I could hear quiet murmurs and voices talking to each other. One of them stood out though. Was I dreaming?

I just heard my twin's voice.

I snapped my eyes open, only to see her smiling and happily talking to Marco, grandpa, River, Romeo and Vince.

After a tortuous, painful and long month, my twin is finally awake.

"Twinny?" I whispered, my voice thick with emotions.

She stiffened and everyone stopped talking, just to look at me. But the one person who is my everything, my other half, never turned. She just kept looking ahead, where River was.

"Annie?" I tried again, tearing up.

She tensed more, if that was even possible. She was now stiff as a board with her back straight.

"Riri? I need to go to the bathroom. Can you help me up?" She gently spoke to him.

He nodded and helped her to the bathroom. Romeo turned to me as soon as the door closed with a loud bang, waking everyone up.

"The fuck?" Aaron jumped.

Romeo didn't pay any attention to him and pinned me with a hard stare.

"Don't talk to my sister." He sneered at me.

"Where the fuck did Angelina go?" Max panicked.

"Calm down Max, Angelina woke up and she's in the bathroom right now." Vince calmly reassured him, but you could see how happy he was.

"She did?!" Everyone in the room exclaimed.

Romeo turned to them all with a scowl on his face. "Yes. So shut up and don't overwhelm her or I swear I'll put a bullet in your head." He snarled.

"What he said." Marco, grandpa, Max and Vince said in unison.

"And I'll show you what hell really is." River nonchalantly spoke as he played with a chain around his neck.

Somehow, we took his threat more seriously because he wasn't exactly playing around.

Neither were the others.

The bathroom door slammed open again, and Angelina stormed over to her bed with River helping her.

She was constantly scowling at everything and her happy mood from earlier was gone.

I just wanted the beautiful smile back on her face.

"Monkey....." Noah croaked out.

Angelina's head snapped to him. She just stared at him, not saying anything.

River growled and turned her head back to him.

"Look at me, sorellina." He sneered at us all.

"OKAY THAT IS IT." I yelled, finally having enough. I WILL talk to my twin even if it's the last thing I do.

"You better keep your voice down Ace Levi." Angelina spoke up in a cold voice, her eyes narrowed into slits.

"S-sorry twinny..." I muttered apologetically.

I stiffened when I heard the word 'twinny' leave his mouth.

'They will never love you, twinny'

"Stop." I whispered.

He looked shocked and hurt, but nodded anyways.

"Baby..." Dad called out, looked exhausted and broken.

"Hm?" I just hummed, not really wanting to talk to literally anyone anymore.

"H-how do you feel now?" He croaked.

"Physically fine, yes." I answered and he looked down, hurt.

I looked up to see Mason, Aaron, Noah and Roman staring at me with guilt, regret and love.

Bitch you better look away.

Vinny soon entered the room again. He had gone to talk to the doctor.

"Angel...you're allowed to go home with us now!" He exclaimed, looking excited.

I beamed, and hugged the closest person to me, which happened to be gramps.

"Well it's good to see you happy princess." Gramps chuckled.

I just gave him a smile.

A few weeks later.

It's been a few weeks since I got out of the hospital. My dad and brothers have been trying to make everything up to me by having bonding days and family nights.

I've warmed up to them but we're not quite there yet.

I've been getting along with River and it's scary how alike we are. You would think River and Romeo are our quadruplets.

Speaking of....Ace and I still aren't on twinny terms yet. I've been thinking for a while now and I've come to a decision. Out of the thirty gyms we own, fifteen are mine. I'm going to sell them and get all my money in a private account, where all my private information is.

Not even Ace knows about this private account. Only Grandpa and I have access to it.

I have a feeling I'll need all the money in the near future. (A/n guys this is a very important piece of information. REMEMBER THIS.)

"Ace?" I called as I walked into his room.

"Oh...hey Annie..." he looked surprised to see me there.

"Can we talk?" I asked.

"Sure." He answered and patted the space next to him, as if gesturing me to sit beside him.

I walked over and sat down beside him. "So I've been thinking...." I started and trailed off, trying to figure out how I should say this.

"Yeah...?"

"I'm....I'm not working with the gyms anymore, Ace. I've decided to sell mine off." I spoke up.

Just rip the bandaid off.

He looked shocked.

"Oh. Um...it's your choice... I guess?" He stammered, trying to find the right words.

"Right then. I'll leave you to your thoughts." I said and walked out before he could say anything.

________

Okay we know this is late AND short, and kinda shitty, but OUR BRAINS ARE COMPLETELY BLANK RIGHT NOW.

Trust me a toddler is NOT easy to take care of while you're trying to write a story AND complete your assignments.

Angel is currently running around like a headless chicken trying to get a VERY naked Sammy into the bathroom.

That boy hates his baths as much as I HATE pineapple on pizza.

So yeah. The updates may be late.

On a more happier note tho,

THE FAMILY I HATE HAS MADE IT TO THE POSITION OF THE MOST CREATIVE BOOK ON THE SIBLING AWARDS 2020!🥳🥳

Anyways, we hope y'all enjoyed this chapter

We love y'all!❤️
