though,Rebekah however backed away slowly so she didn't get hit.

"I just want to make hybrids. Is that SO HARD TO GET" Klaus said raising his voice louder causing people to start to film them.

Lilian shattered all their phones just by blinking. "You can go to hell Klaus,I'm going to get Elena's blood so you won't need me anymore" Lilian walked away but Klaus quickly grabbed her. She burned his skin and he let go quickly. She disappeared into the crowd.

Lilian started breathing heavy and found a pay phone. She dialed Damon's number and he answered pretty fast.

"I don't usually answer blocked calls so if it's for free blood then I will accept it" He said sarcastically.

"I thought you would want an unlimited supply of leather jackets" She said smiling when she heard him choke on his bourbon.

"Lili,where are you?"

"Away from Mystic falls. Listen Damon,I need a favor from you"

"Anything" He said quickly.

She met Damon at a hotel somewhere in Michigan and he gave her Elena's blood.

"It wasn't easy getting that" he said as she spelled the hotel door to keep it magically sealed and so no one can hear them.

"I know,and thank you Damon" Lilian walked towards him and put the blood down on the dresser.

Damon had a intake of breath and saw she was bigger then he last saw her. Her sweatshirt made her stomach poke out and look rounder.

"You could've just asked Elena for it she would've gave it to you" Lilian scoffed

"I don't think she would want to give her blood away to me cause that would basically be helping Klaus and she doesn't wanna help him. Plus I know that she didn't give you her blood willingly" Lilian said catching his lie.

"I may have needed to knock her out,then take her blood" Damon said moving his eyes to a lamp.

"Well atleast you didn't cut her and take it while she was woke" Damon chuckled.

"I had to knock her out then give her some of my blood" Lilian just got an idea.

"I have a plan and I don't know if everyone will agree" She said.

"I'll agree to it" He grabbed her hand and rubbed his thumb on the top of it.

"I need Elena to turn into a vampire but first I need a couple more bags of her blood. She needs to turn into a vampire before Klaus makes anymore hybrids,and do me a favor" Lilian said picking up the blood bag.

"You want me to get more blood bags now?" She shook her head.

"I need you to take some of her blood and give it to Tyler and then take some of his blood once he gets used to the blood lust and control,and turn Elena"

"So they could be turned on their own blood" Damon finished.

"Yes but this need to happen in the next couple weeks cause I have a feeling Klaus might come back soon,but for now I'll make him happy off this one blood bag" Lilian said putting it back down.

Silence washed over the room and Damon saw she was wearing the ring still. His mouth twitched and he looked into her eyes.  "Lilian" He said getting her attention. She looked at him and the words got caught in his throat.

She was glowing and it seemed she was probably glowing from all that power in her little body. Damon grabbed her neck and quickly crashed her lips to his. She wrapped her arms around his neck and Damon moved his hands to her waist. He kissed her like a man in the desert tasting water for the first time in forever.

Lilian made a sound of annoyance cause she wanted to feel more of Damon but her stomach was in the way. Damon smiled against her lips and quickly kissed her neck and kissed her earlobe.

"Patience Piccola" He said huskily and Lilian shivered. Feeling her hormones take over,she quickly pushed Damon onto the bed and straddled him. Damon looked at her surprised and she smirked

"It's been awhile,give me a break" She kissed him again and their clothes started to come off.

Damon kissed her stomach and made his way back to her lips.

Lilian felt Damon cuddling her. She turned and saw him sleeping soundly. Lilian kissed his cheeks and slowly got out of his embrace and picked up her phone. It was maybe morning time and she had a bunch of missed calls from Klaus and Rebekah. Rolling her eyes,she called Klaus back.

"Where are you?" He demanded. She slipped on a robe and looked back at Damon before slipping out of the room.

"I told you what I was going to do"

"But you didn't say where you were going" He said on the other line. He was worried for Lilian and didn't like it,but he also wanted to know if she had the cure.

"I have the cure and I should be back soon but it's gonna be a while" Lilian said getting a Milky Way from the vending machine.

"The deal was saving your boyfriends life meant your with me at all times. I don't see you in the penthouse" Klaus said rolling his eyes at Rebekah kicking out one of her one night stands.

"I'll be there okay,I just had to get some rest from driving but I'll catch a plane back soon" She was walking back and heard Damon moving around. "I gotta go"  Klaus said something but she hung up.

"You were gone and I got worried" Damon said putting his shirt back on fully dressed.

Lilian smiled sadly. "I know I got a chocolate bar,I gotta shower and head back to Klaus" She said. Damon nodded and gave her a peck on the lips.

"This isn't goodbye,it's just a see you later" He said hugging her close. She returned it and hugged him tighter. He let go and bent down on his knee to talk to her stomach.

She smiled warmly at the sight.

"I'll see you soon little one" Damon kisses her belly and stood up fully. He picked up his Leather jacket and put it on and got out his wallet and keys. Damon gave her one last look and left the hotel. Lilian quickly got ready.

She was glad her stomach was big but the sweat shirt hid it well. She put everything up and went to the airport.

"Are you Miss Forbes?" A lady asked her. She nodded suspicious and they introduced themselves as a worker there. They showed her to a private jet and it had "Klaus" written all over it. Once she went inside the jet sure enough a note was in there from him.

"He found me here too" She scoffed.

"Yes darling I did,it's a gift the connections I have" He said scaring her. There he was standing there smirking but she knew he was upset. "Now where's the blood?"

"In here" She showed it to him. He looked at it and smelled it. Sure enough it was Elena's blood.

"Good job,now let's get back to Chicago" he sat down and she sat next to him. He kept the blood close to him the whole plane ride.

Rebekah was in the Limo waiting for them and Lilian was happy to see her. She hugged Rebekah and Klaus looked at her. 

"I didn't get a hug" Lilian rolled her eyes and gave him a hug but she was hesitant.

They were kinda the only family she had left.
