' I hope so, she is showing affection, that is good' I replied and started driving towards my company.

I got inside my office and Mason was already there,

" hello alpha, you are late which is really unusual " I sat down with a sigh

" I know I took Luna to school since they forgot to bring her car to our new home, but now to think about it I am thankful they didn't, this was best car ride in my entire life" i said smiling for myself

" Well i want to see our Luna that makes our alpha smile like that, I like her already " I growled at him at this point

" chill you know better than anyone els, i don't mean anything bad by that" i just glared at him

" mate, mate, mate!! I am not sure if I am ready to glare at my best friend because of jealousy, so I prefer to find her when I am older" he said

" I don't think so, the magical feeling of having them close is more than anything you will ever ask for" I replied

" ok don't talk like that in front of a lonely person. so how is things going exactly? where have you got in your relationship? is it smooth ? shall I be expecting to become uncle soon?" He asked and my eyes widened

" what a hell! no, she wants to take things slow and I respect that completely "

' but that means if she want us soon then-' I cut Leo off immediately. why around me are full of people who are dirty minded?

" oh, but you bought her ring that day and by your mood she accepted it obviously. So if you are engaged with her only In second day of living together, well that means you two are definitely moving fast " I only facepalmed

" just shut up, let's start working " he laughed at my respond, kill this beta of mine

Time passed by quicker than usual, my phone ringed and I answered without looking at the screen

" yes ?" This is my personal number so whoever is calling me is someone close to me.

" umm hi Asher, my school is over. I will go with Jenny for shopping, just wanted to inform you" I looked over to the big clock on my office wall. shit it is 4pm already

" i am so sorry Luna, I will come to pick you up now" I said as I hurried up taking my suit jacket and made my way out of the office

" no, no! it is fine, as I said I will go shopping anyways, Jenny can bring me home later as well"

" no, I will come to pick you up from the mall then, tell me the mall name" I heard her sigh before she told me the address and we ended the call.

Luna P.O.V

" OWW~ Mr. Hottie will come! I am dying to meet my Brother-in-law!!" Jenny was shouting in excitement

" look over to the road girl, drive carefully. Don't get us both killed. " I know if I ever died in a car crash that car was crashed by Jenny.

" ok, ok, but for real I am dying to meet him" so am I, I miss him already.

Time passed fast, after we were done shopping which I didn't bought a lot actually, I am not so much of a shopping person. we were now in the mall Café, we ordered ice cream and waited for it to come.

Me and Jenny were talking while eating ice cream when someone decided to ruin the moment of fun

" hi girls, missed me ?" We looked up to get angry at whoever it was, but my eyes got wide so did Jenny's I bet

" Jax !!!" We both stood up and hugged him in the mean time

" ok, ok, hold on, I can't carry you both anymore, you are heavy" he chuckled as he hugged us both back

It didn't last long though, I was soon pulled away from Jax's embrace by my wrist and met with a wall like chest.

Looking up to see it was Asher

Oh he is here! But hell, why does he looks so angry?

" Hi Asher, glad you are here " I said and his attention shifted from Jax and Jenny to me, I got out of his grip and stood right beside him

" and who are you may I ask?" Jax asked not sounding pleased at all. He has been always a little protective over me just like my father is, so I am not surprised he doesn't like seeing Asher take me away from him like that.

" Asher Adrain, Luna fiancé and may I ask who are you?" His voice is so cold I swear it sent shiver down my spine

" Asher this is Jax my uncle and Jenny my best friend more like sister " I introduced them to Asher try to light up the mood a bit since it is really uncomfortable

" Aish this girl why do you have to say uncle here? That makes me feel old. But I actually heard of you Asher Adrian, my brother told me you are Luna's ma- I mean fiancé" Jax said taking a step towards us and offering Asher a handshake, but Asher looked somehow dumbfounded

" hi my name is Jax Alexander, Luna best friend, i am too young to be uncle anyways " He said with a smile

Asher didn't look like he wanted to take the offer which will be really embarrassing so I push his hand a bit and he did took the handshake offer.

" I already said my name and I guess you know me well too" ouch, ouch, ouch! How can Asher be so cold?

" Jax we will be leaving and I will call you later, you have to tell me how come you decided to be back. Love you both bye bye " i waved my hand at them as I took Asher hand in mine so we will get out of the café and the mall as soon as possible.

That was so embarrassing...

after we got inside the car I sat there in silence, I didn't say anything because there is nothing to say.

never have I thought something like this might happen, I mean he is always so sweet and kind but today he seemed like completely different person. After 5 years Jax is finally back and just when I met him again this happened.

I inhaled a deep breath not wanting to think anymore, the more I think about the more I feel bad.

" Luna ?" I didn't reply

" are you mad at me? Have I done anything wrong ?" He asked hesitation was clear from his voice

I couldn't do this anymore so I just nodded my head.

" what did I do wrong then? tell me please and don't keep being quite, it hurts me " god, why do I feel my heart ached because of what he just said? I decided best thing to do is to confess so he will know his mistake.

" I-I hated the way you talked with Jax.." he didn't reply for a while before he spoke again

" I-I am sorry I just can't help it, it is just I hated seeing you hugging him.." he said well that explains- wait what? was he jealous ?

" well here is the thing Asher, if we want to make this work we have to start by trusting each other, right? I mean every relationship must be build by trust and I would not hug anyone, talk with anyone nor touch anyone in a bad way. I wouldn't accept being your fiancée in the first place if I were to flirt with others, ok?" I explained myself, he needs to know this

" I trust you that is not the case, you don't know how hard it is to- ...forget it "i will forget it

" it is fine let's just forget it, but please don't act rude like this again, ok ?" I requested I really, really don't like to fight with him over stuffs like this

" I will try my best " he said and it was silence once more.

" Asher by the way would you like to eat outside with me ?" I asked, it will be great for us to forget what happened because I don't know anymore who is at fault or who is victim here.

" sure, why not " Yes!

" but not in restaurant, can we go to the night bazaar ? "

" but why night bazaar ?" He asked confused

" I really, really want to try it. I can't remember last time I went there since I am always so busy " well that worked he nodded his head and Changed the car direction towards the night bazaar.
