The day came for the wedding. And I would not be modest because I worked too hard for it and maintaining my uptight tag, I made the old woman happy. She was smiling like a creep when she saw the decorated venue. I decided on the royal theme with modern adjustments. The venue was made like a palace, everything from lighting to floor carpet to wall hangings , everything was kind of medieval.

But the music system and the food was all made with a modern touch. The colour setting was suggested by Diana, royal blue and golden. And it looked really good. But it was kind of weird how none of this was making me happy unless I saw her here. I asked her as my date and she agreed. Her little yes to me made me happy.

"You are making it obvious boss." Diana joined in.

She was still in her work attire and was walking with a headphone on.

"What?"

"That you are waiting for your dream girl." She said with a grin.

"Well, if it is that obvious then I am waiting for my girl, not a dream but reality now," I said feeling a little too proud of her.

Just to prove my point, Aster walked in with Amelia talking about something with a shy smile. And like a fucking girl, something twisted in my gut making me loose my breath. She was really beautiful but today her hair was down. Man, did I just died and went to heaven?

Her hair was silk flowing down her hips. There was small tiara place over her head and she looked like a princess. All is wanted to do is feel her hair in my hand. As she walked , her long mane danced behind her and completely had me enchanted. It was like a dream come true for me.

"Kyler?" She asked me with a smile and a frown.

You have to speak dumbass.

"I am sorry, you just made me speechless," I tell her the truth and she blushes.

"You have done a wonderful job Kyler, the place looks gorgeous." She compliments and now I am satisfied.

"I don't think I can find anything or anyone more gorgeous than you right now." I breathe out the words and she looks at me with surprise.

My words held an intensity of truth in them and that made her realise that I was not lying or just flattering her.

"By the way, the guest need to have a lily on them. It is kind of a code." I added when she shyly smiled at my compliment.

"I know, Amelia suggested you the flower because it symbolises magnificence and purity, how we should visualise a wedding." She spoke up, the blush still persistent on her cheeks.

I was trying to see what was happening around, how everything was going on but my eyes were solely stuck on her. I have never been so passionate about someone but for her, I tend to forget everything else.

"right now Aster Walsh, all I can visualise is you." I edged closer to her making her gasp at the sudden intimacy.

Can she feel the same fire that I can feel right now?

"And there is no one better than you to carry the Lily," And pinned a small lily on her hair," You are both magnificent and pure."

My hands traced her soft hair and I sighed at the reality in front of me.

"I don't know about pure Kyler, but you are definitely magnificent." She grinned at me and that those pink lips smiling at me broke the resolve and I kissed her in front of a large number of guests.

"Boss, we are all set for the wedding now?" Diana intervened and I had to chuckle at an embarrassed Aster.

"Diana, meet my girl?" Diana gave an appreciative nod.

"Aster, you have met her." She nodded and the two grinned like they shared a secret joke.

I decided to ask her later, for now, it was time for the showdown.

"God, I hate weddings." I hear Aster mumble and suddenly I felt something snapped inside me.
