Amrit's POV

"I don't want to get married" I told to Karn

"But you are of the perfect age" He said thinking thoroughly.

Perfect age?
I don't even fucking remember my age!

"But I don't wanna get married." I tried to defend my point.

"And why is that Amrit?" A voice from behind us.

We both turned and saw... Guess Who.

Kanha!

"Kanha? You here?" I said in a mixture of excitement and confusion.

"Pranam Vasudev" Karn said with a greeting smile.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Angraj" Kanha replied.

And I thought there first conversation would be awkward.

They are almost talking as if they are already friends.

"You didn't answer me Amrit" Kanha said mockingly .

"I just don't want to get married " I argued.

"But do you think that I will say something not good for you?" He asked.

No I believe in you.
Who am I to question your decision?
But wedding... it's just- - - I am not able to process that fact.

" Don't worry whatever I am doing is just for your good." He said in an assuring tone.

Karn was just smiling, enjoying our conversation.

"Ok" I sighed.

"We will arrange a svayamvar for you." Kanha said excitedly.

"Which type?" I asked curiously.

"Type?" Karn asked me.

"She means whether her svamyamvar will be the competition type or the one in which she gets to choose." Kanha explains on my behalf.

"Which one do you want?" Karn asked me.

I don't want any.

"I am not an object to win so I don't at all like the competition one. The one in which I got to choose seems pretty justifying." I replied after thinking for a minute.

Who thought that I would have a svayamvar of my own?

And one month passed very quickly. They decided that the svayamvar will happen in Dwarka.They even made the list of whom to invite for my svayamvar.

Karn, Vrushali, Supriya,their sons and Radha Kaki were all called to Dwarka. Adhirath Kaka and Shon were not able to come due to their works.

Even Panchali came to be with me all the time.

I was sitting with all the females in a room. They all were telling me the story of their marriages. Personally, I found Rukmini Bhabhi's story and Revati Bhabhi's story the most interesting one.

Vrushali felt a bit shy around them as most of them were almost Kshatriyas. Supriya was herself one so she easily got into the group. Even, Vrushali started feeling comfortable due to Rukmini Bhabhi and Jambavati Bhabhi.

Panchali felt a bit nervous around Supriya and Vrushali. I think that was because how she behaved with Karn in her svamyamvar.

If having a svayamvar means so much fun, I can have as many svayamvar as possible.

Wait. What the hell did I just think of?

I don't want to get married!

Well but how bad can getting married me?

Suddenly Kanha, Dau and Karn with Radha Kaki and Rohini Kaki entered the room.

"Well we have an announcement to make" Dau says with a smile.

"What announcement?" Panchali asked in a tone which made us laugh.

"Panditji have said that the day four days later is a really nice day for svayamvar" Karn said .

I could see a mischievous smile on Kanha's face.

What is he planning now?
Well, who are coming in my svayamvar?
I have not even seen the guest list.

"That's not enough" said Devaki Maa.

Yes I call her maa. I just feel like calling her that. I mean she is Kanha's mother and his mother is equivalent to the whole world's mother. Actually grandmother...

"We have a ritual of worshipping in the Shiv mandir before the marriage. " Rohini Kaki said.

"We have a similar ritual too " Radha Kaki said.

Yeah yeah and that's the main way of eloping the bride. Like in Kanha- Rukmini's case and in Arjun-Subhadra's case.

Wait ...

I looked at Kanha with huge eyes.

Don't tell me that I am also going to be eloped.

I don't even love anyone who would elope me.

Kanha! What is your mind thinking?

"We all will go with you Amrit to the Mandir tomorrow" Devaki Maa said.

I nodded with a smile.

Now how is the person who will have yo elope me will elope me in front of everyone?

"I am going to my room" I said and started walking.

As I was passing by Kanha,
"You will be using one of your boons tomorrow" He whispered.

I walked to my room.

My boon?
Does he mean the wind one?
Will I use the wind to fly away myself and the one who is going to elope me?

What the hell even am I thinking?

So today is a good day.
I mean it was one of my friend's birthday.
And we all surprised him and he was almost about cry.
And I am missing school and my crush (love maybe) so badly.
