Peter's pov

I woke up as I rolled on my back suddenly and felt the heat on my ass.

" Ah." I jumped from my place

" Shh, it's okay!" Cole caught me and held me to his chest minding my butt

" It hurts!" I told him

" I am sorry, baby! Can you let me check?"

" No!" I said as my face matched the shade of my ass

" I have to check, Pete, what if there are cuts or bruises or something?"

" Okay." I said defeated

" I'll be back in a minute." He said as he laid me on my stomach and walked out the room

He came back with an ointment in his hand.

" Make it quick!" I whined

" Sure baby." He removed my jogger and boxers in a swift motion," Alright, it's bright pink. I'll rub some ointment."

" I'll do it myself!" I said

" Stay still!" He pinned me down and rubbed the ointment gently then put back my clothes

I relaxed and felt way better. " Thank you." I muttered

" Minion, what's wrong with you and Eric?" He asked, scouting next to me

" He just acts like he is my brother scolding me telling me what to do and what not to do as if he has authority over me. He should mind his own business. I didn't want his help or advice."

" Wow!" He blinked twice," But Pete he is family. He can advise you and help you that didn't mean he has authority over you, that means he cares. I remember that I advised Eric and Sam before and they both weren't rude to me. His intentions were good."

" You advised them, not scolded them. And I am not like him or Sam, I don't want his help. Just you and Nico or Luca, my brothers in short, can."

" I got that. Don't stop on every word I've said. I scolded them and even spanked Eric when he was younger, Pete. When we are not around Eric and Vincent can take that after us."

" But you guys were there. You were still at home. He should have minded his own business."

" Listen, Pete, he was being like a normal cousin trying to help. Second, Eric would never touch you or be harsh on you. You are being defensive for nothing. "

" Okay, got it. I won't disrespect him again."

" Yeah, please at least for your ass."

I glared at him, " You don't have to threaten me."

" I am not threatening you, baby." He kissed the top of my head," I understand that you don't like someone else other than us to have the authority over you and you like only a few people in your close cercle. I will talk to them and tell them that if there is anything up with you they should tell any of us. Happy?"

" Yeah, thank you."

" But promise me to give them a chance and try to get to know them."

" Okay, I will try."

I don't know why Cole is eager that I know them that much. I just don't like someone to order me around and Eric just did that for no reason and he isn't even one of my brothers or even cares about me. However, I am thankful for Cole at least he will tell them to leave me alone and to not bother me. That's enough for now.

" Do you know I am lucky that I have this little cute shit?" He said as he planted many kissed on my cheeks

I giggled at his words, " I am lucky to have the best jerk brother." And kissed his cheeks

" Thank you. Let's go downstairs?" He asked

" Ughh, why? I don't wanna leave my comfy bed and I want you to stay with me." I whined

" There's a comfy sofa downstairs and I am not going anywhere I will be with you."

" Such a bad lie! Vincent and Nico there you will be bickering with them and you will leave me. Second, the sofa is not as comfy as my bed." I frowned

" You don't want to join our family?"

" They won't die without us."

" As you like, Peter. Wanna stay here? Let's stay. Wanna watch a film or play?"

" Can you read a book for me?"

" Sure thing! Wanna eat something?"

" Of course."

" Ohh you ate 10 mini pizzas and still wanna eat?"

" They were only 5 not 10 and as you said 'mini' how would I be full after them?" I rhetorically questionned

He chuckled," Fair square. By the way, didn't I warn you in the morning that Destiny is on period, has mood swings and we should be extra nice?"

" You did. I tried to be nice but it was so much and I didn't know what to do so my reaction came like that." I told him honestly

" It's okay, honey. Me too, it's my first time dealing with a sister on period. We will learn how to make it work."

" Yeah! Go get us food." I said pushing him to move

" I will! Easy!" He jumped on his feet and went out.

I looked at the door as the knob twisted open. Bubba barged in. " Spider, what's up?" He marched to me with his cheerful smile as usual

" Bubba! Miss you." I opened my arms for him

He hugged me, " Miss you too."

" You are done playing with Eric?" I asked smiling, wrapping my arms around him

" I wanna play with my spider." He kissed my cheek and forehead then my hair

I couldn't help but giggle at the affection I am getting, " Your spider can't play for a while."

" I got that!" He patted my butt lightly," You will be okay."

I just nodded, feeling relaxed under his pats. " But stop doing that." I mumbled

" As my baby likes! Now tell me, are you fighting with Eric because I was having time with him?"

Why does he think like that? Am I that possessive? To just be mean to someone because my brother was having time with? Maybe yeah I went to Lan but not because of that... I was jealous because Lan entered Luke's heart so quickly and Luke was so open with him... He was a bit hard on me at first. It wasn't easy to reach this point in our relationship... I was always scared to not make him love me. And now I am so scared to make him mad or disappointed. However, now I feel hurt that he thinks that I was mean to Eric because I did that to Lan.

I just pressed my lips and shook my head no.

" You can tell me what's bothering you, Pete." He asserted

But I really don't want to. Not for now at least...

" Nothing bothering me, I was annoyed by Dest and just let it out on him."

" Okay."

" I will apologize to him, later."

" I know my baby always does the right thing." He cheered

" I am not sure about that."

" Let's make you sure then." He said playfully as he poked my sides

" No, no bubba, the meat is still fresh!" I tried to go away

" Ohh yeah, sorry sorry I forgot." He stopped and returned to hugging me

Cole barged in," Ohh the big baby is here too."

Luke turned to him and his eyes shone when he saw the plate Cole got for us. " Is that for us?"

" Actually for me and Pete but okay, you can join." Cole said as he put it on the bed and we started digging in.

" Cole?"

" Yeah?"

" When will Luke and I go out on a trip together?"

" What? Why I don't know about this?" Luca asked amused

" We forgot to tell you. Pete has some free passes and he requested that so I allowed him. You and Luke decide that, buddy."

" Ohh so bubba?" I looked at Luca expecting an answer

" Yeah, no problem, we can go next week?" He asked Marc

" Yeah, no problem. I will send some men with you and no more than a week, okay?" He said

" Yeah of course." Luca agreed

" So where to go bubba?"

" Wanna go to New-York City?" Luca asked as his eyes shone

" Yeah sure!" I said excited

" Great then, I'll call them to prepare the house for you there."

" WHAT? You have a house there too?" Luca puzzled

" Yeah, we have." Cole chuckled

" Finally, I will have a long time with just my Luca." I strangled him

He laughed and strangled me back planting kisses on my hair.

" Did Nico come home?" I asked

" No still. I guess he won't come tonight."

" Why?" Luca and I asked

" Because he has work." Cole simply said

" What kind of work?" Luca asked

I can feel the sadness consuming him. Since he came back from England, he seemed so close to Nico and wanted to have more time with him.

" You know what kind of work, Loulou." Cole smiled

Luke looked away and sealed his mouth.

" Let's put on a movie." Cole jumped on the bed and opened the TV

We watched a movie called, " Carter." Then Cole excused himself to call Matilda.

" Bubba, what's up?"

" Nothing!" He grinned and held me tightly," we have a holiday in two weeks, I am so excited to have time just with you."

" Me too!"

He was clearly hitting around the box.

" Are you worried about Nico?"

He nodded then sighed," I don't know, he didn't tell me that he is going on a kinda mission today. He was here a few hours ago then left without a word."

" Why don't you call him?"

" What if he didn't pick up the phone?"

" Yeah, right! Cole never picks up his phone when he leaves for a mission."

" Yep, I don't want to bother him too."

" Reasonable! Let's call Ford!" I grinned at my idea

" Yeahh! This is so smart, baby Spidey!" He kissed my forehead," I'll call him, you take those downstairs, can you?"

" Yeah, sure! Don't worry bubba." I kissed his cheek, picked up the plates and went downstairs

I washed the dishes then went to the living room when I saw Destiny putting her head on mom's laps while mom caressing her hair. Elene was scrolling down her phone. I wanted to go join them but I know I won't sit comfortably so I better spare myself the embarrassment.

I climbed the stairs, I heard Vincent's voice as he said," Where the heck are you going?"

My curiosity hit me hard so I approached the room, trying to figure out what's happening.

" I am going to the warehouse, I will stay with my men."

" Why? You have your uncle's house?"

" I don't want to stay here. I am not like I thought for them."

" What does this mean?"

" I don't know, just please let me do what I see is good for me."

Vincent sighed," Fine, take care."

" Of course I will. Thank you." Eric hugged his brother

" Just be fine, baby bro!"

" Your baby bro finished a whole mafia a few weeks ago and ended the group and ruined their mission yesterday so stop calling me that."

" Ohh you will always stay my little baby brother, my crying brother who cried that his ball stuck in a tree." He laughed

" For fuck sake, leave." Eric shook his head annoyed

I just pouted and marched to my room. Is he going because of me? Well, yes! I was so rude to him. I don't want him to go. Dad would be sad. Luca too. I will be upset and I won't forgive myself.

I just didn't like how he interfered but I don't want him to leave like this.

I will apologize! Yeah, good idea

I knocked on his room.

" Get in!" He said

I twisted the door knob and opened the door making myself in. His valise was on his bed while he was folding his clothes and arranging them inside it.

" Where are you going?"

He chuckled," Well, I thought of the things you had said and I guess you are right. This is not my family. I want you to be cozy in your own house."

" I didn't say that, I didn't say that you are no family." I pressed my lips together

I didn't mean to make him feel that way.

" Please bear with me for a few more days and I will go back to Spain."

" I don't want you to leave." I murmured

" Why? I am going to take my noisy nose which you found in your business... I will stop butting in... And I am not your brother so don't tell me what to do."

" I am sorry, I was so bad to you. I thought that you were doing that to boss me around and I didn't like it so I got off and I offended you."

" Nothing happened. Look at the bright side, you won't think that way again." He smiled as he put his valise on the ground and slid his phone and keys in his pocket

" Please don't go, please... I am so sorry." I looked at him with pleading eyes

I felt like I was about to cry. I took a loud shaky breath to stop my tears from coming out.

He blinked twice. " Are you okay?" He asked, putting his hand on my shoulder

My voice didn't come out so I nodded, rubbing my eye.

" I don't want you to go. I won't disrespect you or hurt you again. You are family Eric."

" You are family too, Pete. Can I hug you?"

" Please!"

He hugged me and I just let my tears down."  I am so sorry."

" Shh, It's gone now, it's from the past! Please don't cry."

" Stay!"

" Okay, I am staying. Will you help me to put my clothes in the closet?"

" Yeah!" I whispered

" Then good deal!" He kissed the top of my head, " C'mon, show me that smile." He wiped my tears

I smiled at him." Thank you!"

" You got me worried!" He pulled me again to his chest and rubbed my back.

He is as soft as Luca!

Afterwards, we took all the comfort we needed from each other. We started hanging back his clothes. We chatted and joked. Eric isn't as bad as I thought. He is so funny, laid back and a big softy too.

Luke's pov

I just wanna cry right now. Why does he have to leave for a mission today? I cooked something he would like and I baked cookies for him.

I just jumped on my bed and wrapped myself into my blanket. I feel down or something. I am anxious about him. What if something happened to him?

I grabbed my phone and called Ford. He picked up the call and said," Hey, Luca."

" Hey, Ford, where is Nick?"

" Ohh you are asking your part time brother about your brother?"

I stayed shut.

He sighed and said," Is it serious?"

It's not serious... I just want to talk to him.

" It is not! I am sorry for disturbing you." I was about to hand up

" Wait, Luke, I'll give him the phone."

" Okay." I said quietly

It was silent for a while then I heard my brother's voice," What's up, Lucas?"

I couldn't talk, my cries were threatening me to get out. I just kept breathing.

" Lucas, honey? What's going on?"

" N-nick?"

" Hey, what happened? Where are you?" He asked worried

" Nothing! Don't worry!" I tried to compose myself

" Okay. Let's talk a bit?"

" Yeah."

" Great! What are you doing?"

" I'm curling into my blanket."

" That's good, it's cold, keep yourself warm."

" Are you warm?"

" Yeah, I am. What's there for dinner?"

" Cioppino, Cobb salad, Tater Tots and for dessert apple pie."

" Goodness!! I am coming!"

" Yeah come, please." I pouted

" Luca, I will be home safe and sound in just a few minutes."

" Can't I join please? I will listen to you and won't do anything out of your words, please... Can I?"

" Lucas, we won't do much here, also it's away from home and I won't be fond of you driving here. So tell me what you want to get you."

" Kit-kats?" I asked cheekily

" Sure thing, please keep my portion if I didn't make it to the dinner."

I laughed. Nick and food are a big love story.

" I can't promise."

" I will eat you if you don't leave me some!"

" Whattt?"

" Yeah, you are yummy, well I am tempted now."

" I taste like flesh and blood."

" Wow, my favorite."

" Nick!" I whined

He chuckled," Fine, I won't eat you, how are you feeling, better?"

" Yep, better."

" Great, so Lucas, I have to go, okay?"

" Yeah, take care."

" Of course I will, bye."

" Bye."

And once he hung up, I missed him so much. I frowned again and just shut my eyes to sleep.

A few seconds, I was held to someone's chest.

" Loulou, wanna sleep?" Marc asked softly as he pecked my forehead

" Mhm." I nodded

" I realized that you are upset. Can I know why?"

" Nothing much."

" Is it because you are missing Nico?"

How did he know?

" Yeah!" I hugged him tightly

" Let's take the dogs for a walk?"

" But you took them for a walk a few hours ago."

" I took some of them, not all, c'mon we will take your bestie Koda." He chuckled

" He is not my bestie." I huffed remembered how he ruined my shirts and pied in my room

" C'mon, up." He slapped my butt then pushed himself out the bed.

I glared at him and got up too. We went to the dog's house, the dogs welcomed him and he was relishing caressing their fur.

He put the leashes on and we left for a walk.

" Do you have any ideas on what I should gift Sofia?"

" A gun." He smirked

" I am serious."

" So am I."

" What are you going to gift her?"

" Something she asked me many times to do for her."

" C'mon."

" Atypical portrait."

" How's this?" I blinked twice

" You will see it on her birthday."

" Can't I have a quick glance?" I asked sheepishly

" Yes, sure."

" I am sure it's amazing." I said excited

" Loulou, you know a few minutes ago you reminded me of Pete when he felt anxious about me going on a mission."

" I really hate when you go on a mission and I hate when you hide your going from me."

" We won't handle this cute pout on your face, Loulou. That would make us change our minds so we spared ourselves that."

" So selfish!" I puffed

" We are sowwy, baby!" He side strangled me

I shut my eyes, annoyed. I can understand Pete when I do this to him.

" Marc, stop!" I whined

" Fine baby!"

" Not baby."

" Okay baby!"

I will just ignore it. He called Koda and crouched down, caressing him.

" Koda, do you like Luke?" Marc asked his doggy

Woaf woaf, Koda barked and wiggled his tail to the right and left.

" Look, he really likes you."

" I like him too." I smiled widely, crouching down and patting his head

" Luke, extend your hand to him."

I did like Marco said to be surprised with the dog putting his paw on my hand.

" Aww, so sweet!" I cooed

He barked again happily. I liked the feeling.

" Now enough, wanna have ice cream?"

" Yeahh!" I said excited

" Let's go then."

We walked while joking and chatting to the ice cream shop. We took two for us and some parceled for home.

We let the dogs rest at their house then he took me to his room and showed me the drawing.

" Just wow!"

" You like it?"

" Yeah, awesome!"

We went downstairs, he called Pete. My spider came with Eric. He sat on my right while Eric sat on my left. He smiled at me with his cute big smile. I couldn't help but kiss his cheek, cherishing him.

Cole chose a board game. We played and had a great time.

Two hour later™

" Bitches! Playing without me." Nick yelled as he entered the living room

I smiled and said," So mean, come join us, we just started a new round."

He walked to us, kissed my forehead then Pete's.

" Play, I will have a shower and come."

" Yeah, you better shower! You are reeking with gunpowder." Vincent smirked

" Well, that's our best perfume." Mark chuckled, " You had fun tonight?"

" Man, it was funnier than I thought."

They crashed their fists together.

" How many?"

" I didn't think I would be facing hundred fifty men. Good thing, we were smarter and quicker. Our men are good too, just we have wounded guys."

" Anything serious?"

" Nope! We are great."

Cole nodded satisfied with the news. Nick ruffled my hair then walked to Diana on the other side of the living room. They shared some kisses, chatted a bit then He went to check on Desty who was snuggling with mom. He had a shower and came back, bickered with dad for a while then joined us.
