Blake

"Spill"

I take a deep breath, getting comfortable on Lia's couch.

"Where do you want me to start?" I ask. Will and Ty don't hesitate when they simultaneously reply: "The beginning."

"The dinner with my parents went well. They like Lia a lot, my dad was really impressed with her. After the dinner, the interrogation started. She answered every question my parents threw at her skillfully. I was fucking surprised a few times; she was so damn calm talking with my dad. He even told her today to call him 'Dad', can you fucking believe it?"

"So everything worked out well, then?" Ty asks, barely containing his excitement.

"Yeah. Everything went well." I laugh to myself thinking of today's morning.

"What's so funny?" Will questions, catching my chuckle.

"My parents caught us in a similar position you did earlier, you should have seen their faces!" I can't contain my laughter as their eyes widen in shock.

"The fuck? You sure are fast with girls, man."

"Stop joking around, Blake. I will kick you again." I almost jump as I hear Lia's voice from behind me. She sits down next to me on the couch, wearing black leggings and an oversize t-shirt. "You have to explain the situation properly." She starts, then turns to the guys.

"It was already dark when his parents stopped the interrogation, so Blake, being the airhead he is, suggested I stay overnight, to which – much to my surprise – his parents agreed. So I stayed. In his room. I warned him that I would kick him off the bed if he touched me. And I did. He got a bruise on his back, and while I was massaging it out, feeling slightly bad about hurting him, his parents entered his room." Lia explains casually, like it doesn't bother her at all.

"I was lying on my stomach, while Lia was sitting astride my ass, so you can imagine my parents' surprise as they saw the position we were in." I finish, laughing at guys' faces. They look like they don't know whether to laugh or cringe.

I exchange knowing looks with Lia, waiting for guys' reaction. She leans back on the couch, crossing her arms, listening to guys' uncontrollable laughter with a roll of her eyes. I knew it would end up like this. I just knew.

"Guys, quit it." I try, getting more uncomfortable the longer they laugh. Lia doesn't seem to mind, though, watching the two in front of us with stoic and calm expression. She seems almost bored.

After few seconds she gets up and goes out of the room, leaving me alone with the two idiots I call friends.

Lia

I leave the room, deciding to just ignore the guys and get lunch ready. I'm guessing they don't plan on leaving. I gave them a choice and they stayed.

I sigh tiredly. I feel like those three are sucking the life out of me.

As I work on food for me and the three idiots, I hear them talk in the living room as they go over the events of last few days. Blake explains my absence at school, how we – me – came up with the back story, asks the guys to confirm it when needed, then go over the whole dinner thing again.

Once I hear the obnoxious burst of laughter coming from the room, I shake my head knowing Blake has shown them the damn picture he took while I was sleeping. I will break his fucking neck if he spreads it.

It takes almost an hour to get the food ready. There's chicken alfredo with spinach and cherry tomatoes, kale and mango salad and berry milkshake. Once I get the table ready, I go to the living room to get the guys.

"Wash up and come to the kitchen. Lunch's ready." I say then turn around and go back to the kitchen.

The guys enter the room a minute later, taking in the sight in front of them with wide eyes.

"You cook?!" Ty shrieks.

"Why is it so surprising? Blake's reacted exactly the same before! Yes, I cook, get over it!" I gesture at them to sit down.

"Juice, water or coke?" I ask them, going to the fridge.

"Juice is fine, thank you." Will answers for all three of them, while Blake takes out glasses from the cabinet.

"You seem to be really comfortable here, Blake." Ty teases as he takes the glass from Blake, causing me to chuckle lightly.

We talk as we eat, the guys compliment the food and joke around, while I zone out, not minding them.

"You should've seen Victoria's face when I told her that you're at Lia's place! She looked like she would blow up any second then started demanding to know where she lives, but don't worry, I didn't tell her." Ty's words catch my attention.

"Victoria will be a problem, Blake. For the last few days all she did was badmouth Lia everywhere and threaten how she's going to make her life hell and whatnot." Will adds, looking concerned. I notice Blake frown deeply beside me, clenching his fists tightly.

"I'm not afraid of her, there's no need to worry." I pat Blake's shoulder, trying to reassure him. I can tell he blames himself for whatever Victoria is planning.

"Lia, you don't seem to understand. Victoria's ruthless. Her dad's the principal, so she basically gets away with everything. You can't underestimate her." Ty explains.

"I've told Blake before that I don't want any problems with her, but I will not go down without a fight. A rich brainless bitch is not enough to scare me. Don't underestimate me guys." I tell them, completely at ease. I don't care about that little whiny bitch, she's just a kid.

"But you seemed worried about being bullied back on Monday." Blake says, confused at my change of attitude.

I roll my eyes at this. "I just wanted the drama to continue, I couldn't possibly go through the PE with my ribs injured. But then SOMEONE decided to stake his claim on me!" I glare at Blake accusingly.

"Sorry." He apologizes sheepishly.

"You're so whipped, man!" Ty laughs and I arch my brow at him, confused. He turns to me, noticing my expression. "He NEVER apologizes. NEVER! I don't think I've ever heard him say 'sorry' to anyone but his parents." He elaborates. I turn to Blake, not missing the slight pink hue on his cheeks.

"She's got a mean kick, man. I've got two bruises on my body in one night!" He defends himself, causing me to laugh.

"You deserved it." I seriously tell him, not feeling bad at all.

We stay at my house for the next few hours, talking, joking around and just getting to know each other. The guys seem to have accepted me pretty easily. At first they were surprised at how comfortable we all are with each other, but they got over it pretty fast. I was shocked at how easy it was to open up to them.

The guys decide that they want to have dinner at my house, too, despite my protests. After a long argument and a lot of pleading from the guys' side, I give up and agree. The guys, not wanting to be useless, choose to come shopping with me.

While Blake drives the SUV, I mentally go over my shopping list and Tyler and William argue about what they want for dinner in the backseat. It's funny how they think they have any say in what I'm going to cook.

We reach the store about half an hour later. I take the shopping cart, ignoring the three idiots behind me arguing over who is going to push it. They're like damn children.

I go from alley to alley, getting strictly what I need, but the guys keep testing my patience by throwing in snacks and shit into the cart. Don't get me wrong, I love snacks and all that unhealthy shit, just not the ones they put in. But each time I glare at them when they throw something in, I just get a cheeky grin in response before they run away.

As I go over the frozen section, looking for ice cream, someone rams into my cart. The guys appear out of nowhere, cursing out the culprit, who starts apologizing profusely, seemingly scared of the three.

I feel my eyes widen as I recognize the voice of the guy they're telling off.

Mother.

Fucking.

Declan.

Rother.

Shit.
