Blake watched as Taylor began throwing a tantrum in the middle of the hallway. It was like she was losing her mind.

"Get over yourself Taylor, this is getting pathetic" Blake groaned.

"Ever since you showed up! You ruined my life!"

Blake glanced around wondering why the teachers weren't stopping this insane girl.

"How did I ruin your life? I'm sorry Jace doesn't like you Taylor. It's not the end of the world."

She screeched loudly and Jace creeped up behind Blake.

"She needs help" Jace said.

"I agree."

"Jace doesn't even like you Blake! He's gonna drop you for me! Just you wait!"

Blake once again rolled her eyes and glanced around at the crowd that has been made.

"Oh please, you're delusional cupcake."

"I bet you guys haven't even done anything yet! Jace doesn't even want to touch you!"

Blake was tired of her having her little hissy fit so she grabbed Jace's shirt and planted a kiss on his lips. Jace stood frozen before putting his hands on her waist just as she pulled away.

Taylor stood quietly seething as a few people snickered.

"Would ya look at that, your head looks like it's gonna explode" Blake smiled sweetly.

She turned around and walked away leaving a group of laughing teenagers, a seething Taylor and a shocked Jace.

All day Blake has heard people talk about her kiss with Jace. They are acting like as if she fucked the guy in front of everyone.

She also avoided Jace the whole day, she knew he'd question why she did it at school and she really didn't feel like explaining herself in that building.

Taylor has been glaring at Blake every chance she got, acting like a little elementary schooler who got their toy stolen from some other kid.

Blake successfully made it home without hitting anybody. All this talk made her want to just bang her head against a brick wall repeatedly.

The minute she sat down on her bed was the minute she heard her front door open and close.

"You know, barging into my house isn't very polite especially if I didn't ask you to come over" Blake said as Jace walked into her room.

"Why did you kiss me this morning? And why did you avoid me all day?"

"Because I wanted to and because I knew you would question me in school."

"Because you wanted to? That's your answer?"

"Uh yeah, did I not just say that?"

She slid her shoes off and threw her socks across the room.

"So does that mean something? Or did you just kiss me to make Taylor mad?"

"You are so stupid Jace" Blake commented as she grabbed her makeup wipes off her bathroom counter.

"Excuse me?"

She began removing her makeup and looked at him.

"You have been flirting with me. I sometimes flirt back, I kissed you because you have been too much of a pussy to make the first move" she snorted.

"I flirted, that was making the first move."

"Failing at flirting is not making the first move Jace, so I kissed you. But yet you still didn't know why, how did you even make it to junior year?"

"So you like me?"

Blake groaned and tossed her makeup wipe in the trash.

"Again with the dumb questions holy shit."

"So you do."

"Ding ding ding we have a winner!"

Jace took four huge steps and grabbed Blake as he kissed her. He was happy that right now she was shorter than him because he always liked girls who were shorter than him. Although he did have no problem when she was the same height as him in her combat boots.

He lifted her up on the bathroom sink as they began to kiss some more before Blake pulled away.

"Look who finally grew some balls" she joked.

He rolled his eyes and hugged her to him.

"I've been wanting to do that ever since I tried being your friend."

"You've liked me for that long?" she asked him.

"Yeah, when did you start liking me?"

"A few weeks ago."

She laughed at his expression and pushed him away so she could jump off the counter.

"So what now?"

"I do homework."

"We aren't gonna, ya know...?"

Blake raised an eyebrow at him while pulling out her homework.

"No Jace I don't know" she teased.

"Kiss. We aren't going to kiss some more?"

She laughed loudly and snorted as Jace's face heated up a bit.

"No we are not Johnny boy, I have homework to do. Don't get ahead of yourself."

"But we said we liked each other" he sighed.

"I'm fully aware, I was here."

He gave her a look and she plopped herself on the bed.

"Oh stop being such a little kid and go do your homework too."

"But I don't want to do it" he groaned loudly.

"We can kiss after."

He launched himself at his backpack making Blake laugh.

"Ah yes chemistry!"

That only made Blake laugh and snort some more.
