I'm late.

So fucking late.

They're going to kill me.

You better have everything ready for my arrival to hell Satan or I won't be happy.

Well let me introduce myself.

I'm Valentina Martinez. I'm a 20 year old college going female. I study fashion designing. It has been my childhood dream to have my own fashion line. My parents are loaded not me though. My mother is one of the best interior designer in New York while My dad is a businessman.

My older brother Liam who is 25 is a Lawyer. He always wanted to be one so he didn't take over our parents business.

My other idiot of a brother David who is 22 works with Dad and is going to take over the business. He is a lazy ass and I'm not even joking. He practically cried in front of hundreds of people because he did not want to work at all and wants me to take over the company and let him enjoy peacefully.

I wouldn't mind that because I love him but I'm doing what I love so I guess he'll have to deal with it.

I park my car in front of my bestfriend Emma's house or a mansion actually. Emma is a street racer just like me and we are the best and I'm not even exaggerating.

Though we all are badass as people call us, we are just like other normal 20 year olds with extra interests like races and fights and taking no bullshit from anybody.

I enter inside cautiously knowing all five of them very well. They always pull a prank on me whenever I'm late for these movie nights.

As I move towards the drawing room I don't hear any voice surprisingly but confirming my suspicions that they're up to something bad and my suspicions are confirmed when I am drenched in cold freaking water from head to toe.

Yes Ladies and gentleman that's my friends for you. I was just FIVE minutes late for crying out loud!

"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU FAT ASSES!?" I yell looking at them while they're busy laughing their asses off on the floor.

Eric being a little good boy of our group brings me a towel and gives me a small sheepish smile.

He is the sweetest person in our little group of wild people. He has a beautiful mixture of Indian and Japanese looks as his mother is an Indian and his father, a Japanese.

"I'm sorry Val. You know them." He smiles apologetically pointing those idiots who are still laughing.

Emma stops everyone with a rather bad attempt at clearing her throat and the four of them finally shut up.

"You're late bitch." Vanessa said glaring playfully.

She also fights with me and we're good in that too but not the best. Some dude named Blade is actually the best. I can't wait to beat him.

"You know the rules Val." Cody speaks smirking.

Cody loves coding. Woah I'm good at this. So yeah Cody and Nia are twins. They're both really good at tracking and hacking stuff. We aren't a gang or anything but sometimes we need this during a race or fight.

"I was just five minutes late." I state looking at them as if they've gone mad.

"Doesnt matter. Nobody can come late on movie nights or consequences." Nia sings smirking just like her brother.

"And how come you're even late? You're best at racing." Van asks looking suspicious.

"Well sorry I couldn't drive at 200 in traffic mother." I reply rolling my eyes.

"Stop crying like a baby and go and change your clothes. You're spoiling my floor." Emma said looking at the floor as if it was her baby.

"Are you freaking serious right now!? I'm your bestfriend and all you care about is your floor!?" I fumed.

"Obviously." She answers in a duh tone.

I shake my head at all of them and move towards my room. Yes, we all have a room in everyone's place.

We all have been together since we were kids so even our families are really close. We actually bonded over food. When we were one our family did a get together thingy and Cody threw a piece of cake on Vanessa and Van being herself started beating him.

I still laugh when that picture comes in my mind. I was laughing at both of them when vanessa was beating cody while Eric was trying hard not to cry by looking at them.

That's when Nia entered and when she saw that Vanessa was beating her brother she too started beating him after shouting how annoying Cody is.

Thankfully Emma called our parents and they stopped the fight. And you might have made out already how useless I was by just watching them and laughing.

Thats me so dont judge people.

Later during dinner we all laughed and that was the start of our unbreakable bond of friendship.

Later in the theater room

"Bitch I'm not watching a romantic movie." Vanessa glares at Emma.

"But I had a break up like yesterday. This is what people do. Watch sappy movies and eat ice cream. And their friends support them." Emma defends trying to look sad.

"Well then you need new friends cuz we are not doing that girl." Nia replied chewing the damn gum which is always in her mouth. Not always but you get me. Right?

"Val..." She turns to me giving me the puppy dog eyes with a pout.

"You know that shitty face does not work on me. Right? And besides we all know you move on the minute you break up with guys so don't give this crap that you're sad just because you want to watch that sad movie." I stated and shoved some popcorn in my mouth smirking.

She glared at me causing everyone to laugh and sat there folding her hands and pouting exactly like a child throwing tantrum when they dont get their favorite chocolate.

"And exactly why did you break up with Noah?" Cody asked Emma grinning.

"He was not being a good boyfriend. Alright? He did something stupid." Emma replied.

"Did that asshole cheat on you?" Vanessa asked through gritted teeth.

Vanessa hates cheaters. I mean everyone hates cheaters but she went through something similar so its a soft spot.

"What? No. He didn't." Emma answered.

"Then what did he do Em?" Eric asked slowly.

"He bought me flowers." Emma spat the last word as if it burnt her.

We all looked at her as if she has gone crazy which I have no doubt she already is crazy.

"You didn't like the flowers?" Nia asked slowly while Emma nodded her head negatively.

"Then? You dont even have any flower allergy if that's even a thing." Cody asked confused.

"Don't you get it? He bought me FLOWERS. That's the reason I broke up with him.How dare he?!" Emma ranted angrily.

"Excuse me Queen of darkness, some people might consider that sweet." Cody replied sarcastically.

"But I'm not some people Cody! He could've bought me food but no. He bought flowers!" She snapped angrily.

We all looked at each other and burst out laughing. This is the reason we are best friends. All of us prefer food over anything.

"Hey Val?" Eric called me when everyone quieted down and I raised an eyebrow as a question.

"Are you and Daniel together?" He asked.

"Why would you think that?" I asked scrunching my eyebrows together.

"I saw you the other day leaving the club together when we all went there." He explained and I just stared at him to show that he should know by now why I left the club with Daniel.

Daniel and I have fucked twice and that's the only relationship I'll ever have with him. Nothing more and he knows that.

"Ohh.." He muttered after realising.

"Yes. Ohh indeed." I replied chuckling.

"But seriously Val...You never had a boyfriend your entire life. You are 20 now. You need to experience this dating thingy." Vanessa said looking serious.

"No I don't need that shit in my perfect life right now. I don't want someone to tie me to him. That's not my thing." I explained.

"But Val..."

"We both have a fight tomorrow Vans. I think we should focus on that." I cut her off coldly.

I don't like to be like this with my friends but they know me well to know that I don't do love or relationships.

I can't tie myself to someone for the rest of my life.

"Alright let's go and sleep. Its already 2:30." Cody says clapping his hands and everyone starts to leave after a group hug.

I walked into the kitchen to get some water when Cody came and gave me a hug.

"You'll find your male version one day and at that very point you'll know that Valentina Martinez can love too." He whispered.

"I don't know C." I whispered back staring into his eyes.

"You'll fall in love one day little Val so when you do, don't run away but hold onto it. Okay?" He asked smiling.

I nodded and he kissed my forehead and walked out of the kitchen.

My male version.
