It was Christmas Day and Jace hasn't seen much of Blake since he has been on winter break. She has been busy with her music and as much as he wanted to tell her to stop spending so much time at the studio, she was just so happy to publish the song she wanted to release.

Blake knocked on the Winter's door and Jace opened it up with a wide smile, pulling Blake to his body.

"Merry Christmas bubba" he murmured.

"Merry Christmas, I got everyone gifts" she said as some gifts sat on the ground at her feet with some in her hands.

"You didn't have to get them anything."

"Yeah I did."

He helped her put the gifts under the tree, making the family smile widely at her.

"Hi Blake!"

They all greeted her and her heart almost bursted out of her chest to see Tammy handing her pajamas that matched the rest of their families.

"Go change, we'll wait for you."

She walked in and changed into the black shirt and the red and black plaid pants. She folded up her clothes and quickly brought them up to Jace's room before walking back to the living room. Tammy smiled at her and she sat next to Jace, her legs tucked underneath her body.

One by one they opened their presents. Blake had gotten Mark a jersey of his favorite Laker's player that he has been wanting, she bought Tammy this beautiful pearl necklace that she has been wanting, she got Collin a brand new skateboard, Avery a hundred dollar gift card to Hollister along with new boots she has been wanting, she got Gracie a pretty butterfly ring along with a hundred dollar gift card to American Eagle, and she got Michelle an eighty dollar gift card to build-a-bear and a tablet.

Tammy gushed at the teen girl who had bought them all this stuff and Jace's present sat on the dining room table, wanting him to open it when they were alone.

When they all finished exchanging gifts, Blake getting a charm bracelet with a microphone charm, a camera charm, a skateboard charm and a little father daughter charm. She loved it.

Jace and Blake snuck off to go exchange gifts in his room and she handed him his gift first.

"Thank you for getting them all that" he said softly.

"They treat me like their own, it's the least I can do."

Jace smiled, loving how his family treated Blake so well. He was going to marry this girl he knew that, so he was glad they were warming up to her so much.

She gave him the big box that held his present and nervously played with her sweats strings.

He opened up the wrapped box and looked at the red and black bag that had his last name sewed into it.

"It's a new football bag, it was customized so it has a place to put your uniform or your clothes, your cleats or regular shoes, padding and clip for the helmet on the side, with pockets that hold water bottles" she mumbled.

He smiled and leaned over and kissed her, "I love it thank you. I was just about to buy one too" he murmured against his lips.

He handed her his gift and she ripped it open gently. She pulled out a big book and began flipping through the picture book. It was a bunch of pictures of them, dates and little entries that Jace had written with dates on them.

She found it the cutest thing. There was also a ton of pages blank and she looked at him, "we have many years to fill it out. Like when I propose to you, our wedding pictures things like that."

She smiled at him and kissed him deeply, she was too in love with him.

It was ten minutes to midnight and Jace stood in Tony's house with Blake as he had threw a college party instead of a high school party.

There were people doing drugs, drinking, chanting, swaying, dancing, and singing terribly. Blake was holding onto Jace's hand tightly after what had happened before when she went to a party.

She really didn't want to go, but she only agreed because Jace hadn't seen Tony in so long and she could tell he really wanted to go. But he wasn't going to push her into going, she knew that so she agreed on going.

She wore black leggings and a fitted dark green shirt with a zip up hoodie over it and slip on vans on her feet. She was not dressed how most of the girls were but she was comfortable so thats all that mattered. But the girls did look insanely beautiful in her opinion.

Tony stood with a random girl under his arm as he talked aimlessly to Jace, them catching up on lost time like they have for the last hour and a half.

The red haired girl stood staring up at Tony, not wanting to look at Blake again because she made the mistake of staring at her. That made Blake glare harshly at the girl for staring at her.

Blake was exhausted, she wanted to go home and sleep but it was New Year's Eve so she had to put up with it.

The big tv was put on, the minute countdown starting as Jace turned so Blake was leaning against his front rather than the side of his body.

"You sleepy bub?" he asked her softly.

She nodded faintly, knowing that he is going to have to go back to Ohio soon and she wouldn't know when she will see him next.

When it was ten seconds to midnight she stood up straight, looking up at him slightly due to the small height difference.

"I love you" he murmured.

"I love you" she whispered back, them barley hearing each other due to the loud chants from the people around them.

"Happy New Year!" they all screamed, blowing Blake's ear drums making her grumble.

Jace kissed her deeply, her lip ring being slightly cold as he held her face in his rough hands.

"Cheers to another great year for us" he whispered to her.

She hummed in agreement. Here's another year to them.
