We went over to the little cafe in the corner of the library. We had both ordered already and had sat down in a little secluded section of the cafe. Both of our piles of books in our seats beside us. "So what books did you get?",we had both said at the same time. "Ladies first,"he said chuckling a bit. I laughed a bit at this because he isn't exactly the most quite laugher in the world and people were giving us the evil eye. "I picked up The Outsiders,The Maze Runner, and The Fifth Wave. What about you?"  "Oh those are good I haven't read The Fifth Wave yet so it's kinda funny I had picked it up just now. I also grabbed To Kill a Mocking Bird ." "Oh that's a good book and yeah I've already read it it's just been a while so I thought why not again." "Huh yeah." After that not a word was said. It felt like so long had passed without us talking but in reality it was only a couple of minutes. That whole time I had been looking down at my feet and when I looked up I had noticed he was actually looking at me. It was almost like he was staring into my soul which freaked me out a bit. It wasn't a scary looking stare though. More like one filled with curiosity. I finally broke the silence, "Umm,is there something on my face?" He didn't respond for a second until he jolted a bit and said, "Oh no nothing at all. I was just looking at you that's all. Trying to read you if you will. You're actually pretty easy to read you know. Almost like an open book." "How so?" "Well I mean for one I can tell you definitely are a bit uncomfortable based on the way you keep looking at your feet and all. Also you are very quite and reserved. I can also tell that your coffee is a bit too hot based on the way you are taking slow sips while trying to discretely blow it to cool it down. And it's not just things that you are doing now I can notice. I can also see you are very normal. You almost live the American dream. You have the nice house, good friends,a good family, you make good grades, and the jobs you work pay fairly well for high school employment. But there is also something else. I can see something a little darker going on. Maybe it's a not so perfect family? Not so perfect friend?Who knows? But I can definitely tell something is going on and I want to figure it out and help you with it all." I just sit there with my mouth slightly ajar. All I can think to myself is "How did he hit the nail on the head so perfectly? Is he a stalker or something?" "I'm not sure guess I'm just good at reading people also I'm sure you meant to only think that I'm your head but you kinda whispered it to yourself. And for the record I'm not a stalker," he said smirking then taking a sip of his coffee. When he was done he spoke again, "I'm serious I can tell something is going on and I want to help you and learn more about it. I guess what I'm trying to ask is if you want to meet up some more and get to know each other better. I mean not only as idol and ARMY but as friends. So what's the verdict?" I think to myself for a bit. I don't want to get to close because I don't want other ARMYs to get angry. But how can I resist this beautiful, caring, dimpled man that can read me so well? "Sure. I guess so!" "It's a date then!" That takes a bit to register in my mind. "Wait what?"
