Looking towards the beautiful heartless woman who seemed to have changed her strategy, preferring to sleep before him, rather than stale her time and sleep after him like the previous night, Zane felt restless. Really how could she be so peaceful, when he could barely contain himself near her?

Was he so unattractive to her that she felt nothing for him, only an awkwardness because he was a person of the opposite gender?

Zane kept gazing at her features for a while longer, until seemingly angry, he moved his hands to Aria's small body, wrapping them around it, and moving the small woman closer in a cuddle, before finally falling asleep.

'Alright, so here is what you need to do! As long as you follow my words to the last letter. I am certain you will get the girl.' A tall man with an apparent light casual personality positively said.

'How can you be certain?' Zane asked, looking at the man who was sitting comfortably on his living room's couch. It was the middle of the night, but for some reason the man's presence did not seem out of place at all, even though Zane had never seen him before, in his entire life.

'Of course, I am certain. And to prove my point I have brought with me conclusive evidence.' The man proudly stated with a firm determined tone, then directed his arm towards the person who was sitting next to him.

'Here it is, exhibit A, also known as the werewolf king, his highness Salas Christian Wolf.' The man smirked, a hundred percent certain of the infallibility of his method. Who wouldn't trust him after he managed to successfully coach the sternest and coldest man in the entire werewolf Kingdome? If it weren't for the necessity of keeping the secrecy because of the werewolf queen, towards whom he had instinctively felt an almost irrational fear, he would have even written a book about his conquering strategies.

'After an intense course under my teaching, he managed to win the beautiful lady sitting next to him, her highness, the queen of all the werewolves and leader of the lycans, miss Celia Blair.' The man said with even more respect than when he introduced the king.

Celia only nodded as a greeting, lowering her head embarrassed by the man's words. She had found out later accidentally who was the instigator of Salas's pushy ways, and she had almost lunged at Gabriel to hurt him because of the repeated bouts of nervousness she had felt as the consequences of his teachings.

But thinking of the lovely mate of that man, whom she had befriended, she had suppressed her anger, with the condition that Gabriel would keep his ways a secret for eternity. Otherwise, although she was not an aggressive or a hot tempered person, she would tear off his limbs one by one. She had only accepted appearing in front of Zane and letting Gabriel teach him, because of the author, who was the writer of both books.

'Cough! Cough!' Was heard from the king's side, as he cleared his throat, looking intently at Gabriel, as though he was ready to rip him apart.

'My mistake, miss Celia Wolf!' Gabriel immediately corrected himself, as Salas gave an approving look. Evidence that this was the reason for his murdering glare.

'But you are just characters in a book... how in the world would your course help me in any way?' Zane said expressionlessly. Still not feeling any strangeness due to their appearance.

'Insolence... we have already gathered more than 850.000 reads for our book. Could you really say that my tactics are no good!' Gabriel said baffled.

'The reads are because of my lovely wife... pick another reason!' Salas again disapproved Gabriel's words, as he looked displeased towards him.

Hearing the king, Gabriel gazed hurt towards Salas, so much for their decades old friendship. How did they even get to this point? As long as it had something even remotely to do with Celia, Salas was always highlighting her.

'Anyway, returning to the main point... what you have to do is nothing but be shameless!' Gabriel loudly declared, as he had quickly regained his composure.

'...' Zane looked at him confused, and did not even know where to start scolding him. This man was trying to break his relationship rather than help him.

'That is not true, you must care for her like she is the most precious jewel!' Another person intervened. The beautiful long haired girl was holding the hand of a fairy like man with an ethereal beauty himself, as the both of them made an out of this world image. They were as beautiful as the blood in their veins was cold... Well, it was to be expected of the two pureblood vampires.

As the woman finished her words, she looked towards her lover, to have him back her up. She knew for certain that he would support her claims, he always did. Even if she said it was night outside, although in reality it was daytime, the man would heed her words and would walk in the blaze of the Sun, exactly as he would walk in the dead of night.

With her lovely gaze on him, how would the man dare to refute her words? He immediately nodded his head, showing her a pampering gaze.

'Liselote, that only works for someone like Claude and yourself. Zane don't listen to her. Aria is quite an airhead regarding these things, she might just mistake you for a brother like figure, or even worse... a father like figure.' Gabriel affirmed, confident in his claims.

Hearing his words, both Claude, an almost thousand year old vampire, and Salas, a hundred year old werewolf, immediately shot him a warning look, as they felt like they really should get rid of him.

Realizing his words had rubbed them the wrong way, as they were much older then the beautiful girls beside them, Gabriel immediately shivered in fright and tried to resume his speech after a small cough, intending to change his wording.

'That's not the way either. You don't have to be shameless, or treat her like a jewel. No, you have to be pitiful, and she must whip you in to shape.' A beautiful woman with a scale like pattern on her skin, and a black crystal on her forehead, stated firmly, effectively rebuking Gabriel's words.

After all, this was how she managed her lover, the seemingly arrogant prince of the empire she was called upon to rule. With an iron grip and a cold personality, she changed the prince into what he was now, she made him fit to become the ruler alongside her.

Of course backing her claims, Aleph immediately nodded because of Nova's words. He was terrified of provoking her anger. The last time she only thought he did something inappropriate and she did not speak with him for a long time. He was even thrown out of her room, and had to patiently coax her until he managed to make her look at him again.

'Nova... that makes less sense than what I said.' Gabriel denied her claims immediately.

'It does make sense! Look at my Aleph, he is like a puppy now! Hand!' Nova instructed Aleph and as an obedient husband, the man quickly gave her his hand to hold.

'Really? Can't you see we lost Zane completely. This would only work if Aria's personality was like yours, but she is nothing alike. Not to mention your book has barely started, you don't have many reads and thus no way of  confirming your way actually works!' Gabriel fervently explained.

'Stop it. The reads are for Celia! So they have no connection to what you are speaking of. Pick other proofs for your claims.' Salas denied him once more.

'You are really not my friend anymore.' Gabriel stated aggrieved.

'It is alright. I still have Celia.' Salas reasoned, and took his mate's hand, kissing it gently.

'Resuming our talk, my advice is clearly more effective than yours.' Liselote once more intervened, as Gabriel wiped his inexistent tears.

'Your book was even unpublished to be edited, and it will take a while more to be released again. So until then, you really have no evidence.' Gabriel said, taking his anger on the vampire woman, as he was unable to argue effectively with Salas.

Because the matter of the read count was a sore spot for all the other characters, the lot of them started to argue against each other, until finally the scene turned into a nightmare.

It was so frightening to bear the bickering, that Zane woke up in a cold sweat in the early morning.

Sighing, as he remembered the unusual dream, he looked towards the small woman in his arms. It seemed that pondering of how to make her fall in love with him, was an issue that he kept in his heart even while sleeping. It was tormenting for him, as he felt the period of two months that he had until she finally gave birth was like the timer of a bomb.

As opposed to his worried look, the small Aria giggled in her sleep, snuggling more comfortably in Zane's arms.
