The Kakushi's applied first aid on him. The Kakushi followed the crow who was under orders of Kagaya.

Zenitsu arrived at the scene, carrying Nezuko who is inside the box.

Zenitsu saw the Kakushi carrying the unconscious Sora towards the direction of the nearest town.

Zenitsu: Why is that Kakushi taking Sora-san away?

Tanjiro: It's nii-san's request. He said that he wants to recover in a nearby town.

Zenitsu: I see. But, Tanjiro, I noticed or rather, I heard it.....

Kagaya felt dread upon Sora's condition.

There was no mention of breaking out of the Tsukuyomi.

Amane tends to Sora's wounds as she replaced his bandages with new ones.

Amane: If there is no way out of Tsukuyomi......

Amane: How did even Madara been able to do this to Sora? After Sora used his Mangekyo Sharingan in battle, he will start to experience those nightmares.

Amane: The journal that has been written by Madara's child never mentioned a way out.

Amane: But Sasuke believed there must be a way out.
