Peter's pov

We finished our exams today and the school was busy with the annual day celebration that is on the same day as the report card distribution. Desty has taken part in the drama while I participated in the science exhibition. We gave our names and came back home. Luca was already done with his exams, just his practicals were going on, he must be home soon too.

I was sitting in the living room with Dest, eating the fruit salad with chocolate that Matilda made it for us as Luke entered home and threw himself on the couch tired

" Hey Pete and Desty." He said

" Hey, Luca." We said together.

I glared at her and went besides him, pulling a spoonful of the salad

" Eat, love." I said in that tone as he is a baby and I'm feeding him

" I don't want to, thanks kiddo," He said then carried on, " Those fuckers really need to work better with their organization, damn stupid those shitheads are." He cursed someone out with his whole heart

" What happened?" I asked, startled

" First, they circulate a list of the students who got their practicals today, in two shifts. Heaven had her in the first half and I had it in the second one. She finished, then they said the rest were canceled, so I drove to the warehouse. Then a message appears, it's fucking not. I drove back. Then they say we got viva again today. I was like what the fuck, I went to get heaven again and when I come back, they informed it was a mistake, message for the 4th year! Like you shitheads can't even see properly in what exact group you are circulating what fucking schedule then blow our heads later. Just one fucking job the bitch had and failed that too. Now they tell me, due to the chaos caused, I will have to come in the evening shift. But as soon as I left again, The head announced and apologized and said that the schedule will go as it is. Motherfuckers ! sit and decide first!"

" Poor softy, take this will make you better." I said as I pulled the spoon to his mouth

He chuckled and said," I ran my whole day out and you still onto spoon feed me that?"

" Mom!!" I called

He took the spoon from me and had it then said," Shh, here you go "

" Okay, another one." I smirked at him

" Just one more and no words ahead to her "

" Two more and no words ahead to her." I negotiated

" One and no words , I am not hungry " He insisted , will he throw up if he had one more

" I'll call mom and she will make you eat a whole bowl isn't a better option?" I smiled innocently

" Fuck you, pass them," He said, of course Mom's mention is enough for him

" Ohh look at the obedient kiddo." I teased as I gave him the two spoonfuls

He had them and asked us," What are you babies up to?"

" I'm eating, then I'm gonna meet my group to practice for the spectacle." Dest told him

" Oh, for your annual year celebration? Have you decided what you will work on?" He asked me

" I was thinking of working on a motion sensor related thing, like some device which is handy and can keep the count of the number and movement of persons in a room or a limited radius." I explained my idea to him

" It's good, right? I need you around me while I work on it."

" Sure spider." He smiled at me

After we finished the salad and watched some shows, Luke went drop bunny to her play practice and I went to my room to start my project. Luckily, yesterday, I got all the materials needed. I have built the design the way I want it. Then, I started with the main manufacturer of the mini model... I have to finish it as soon as possible so I can enjoy the 3 days off. I was in a middle of it, struggling to fix the motion sensor as the door shot open, revealing Luca who was holding some snacks for me

" Hey love, how is it going?"

" Pretty well, I'm done with the main parts, all are ready in different models. I just have to figure out how to attach them together... Which is so confusing and irritating." I huffed

I did almost everything required so this fucking easy thing and all done.

He chuckled and sat next to me on the ground," Calm down spider, Can I help you with that?" He asked

" Yeah, sure." I smiled as I handed him the articles and gulped down the juice he got for me

" Just need to figure this one out, rest I got it." He told me

" Okay, let's see what's there "

He explained to me how the fixing will work but didn't do it for me, instead told me step by step what to do and I finished it, following him well. We ran the model and it worked well!

" We are done! I just need posters for my counter and I am free!"

" So proud of you spider!" He said nicely ruffling my hair

" Proud of you too, little one." I said as I ruffled his hair back

" You are my baby, Pete, not the other way round," He chuckled lightly shaking his head

" Ohh babies of this days." I cooed with that tone

" I know right, just wanna be the big one every time," He retorted then asked, " If you are not going to print your poster right now, then we can go and grab dinner out together, of course if Sierra allows or else just go on one of our drives,"

" Mom will let me, just watch." I told him

He nodded, " Grab your jacket, we will have to pick Desty too," He informed as we got up

I grabbed my jacket, went downstairs, heading to the living room to get permission. Just Dad was sitting there with Caramel

" Dad, can we go out for dinner?" Luke asked

" You can go out but for dinner you have to ask Sierra." He smirked

" Okay, where's mom?" I asked him

" Library as usual." He answered

" Thanks." I rushed to the library where mom was sitting with Elene talking as usual.

" Mommy," I jumped on her and kissed her cheek several times

She laughed," Oh! Babe."

" Mommy, can I go out with Luke?"

" Yes of course."

" And have dinner out?"

" But Pete, it's not healthy and.."

" Mommy please, it's just for once... School is done, we deserve some fun." I said as I kissed her more

She laughed and let out 'Okay'

" Thanks beautiful," I said in a sexy way, " Bye Elle, and Queen."

" Bye, prince," They said back

I went to Luke who was standing by the door, amazed how I made mom melt... Hah! It requires a professional

" You got some fine skills baby bro," Luca clapped for me as we headed out waving them off

" It didn't work on you when you were teaching me, my newborn bro."

" Except some rare case when it should work not always, my fetus bro."

" Okay, get in," I said as I sat in the driver seat

Luke opened the car and I got in the driver seat. We sat in the car as he tossed the keys to me. I started the car and we left the house premises. I drove around the usual tracks we take whenever we go out and sped up. Our windows were open so the wind was hitting right on the face causing me the high of the speed that I enjoy.

We roamed around the city for quite a while when I asked him, " Luca, where shall we head to?"

" Let me text Desty if she is free, we can get her or else anywhere."

I nodded, taking yet another round around the city.

" She will take time and they are up for dinner together, so it's just for almost two hours now."

" Oh perfect!" I said excited

I get all my time with my softy and don't have to share him with her. The drive time just belongs to us!

I pulled over a restaurant and we went out to grab our dinner. We sat down eating when I asked him, " Luca, when is your fest happening?"

" By the end of this week, make it two days after your function. Miles didn't participate in anything?" He inquired

" Of course, the rabbit and the bunny playing the king and the queen of stupidity in one thing they do the best, Drama!" I said

He laughed shaking his head

" What about your girl? Aria isn't participating in anything?"

" Not literally but being the best speaker in our year, she has been selected for the welcome speech and will be hosting the program, she is the anchor this year."

" That's amazing. She has so much responsibility over her shoulders, but I am pretty sure she will do so well!"

" Yeah, I believe so. I am pretty nervous about the presentation. Like I am confident about my project but I hate to be at the presentation part, I just don't like it."

" I know but don't overthink about it.You don't have to pressurize yourself that much, just explain your project. And since you put your heart in it, I am sure you will enjoy the process."

" Right, I hope no mistake happens with that. Won't you participate in anything?"

" There's nothing for me to participate in and I haven't given it much thought. We don't have these science exhibitions because that's practically what we do the whole year. Rest there are all cultural program type things and competitions, just one good contest, the writing one. So, I will most probably be cheering on Evie to win. I really pray that she does, she has been working so hard on her story. "

" Can't I go?" I asked

" You can!"

" Ohh good, where do you want to go kiddo?" I asked him

" Wherever my baby pleases."

" I'll take you out of the city then tell Marc you did it so he will kill you."

" You want to get rid of me so soon," He said placing his hand on his chest

" If you get rid of calling me baby, I won't get rid of you," I smirked

" That's impossible baby," He smirked back

" Hmm, good then you gave it to yourself."

" We aren't going out of the city, I will just text Marc and about the baby thing, be fair and remember the deal we had."

" Which deal?" I asked

" I let you call me softy and all and you let me call you baby."

" What? When did we make such a deal?"

" Long ago, when we had problems with the name calling but of course you being you, convinced me. Anyways, it's my right to call you that so I get to call you that. No negotiation for that."

" No, you played on me, we talked, I said it's my right but you no no... You asked me and I said I'm good with spider."

I don't remember such deal but I'll try my best to make him stop calling me that

" Pete, by that time, we weren't even using bubba or spider for each other. I hated it initially when you called me softy, not literally but yeah I didn't like it but then once you stopped calling me and again asked if you could call me softy again, I agreed, just I get to call you baby! So yeah we did make a deal! And no, I will call you whatever I want. Like for fuck sake, just got one younger brother to cherish the way I want," He shrugged

" If I die you will have Dest," I said

He looked at me with pure rage in his eyes but said calmly," Shut up Peter! None can replace you and stop talking shit like that."

He carried on munching on his food, flaring his nose getting the breaths out

" I'm sorry, You know I'll tell you a fact I don't just pick nicknames maybe in some cases like bubba and mega me or Nico because I like it on Malik... For Softy I picked it up initially to make me feel comfortable around you... Same case for calling Marco by Cole, it makes me comfortable because it's cute and softens his cold appearance."

" I understand that, that's why I agreed. I don't call you that to make you feel like a literal baby or to let you down in any way, that's why I avoid it when we have any audience other than us, so you don't get uncomfortable. I mean I definitely can stop it if you don't like it to that extent. And the nicknames aren't even a problem, you get a free pass to call me whatever and you know that, Just stop thinking or talking as if I will be fine replacing you or shits like that. I HATE IT."

I was trying to change the subject but look my softy still stuck there

" Okay, call me whatever you want."

" Hmm, want something else? like ice cream or we shall get it with the bunny?"

" Or maybe, we can have it now and later too?" He added

" No, I want something else... I want Nico's donuts."

He grinned," Sure, let's get them but not from here ! " He announced

" Yeah, okay... And share a selfie with them then send it to Nico."

" Of course, I can call him too. Wait, share the picture we took with the food too,"

" Yeah," I laughed

We went to the Donut bakery. Luke told me that Nico just loves donuts from here, he would often send him to get him some while he used to stay with him. We took the Donuts, his favorite ones and took a picture and shared it in our group with a text.

L: Getting some home too

N: My babies!!!

M: Ohh thank you guys... I was tempting them

N: You shut up... I thought you hate sugary

M: You are stupid man, your favorite donuts ofc I'll eat. Look here, I'm gonna eat instead of you

P: Yeah, we will eat it all because we miss you!

L: Marc, how about these? Just choose, my treat! 😉

He texted sharing all the samples on the counter

M: get them all... I wanna see why MALIK love them so much

L: Sure!

P: Oh Nico, these chocolate ones are so fresh and tasty. Ugh! Just amazing!

N: I hope you get sick with all this Sugar and your system stuck as it's not your habit then you end up at the dentist taking all your teeth

P: That was ....

N: You started with the cruelty first 😭

We laughed at the texts

P: Come here and we will have a blast of donuts with you! Miss you so much! 😍❤️

L: Yup, we're waiting for you!

N: My donuts 😭😭

N: I'm coming right now😭😭

N: Don't give Marco so much he can be addicted on them

P: Yeah don't worry ! Your donuts are in my protection Nico!!! I am still loyal to our team!😉

L: Are you really coming? 🤨

N: Of course I'm joking baby bro

M: hehehe, you think he cares?

P : We are busy!

We went offline after that, we don't need their drama and bickering

" So where now?"

" Let's get Desty now, it's getting late," Luca said as we drove to the place and texted her to come out

We got out of the car leaning on the car, waiting for that bunny. She came and we got in

" How was the practice Desty?" Luca asked

" I had so much fun! It went so well!"

" Of course, I know you will do great," I smiled at her

" Because my sissy is a pro at dramas, ain't it?" I cut her off and asked innocently

She huffed and mumbled something like 'I knew it ' We just laughed at her.

I sped up our way to the arcade and we played there for two hours. It was already pretty late so we decided to go home now. Luca took the keys from me and we drove to get Ice cream first, of course. Then we took a few speedy rounds around the city again, just because she was excited for the drive. And finally headed home

" Pete!!" Mom called me

" Yes Mommy!" I said as I went to her with a big smile plastered on my face. Luke came from behind and handed her the bag of donuts we got for all.

" Thanks, love." She smiled warmly at him

Luca smiled back at her while Desty coughed from behind," Aunty!"

Yeah, steal my mum too!!

" Ohh come my girl, sorry didn't notice you." Mom said as she opened her other arm for her

She jumped in and hugged her as mom kissed her forehead and mine then asked her," And how's the practice, babe?"

" So amazing! We are doing so well ! rest is for you to see at the function!" She winked

" Ohh that's for sure."

" So you had fun?" She asked us

" Yes Mommy, a lot of fun!"

" Yes Sierra, we enjoyed our time."

" Peter, Lucas, come to the library please," Daddy called us

We looked at each other, he just full-named us and that's scary! We headed to the library together

" What did you do?" I asked

" I was gonna ask you the same," He replied

We got in and said together," Yes Dad?"

" How many times have I said don't speed while driving?" He asked blankly

Oh it's about that ! We stayed shut as we couldn't form any response, like he did many times and we weren't easy with the speed today, at all! I wonder, how did he know?! I mean we didn't get any tickets for driving past the limit or broke any rule to get our guardian involved. Just how did he know?

" I'm waiting for an answer, gentlemen."

" Many times, sorry dad," We said together in a slow voice

" Hmm, you need some time without your cars, right?"

Our eyes widen, nah not my car away from me again!

" And look Dad, they were driving and using their phones." Cole got in and added the oil on the fire

We snapped our head to him, we didn't need this at the moment! My car is at risk!

" We were out at the bakery that time. Not using it on the road," Luke defended and I nodded

" Yeah , we used the most of it while we were still in there "

" Dad please we are sorry, please don't take our cars."

" Yes Dad, we got all the go out things in these three days, please so sorry!"

" Dad, I suggest you make them remember this day," Cole smirked

We glared at him, he is enjoying just too much. But focus!!

We looked back at him and said, " Please dad "

" Last time," He said

" And here he is melted like wax," Cole commented

" Thanks Daddy!" We said with a big smile as we hugged him and gave smug looks to that Cole

I looked at him and mouthed, 'Now enjoy'

He hugged us back then said:" You enjoyed your time, boys?"

" Good, let's have the donuts."

" Yeah sure, but daddy, how did you know we sped up?" I asked as I looked at him, even Luca was looking at him for an answer. It's impossible he didn't have this query too.

" I have my ways," He winked at us

" But how?!" We said together with amused and wide eyes. Does that mean he will know every time we speed up? No!

" Dads always know. Tell them, Marco," He smirked

We looked at him with the same face. How just how?!

Marco smirked and said:" He won't tell you and you better stop speeding up."

That doesn't sound very friendly. We just nodded our head, it's better to not test this probability any soon.

" Let's just get the donuts, it's better than brainstorming."

" Not a baby!" I said as we walked out of the library and headed to the living room
