Amrit's POV

I took Subu to her room.

"I will again need to dress you up" I sighed to which Subu giggled.

"Yaar Ammu I am so happy. Dau finally agreed to marry me to the man I love." She expressed her feelings.

"Of course. Now you won't call him Arjun I guess." I teased her.

"No I won't. I will call him Aarya" She admitted while blushing.

"Haaye Subu, you look cute while blushing" I again teased her .

"Stop teasing me Ammu" She said with a blush again. I giggled this time.

Soon she was fully dressed as a bride.

"Ammu, thanks" she suddenly spoke.

"Why Subu?" I asked being confused.

"Without you, I wouldn't be able to marry Arjun. You were the one who was with me the whole time." She said as she hugged me tightly.

"Subu. Subu, listen. I did what I had to. After all you are both my friend and my sister. " I said hugging her back.

"I promise when you will be in lobe, I will be the first one supporting you and will make sure that you only marry him." She said in excitement.

"Here comes my marriage again" I sighed but then smiled "As you wish, Arjun's premika" I said and ran away from there.

I turned and saw her following me while trying to struggle with her saree.

I saw Devaki Maa and Rohini Kaki coming and hid behind them.

"Amrit, what happened?" Devaki Maa asked.

"See yourself" I said as I pointed towards the running Subu.

They both started giggling. Subu stopped as she saw them. They walked towards her and I followed them closely.

"Amrit you shouldn't tease her like that" Rohini Kaki scolded me while trying to stop her laugh.

"Maa see na, she is always teasing me" Subu complain.

"At least stop behaving like a kid now, Putri. You are going to be a married woman soon." Rohini Kaki scolded Subu in return while I smirked.

"Haaye Subhadra, you look so beautiful" Devaki Maa complimented her "Much more beautiful than any apsara."

I nodded in agreement.

Not like, I have seen any apsara
But I just can't deny that she is looking very beautiful.

She reminds me how Panchali looked at her svayamvar.

Suddenly Dau and Kanha came.

"Subhadrae, you look very pretty" Dau complimented her.

"After all whose sister she is" Kanha tried to take the credit.

Logically her to be husband's.
I mean Arjun is Subu's first cousin right?

"After all who dressed her." I tried to take some credit too.

"Ok. Now I guess we should go. Panditji is calling the bride." Dau said.

We all started walking towards the mandap.

Arjun glanced at Subu and was awestruck, his eyes not going anywhere else from her.

I helped her sit beside him and then stood behind with Rukmini Bhabhi and Satyabhama Bhabhi. All the other AshtaBharyas were here too.

Honestly speaking, I have a closer bond with Rukmini Bhabhi, than any other wife of Kanha.

I mean they all are good, friendly, interesting but what I liked in Rukmini Bhabhi was that she was so pure, without any negative thoughts or traits, always happy with whatever life had given us and the most important, she was never jealous of anyone.
And a secret to reveal, Rukmini Bhabhi sings very beautifully.

In an hour or two, the wedding was over and they were now husband- wife.

Subu and Arjun took the ashirwaad of all the elders, that means everyone excluding me.

Wait, am I younger than Subu or elder than her?

Subu finally walked towards me and hugged me.

"Thanks again, Ammu" She said as we broke the hug.

I smiled and then looked at Arjun. He was standing behind Subu.

"Best of luck, Arjun. Subu is hard to manage with." I warned him.

"Not again, Ammu" She said with anger in her eyes which made me laugh.

And my laugh made everyone laugh.

"Ok. Now it is time for puja" Rohini Kaki said.

"A puja again?" I whispered which only Rukmini Bhabhi heard.

"Yeah" She giggled.

They all started walking. I was walking just behind Subu and Arjun. Subu had a blush on her face.

We reached the temple. The idol there were of Ram and Sita.

I sighed.

And then they started the puja. It took more than two hours to complete.

I was completely bored and exhausted. I looked at Kanha and saw his 'wicked' smile.

Not again!
What now?

This smile of his scares me more than my mother's anger.

Soon, we all were sitting outside the temple. I and Subu were sitting together on a swing. Kanha and Arjun were talking at a distance. She was glancing at them now and then.

"What happened Subu?" I asked as I noticed her behaviour.

She didn't reply but again looked at them. I understood.

"Wait. I will bring them" I whispered and then walked towards them.

They were talking about something which I didn't understand. They saw me coming and smiled. I stood with them.

"Madhav I have one more doubt." Arjun asked after looking at me.

"What Parth?" Kanha said with a smile.

"Why hasn't Amrit's looks changed? I mean the way I saw her for the first time, she still looks the same." He expressed himself.

Wait,
I never thought about this.
Arjun is actually correct,
I have not changed even a bit.

Kanha smiled.

"Actually Arjun, Amrit is not from this time or this era. She has come from future." Kanha explained.

Arjun's expression was both confused and shocked but he wasn't scared, like I expected everyone to be when they came to know where I am from.

I can tell that to anyone so easily?
And I used to think what to tell if someone ask me where I am from.

"You haven't even aged a single second, since you came here, Amrit." Kanha added while looking at me.

That actually explains why I never had periods since I came here.
I just thought it might be a gift from Kanha.

I nodded.

"Kanha, I am actually here to call you both. Subu is waiting." I said trying to change the topic.

Kanha smirked and then we walked towards everyone.

Arjun sat beside Subu while I was standing beside Devaki Maa.

He stole my seat.
Now I am gonna take revenge from his dear wife.
*Evil Laugh*

"Ammu, sing something for me na" Subu asked.

Perfect opportunity!

"Again? I am not gonna sing." I pretended as if I don't want to sing.

"Please na. You sang when Satya Bhabhi asked you, when Bhrata asked you, when Mata asked you. Then why not when I am asking." She started giving reasons for me to sing.

"Ok but I would like to have a partner with me to sing." I demanded.

"Who?" Kanha asked with his signature smile.

"Rukmini Bhabhi" I pointed at her. All eyes were on her. "She sing even better than me."

"Ohk. I will sing." She agreed.

"So you start and I will join" I suggested to which she nodded.

I peeped from the temple and continued singing while looking at Arjun, who was looking at me.
