Asher P.O.V

After I marked her, she lost her conscious, I knew that is normal so I didn't panic.

' finally ours!' Leo said howling in happiness and I couldn't help, but to smile. she is so perfect, so, so perfect. I feel like the luckiest person in this entire world.

carrying her in my arms I made my way outside of the cell. Liam was there smiling at me or shall I say smirking at me?

" oh god, I feel like a proud father, my little Alpha finally grew up," he said wiping his imaginary tears, I only rolled my eyes.

" I can remember when you were born since when am I your son ?" I asked annoyed, not wanting to hear his reply I walked away from him. I must get my Luna to a soft bed, so her sleeping will be comfortable.

Walking inside my room in the packhouse. I put her down on the bed while covering her with the blanket, so she wouldn't feel cold. I walked over to the bathroom, taking a quick shower to take the dirt of the cell off of me. I brought a sweat shorts with me to the bathroom, so I would change here and after putting it on, I brushed my teeth and walked out of the bathroom.

I got under the blanket and brought my Luna closer to me, wrapping my arms around her small frame, I could finally sleep peacefully in three days.

I woke up because I felt a movement beside me, opening my eyes only to be welcomed by Luna breathing hard, panting for air, while her body was shaking nonstop.

" Luna? baby? what is wrong ?!" I asked panicking. what is wrong with her?
she couldn't talk, she couldn't even open her eyes. I got up quickly taking her bridal style in my arms as I ran towards the pack hospital.

" DR.HOPE!! DOCTORS?! ANYONE ?!??" I shouted as soon as i got inside the hospital. Soon after that Dr. Hope ran towards me with some nurses following him close behind.

" Alpha, what is wrong ?" He asked worriedly

" my mate, she is breathing heavily!!" I growled not being able to explain further, She is getting worse.

" From here Alpha !" He quickly led the way and I followed while praying in my heart that she will be alright.

We got into the emergency room, nurses were running from every corner putting the machines and stuff needed together. But my only attention was on my mate

" Alpha lay her down and please go outside and wait till we gonna get things under control." He told me, making me growl loudly

No, I can't leave her, I can't.

"No! what a hell are you even thinking about?! how can I leave my mate when she needs me the most ?!?" I growled as I brought Luna's shaking body closer to my chest

"Alpha, please, she will be in more danger if you won't let us do our job probably!" He repeated again

I felt two hands over my shoulder from behind

" Asher! let them treat her now!!" I heard Liam's voice behind me which made me growl even more.

Suddenly Luna's shaking body stopped shaking. looking down quickly to my mate, only to see her face is pale and the worst part is

She is not breathing...

" No... no... Baby! Baby, please open your eyes! please !!!" I cried out holding her small frame closer to my heart, but that wasn't helping, she is not responding, she is not waking up and she is not breathing.

" no..no....NO!!" I opened my eyes panting for air, it took me a few minutes to realize where I am. touching my cheek that felt hot, they were wet, was I crying? I quickly looked beside me, Luna was laying peacefully there, sound asleep.

Was that all a dream? A nightmare?!

But it seemed so real, too real. I brought her closer to my chest, I can't let go, I couldn't. what if that was real and not just a dream? What if that gonna happen? those questions were ringing in my ears.

I decided I won't go back to sleep, I was too afraid if something happens to her like that.

Morning came by quickly, I didn't leave the room nor I was planning in doing so, I can't miss anything here.

It's been three days already, Three damn days! And she is still not waking up. The doctor said that she is fine, but I can't help, but to worry. i loved the feeling of marking her, I love that she is mine now and everyone will notice that by my mark on her neck, but I couldn't help but feel like this is my fault, all my fault.

I felt Luna's hand which I was holding moved slightly, my heart skipped a beat, when she squeezed my hand weakly.

" Luna, baby ?" I asked quickly standing up from the chair and sitting down beside her on the bed.

She slowly started to open her beautiful eyes, those gray irises that I missed a lot.

" Baby, you ok ?" I am worried, really worried.

" w-water? " She asked for water, I quickly purred water into a glass for her and brought it for her.

Helping her up, I held the glass for her so she can drink the water, and she drank it all.

Luna P.O.V

" feeling better now baby?" Asher asked me worriedly

Looking up to see his beautiful face. he has bags under his eyes, his skin seemed so pale like he is sick. I wonder why is he like that.

" yeah, but " I cupped his face in my hands, rubbing his cheek softly.

" you are not," I said as I touched the bags under his eyes. He doesn't look like the old Asher. I mean he still looks freaking handsome, but he seems tired and unhealthy.

" what do you mean baby? I am perfectly fine, I was just worried about you ." He said as he hugged me tightly in his arms

" But Asher why do you look so pale? why are there bags under your eyes? " I was too worried about him than hugging him back right now

" wait, how long was I out ?" I asked quickly as I softly pushed him away.

" 3 days," he told me I felt those emotions of sadness and worries in me. Sure I am worried about him, but those feelings were too strong to be only mine, then my eyes got wide in realization, he marked me!

I quickly tried to stand up from the bed, just to sit down again because I felt dizzy

" easy there! Where do you want to go I will take you ." He said as I felt one of his hand on my back the other under my knees, I knew he gonna carry me and I let him. I am too weak right now to walk by myself.

" I-i w-want- " isn't it embarrassing, requesting seeing your mark?

" it is not, baby girl, why would it be embarrassing? I will show you now ." He told me, my eyes got wide.

Wait does he just read my mind!!

" I did baby girl," he said and my eyes got even wider if that is possible. I'm In awe but also surprised, just like in my stories. I wonder who had the idea of making those stories that are based on so much reality.

but isn't that creepy? he can read my mind, meaning he will always know what I am thinking, meaning he knows what I am thinking right now, and meaning he is hearing my crazy thoughts. Oughhh I am Going Crazy!!

He just laughed at me and land a sweet kiss on my forehead.

He walked into the bathroom with me in his arms. looking over to the mirror I couldn't be more excited.

The mark is beautiful, it's a bite mark, not just any normal bite mark, but a HUGE mark.

It shows whoever did bite me was really powerful and the mark has been done professionally must I say. clearly, it's a mark of a very powerful Alpha, personally, if I saw such a mark on anyone's neck, I would think twice before wanting even to get close to them.

I couldn't get enough, I never knew it would turn out to be so beautiful, it looks really good.

The only thing that made me break my stare from my mark was when Asher's lips touched my neck, making me blush madly.

" Asher ?" I asked as I saw the bags under his eyes again.

" I am gonna take a shower, you need to take one too, then we gonna eat together and then take a nap too, ok ?" I asked, he just smile at me

" my Luna, you can just order me around. I am at your service." He told me, making me smile widely at him

He then left me in the bathroom i took off my clothes and got into the shower, as the warm water touched my skin I felt as all my pains washed away with it.

There was only male shampoo here so I tried one. It smells like forest, my god, the one Asher always smells like.

After I took my shower, I wrapped a towel around myself then it hit me, shit! I don't have any clothes here !! What to do ?!?

' Just ask me baby ' I heard a voice in my head make me take a few steps.

' it is me, baby, don't worry ' it is Asher, it was Asher

I sighed

' can I please, hand me some clothes?' I tried as I learned from my books, just think like you are talking to that person, but In your mind.

' sure baby, but I am impressed about how fast you learned how this works' He told me, make me smile to myself

I love the feeling of making him proud, I don't know why.

' believe me, baby, you always do make me proud ' he said.

I don't want him out of my head. I don't know why most characters always want to know how to block their mates out? It feels so good.

' because they don't love their mate as much as you love me.' I blushed at that. I love him of course, but does he have to say it like that?

" here it is baby. I just have my clothes here so you can wear this for now ." He told me as he handed me clothes from behind the door.

" thank you," I said quickly taking them and closing the door

It was a black hoodie and a basketball short, I quickly put them on and brushed my hair, I didn't dry it, if it is not for the fact each morning i must go out after my morning shower, i would never dry up my hair. I love wet hair.

I walked out only to see Asher has already taken a shower, but where? Did I take so long in taking a shower?

" I just got into Mason's room, since he is not here ." He told me and I just nodded.

My eyes light up the moment I saw a bit tray full of foods and fruits on the coffee table. The coffee table was put in front of a couch that was not so big, it fits for two-person.

Just looking at the food made my stomach growl loudly, I could feel the heat rushing up to my face, that was embarrassing.

Why stupid stomach?! Don't you know the right timing??

" it's ok baby, don't curse the place of our pups" It took me some time to understand what Asher said, which made me burn even more.

My god, Pups? Like a child or something? Isn't it to early to even think about it?

" well for now yes. Now come and let's eat together ." He told me as he sat down on the couch, patting the seat beside him and I gladly accepted the request and sat down as well.

After eating the delicious meal, I was full now and I lay down on the bed beside my handsome mate

" let's sleep " I let out a yawn

" let's sleep, baby." He wrapped his arms around my waist and I did the same, i couldn't help but sigh at the contact.

" good night Asher," I whispered

" good night beautiful." He told me and just like that, I fell asleep.

I woke up again because I felt like someone has wrapped their hands around my neck, make it hard for me to breathe. Opening my eyes trying to get my breath under control by taking deep breaths through my mouth, but who am I kidding? that is not helping. I quickly searched for Asher, but he is nowhere to be seen. I tried to stand up, to get out of this room, hoping I can make it out of here, but I fall down on the floor as my breathing got even worse, my body started shaking, making everything harder for me.

" Asher!" I tried to scream as loud as i can, hoping he might hear me and save me.

' Asher ' I whispered last part before darkness could take me. I couldn't breathe, I felt like I am about to die.

My heavy eyes started to shut down, but before I lost my consciousness completely I heard a loud sound.

And just like that, the darkness took me in
