LEVI WAS WOKEN BY A SCREAM. A loud ear-piercing scream made the trees rustle and the birds fly away in frantic motions. Twelve quickly sat up and grabbed his plushies before running to where he heard the scream after he noticed Eleven wasn't sleeping next to him like she was before.

He finally found her at a clearing where he saw her sitting on her knees looking at her reflection in the stream from the lake with her blonde wig tossed to the side carelessly.

"You okay?" Twelve asked, dropping to the ground next to the girl, looking at her with eyes filled with concern.

El nodded her head, looking at the boy with slightly glossy eyes. "Okay."

Twelve sighed standing up, helping Eleven up while holding Ben and Klaus in the other hand, before the two started walking in an unknown direction.

They walked for about thirty minutes and now they were walking around town when they came to a stop at a grocery store. The two shared a look before walking into the store, ignoring the looks of disgust and judgment on the adults' faces, only a few showing concerns.

"Are you okay?" The two turned to the voice, seeing an older man who worked here looking at them weirdly. "Is your mom here? Your dad?"

Eleven glared at him slightly. "Mouth breather." She stated as she and Levi continued walking down the aisle, Twelve silently giggling at the offended look the guy had on his face.

El tapped the boy's shoulder, nodding her head towards the eggo waffles before she grasped four boxes with Levi looking around his eyes lighting up as he sees a pack of pudding cups and he hurriedly grabbed two packs before catching up to Eleven as workers chased after them shouting.

They made it outside with the man almost out the door, before the doors closed and Eleven made the glass on them shatter while Levi lit a medium-sized fire outside the door so the man can't pass.

Levi and Eleven sat against a large tree eating their food, El was on her last box while Levi already finished the pudding he could eat and was now trying to stuff a few pudding cups in his large jean jacket. He even found there were pockets inside the jacket too, which made it way easier to smuggle pudding.

Twelve and Eleven's heads snapped up as they heard three familiar voices shouting their names in the distance. They kept listening to Dustin, Five and Mike shout out their names until both of them share an uncertain look when they hear the boys shouting frantically like they were being chased.

The two quickly got up and started running in the direction the voices echoed from, hiding in the shadows, making sure no one sees them.

They walked up the trail of the top of the quarry, hiding behind a large rock as they took in the scene before them.

Mike was standing at the edge of the cliff looking down at the over 100ft drop towards the water, Dustin was being held with a knife against his throat with Troy holding him, and Five was being held back by Troy's minion, James. The whole scene made Levi want to shout at the top of his lungs and cry.

Levi heard the shouts of Troy telling Mike to jump off making Twelve want to burn him and Levi listened to the pleas from Five and Dustin telling Mike to stop but Mike didn't listen and Eleven and Twelve watched as Mike jumped off the cliff.

"NO!" Five shouted, running to the edge with Dustin as Troy and James let them go in shock.

All of them run to the edge looking down, but not believing what they were seeing, Mike was floating mid-air, and slowly flying back up. Mike was about to land harshly on the ground, but a shield of sorts swarmed the boy's body making him land safely and softly in the ground.

Five smirked knowingly as they all turned seeing Eleven and Twelve walking up the trail, both glaring at the bullies.

Levi pushes James back with a shield, causing the larger boy to fall to the ground with a grunt, but James withered in pain as Levi used fire to slightly, only a little bit, burn the boy in random places as Eleven jerks her head to the side using her powers to break Troy's arm, him shouting out in pain.

"Go." The two stated in dark voices, but Eleven was scarier obviously because Levi was still holding his plushies.

Troy helped James up and the two started running away quickly as Dustin shouts after them.

"Yeah, you better run! They're our friends and they're crazy! You come back here and they'll kill you! You hear me? They'll kill you, you sons of bitches!"

Levi chuckled at the shouting boy, before looking at the girl beside him, furrowing his brows as her eyes flutter and Twelve hurriedly catches her from falling and slowly lies her on the ground as Dustin, Five and Mike run to their side.

Five crouched beside Levi as Dustin stood behind the two as Eleven starts crying. "Mike... I'm sorry."

Mike sat beside the girl, "Sorry? What are you sorry for?" he questioned as Levi and Five share a knowing look.

"The gate...I opened it. I'm the monster."

"No. No, El, you're not the monster. You saved me. Do you understand? You saved me."

Mike pulled the girl up into a hug as Levi looked at the two awkwardly, wanting to separate them but thinking they're cute at the same time. Levi looked towards Five, and the green-eyed boy shrugged as Dustin slowly joined the hug, Five and Levi sat there not knowing what to do.

Dustin looked at the two in amusement, grabbing Levi's hand and pulling Twelve into the embrace, trying to pull Five in too but the green-eyed boy shook his head with a scowl.

"Hell no." Five grumbled, scrunching his nose and crossing his arms, looking at Ben who sat next to Levi. "Disgusting, right?"

After a few seconds, Levi pulled away from the embrace that was starting to get awkward, causing the others to pull away. They all walked back into the woods, grabbing Mike's and Dustin's bikes that they left there.

Levi got on the back of Dustin's and El on Mike's, Mike and Dustin look towards Five who was handing Ben to Levi.

"I'll meet you guys back at Mike's" Five stated before a bright blue light flashed and Five was gone.

Mike and Dustin shared a wide-eyed look, they've never seen Five's powers before.

"Holy shit..."
