"Sweetheart are you sure you want to wear that on your first day?"

"Yes mom I am sure" Blake sighed.

She was currently wearing black high waisted ripped jeans with fishnet stalkings underneath them. Blake had a black crop top on that went to her bellybutton, showing off the fishnets on her stomach too. She obviously was wearing her favorite leather jacket and her combat boots.

(The shirt is lower and no jean jacket)

Her natural hair was slightly wavy making it look like it had more volume.

"I still think you should maybe wear something a little less showy for the first day."

Blake's mom, Susie, always suggests making her dress a little less like she does. But it never works. Susie never tries pushing her daughter into wearing what she doesn't like though. Only sometimes on different occasions. She believes she should have her daughter wear whatever she is comfortable in.

"I'm fine mom, I gotta go. See ya later."

Blake gave her a quick hug and swung her black backpack over her shoulders.

Her favorite color was clearly black, but she liked any dark colors really. Dark blue, dark purple, dark grey anything like that.

Dark was more of her vibe. But then again she did dye her hair a purple that clearly stood out.

But that was her goal. She hated being like everyone else. She hated to blend in. She wanted to express herself differently than others because she was after all, different.

Blake didn't care to speak her mind. She would be straight up with anyone, she didn't think bullshitting an answer to save someone's feelings was the best way to go.

She has always been different from everyone else, she knew that and she was okay with it.

When she pulled up to school in her black Sedan she shut it off and hooked her black key chain on her jeans belt loop.

She stepped out and many people who were waiting outside turned to look at her as she stuck her earbuds in and ventured off into school.

Blake got a tour of the school yesterday so since her memory was amazing and she remembers almost everything she knew where everything was. She also already knew her schedule. She had memorized it last night.

She walked around for a while, staring at the different classroom's again until the bell rang.

She made her way to her Algebra two honors class.

She was very good in each subject, but science was her worst. But she was still rather good at it. Just worse at it than all her other classes. Her strongest was math even if she did hate it a lot.

"You must be the new student Blake" Ms. Patterson smiled.

Blake nodded as she took out her earbuds.

"You can sit next to Stacey over there. Stacey raise your hand."

A girl with ginger colored hair raised her hands. Her big thick rimmed black glasses stood out to her pale skin, green eyes and freckles.

Blake thought she was cute, she reminded her of those tumblr girls everyone wanted to be like years ago.

"Hi I'm Stacey!"

Blake only nodded.

She didn't really do friends.

"Yo did you see the new girl today Jace?"

Jace put on his tank top and looked over at Tony.

"Yeah I did, the one with purple hair?"

"Yeah! She looks so badass, I wonder what she is like in bed."

Jace rolled his eyes at him and tied up his shoes.

"I'm sure if you asked her she would kick your ass."

The rest of the football team was already out on the field when Tony and Jace decided to make an entrance.

"Winters! Sanders! Get your ass over here!" their coach hollered.

They jogged over to the rest of the team.

Jace and Tony were both wide receivers.

After their practice they showered and finished up when the purple haired girl caught Jace's attention.

He didn't see her earlier properly. He only saw the back of her hair as she walked down the hall earlier.

Jace stopped walking and looked at her as she sat on the bleachers drawing in a notebook. She looked up and looked at him as she narrowed her eyes at him.

"Quit staring assface!"

He was taken aback. He was not expecting her to say that.

"Excuse me?"

Jace walked up the bleachers to her, oblivious to the cheerleader Taylor he had just slept with a few nights ago staring at the scene in jealousy.

"I said quit staring assface."

She looked up at him and he went back to staring.

Her skin wasn't pale but it wasn't tan either, it was in the middle. Her winged eyeliner made her dark brown eyes pop as her nose piercing and lip piercing stood out against the sunlight making it shine in certain lighting.

"See there you go again. Stop staring at me."

"Sorry, what are you drawing?"

"Why do you care?"

"I'm just curious."

She turned her notebook to face him and he was stunned. He could never draw something like that.

"It's not my best since I rushed" she shrugged as she stuffed it in her bag.

She stood up as she stuck an earbud back.

"I think it's good."

"Thanks but I didn't ask."

She walked down the bleachers and hopped off onto the grass as she began humming her song.
