Cora

My brother and Jessica thought having a combined bachelor/bachelorette party would be a great idea.  I'm not so sure, but Blaine is confident it's a good idea.  I'm pregnant, so it's not like I can just dive into the festivities.

We arrived a few days ago, and my mom insisted we not stay together at the hotel.  Will is with Blaine, and the guys are playing golf while I get ready for this crazy party.  Due to scheduling issues, our rehearsal was last night, and our wedding is tomorrow.  We will stay in the hotel tomorrow night and take off for our honeymoon first thing Sunday.

I'm a tad worried because my stomach swelled up just a tad, but my mom and Amelia insisted it wasn't enough to need any alterations.  Blaine had noticed how tight my belly had gotten and ever since then, I have worried about my dress.  My boobs swelled again, so I needed another new bra to wear under my dress.

As my body changes, I can't help but think about Gray.  I know he hid his problems well and set me up for this pregnancy, but I still miss him.  He would be so excited to have been here for each and every milestone I hit while carrying his baby.  I miss the Gray I knew before he cheated.  I know now that I did love him, but it was never enough.  Blaine is the love of my life, but that doesn't mean it takes away from what Gray and I once shared.

Everyone in the bridal party knows I am pregnant, although not all of them know its not Blaine's baby.  I believe Sully knows, and of course Jessica and Eli, but everyone else is in the dark.  I met his sister Isabella the other day, and I guess I know why Lisa named Izzy after the girl.  She looks nothing like Lisa, and certainly favors Amelia and Blaine.  Her hair is light brown, where Blaine's is a dark blonde, but they have the same eyes.  She's tall and reserved like her brother was when we first met.  She likes to ignore the fact that I even exist, and as soon as Carter went to tell her about Ciara, she got up and left the room.

I slipped into what was supposed to be a pencil dress that cut off just above my knees, but, wow, my belly really popped out.  I went to my bags and there was nothing else for tonight.

Mom stopped in front of my room.  "What's wrong?" She asked.

"What do you mean what's wrong?  Look!" I pointed at my belly and she laughed.

"That's what happens when you're pregnant.  You better get used to it. You still look beautiful, and only those who know about your pregnancy will notice.  Besides, that's my grandchild, and you should be proud of that cute little pudge." She said.

"Pudge, how exactly does that help?" I asked.

She walked over and put her hand on my stomach.  "Sweetie, you are the most beautiful pregnant girl I have ever seen.  You may not see it, but your more beautiful now than ever.  Wear it with pride, not everyone can pull off pregnancy quite as well as you.  The dress is gorgeous, so don't you dare change." She squeezed my cheek, then tapped my nose.  "Blaine will be here in ten minutes." She reminded me as she walked away.

Shit!

The only reason I even bought this dress is because Blaine said he loved the rose color of the one I wore to the charity event.  I have shoes to match, so I just took a deep breath and decided to go with it.

I put in my earrings and there was a tap on my door.  "Come in." I said, and the door opened.  As soon as I saw his face, I knew I was in trouble.

He looked me over and his eyes stopped on my stomach, a smile rose up on his face before his eyes made it to mine.  I dare him to say a word.

"My God, Cora.  You are absolutely gorgeous." He walked over and pulled me into his arms.  "How am I supposed to wait until after the wedding?" He started kissing my neck.

"I have a bad feeling I better get used to being fat.  You're going to keep me pregnant aren't you?" I asked, and he paused before laughing.

"Well, birth control isn't a problem at the moment, but, yeah, we can have as many as you want." He pulled back and looked down at me.

"Your boobs are amazing, but for the first time, I can see this baby growing.  I've never seen something so beautiful." He said.

I had to smile.  "I was a little nervous about this dress.  Are you sure I don't look fat?"

"Sweetheart, you look amazing.  Besides, it's so tiny, the only people that will notice are ones that already know you're pregnant.  To me, it's as sexy as hell and I can't get enough."

"Okay, for tonight, I will trust your judgment." I said.

"Just for tonight?" He asked.

"No, it's forever." I said just before he leaned down and kissed me.

I pulled back and he groaned.

"You're the one that wanted this party." I reminded him.

He shrugged his shoulders.

"That doesn't mean every time I pee, you get to hump me in the bathroom." I said, and he groaned again as I took his hand and he followed me downstairs.

"This is going to be the longest 24 hours of my life." He said.

"You and me both." I said.

We drove my car to Eli's house where he's throwing our party.  Will is at the hotel with his grandparents, while Blaine will be staying here with Eli tonight.  Jessica will come home with me so we can get up early and get ready.  His father called in a favor and we were able to take care of our pre cana in New York, so it seems everything is set for our wedding.
