"Did Percy seem mad?" Steve asked, looking around at the rest of the Avengers.

"Yeah," Bruce handed Loki a cup of tea, smiling at the god. He focused on the Captain, "Percy doesn't usually vocalize his hatred for you like that."

Tony tilted his head, ignoring how Steve's mouth dropped open in shock, "I wouldn't say hatred. Just a... Very clear dislike."

"Clear is not the word I would use," Loki shook his head, taking a sip from his drink. "Father is the master at being passive aggressive."

"He hates me?" Steve blinked, eyes wide.

Bucky rolled his eyes, "Don't be so surprised, punk. You probably just annoy him a lot."

"How would I annoy him?"

Clint snorted, "Let's see... You're a morning person, you're optimistic, you're rule-oriented. Gee, I wonder how you'd annoy him. You're basically his complete opposite."

Loki was content with listening to the Avengers argue about who Percy truly disliked and who, besides Tony, did he like the best. He went to take a sip of his drink and he sputtered into the tea when he felt the energy from the Bifrost.

Thor wheezed as he choked on a piece of his Pop Tart and smacked his chest for a moment. "Did we- Did we ever ask Father where he intended on going?"

"I don't believe we did."

Tony rubbed his face tiredly, "Where'd Percy go this time?"

Loki gulped, "Father is in Asgard."

--

"Hello, Heimdall," Percy said when their trip through the Bifrost ended.

Heimdall inclined his head in greeting, "Perseus. How may I help you today? I was not expecting a visit from you."

The son of Poseidon scoffed, "Don't lie. You knew this was going to happen."

The guardian's mouth twitched into a smile, "Perhaps. You shouldn't be here."

"Are you going to stop me?"

Nico and Peter decided to stay quiet and watch the exchange with morbid fascination. It was almost like the demigod and the Asgardian were familiar with each other but also not at the same time.

"Are you a danger to Asgard?" Heimdall countered.

"No."

"To the Allfather?"

A slow smirk made its way onto Percy's face, "Oh, most definitely."

Heimdall nodded, "You may proceed then." He glanced at Nico and Peter, "And what will they be doing?"

Nico stepped forward, "My name is Nico Di Angelo. I need to get to Helheim and speak with Lady Hel." He gestured to Peter, "This is Peter Parker. He needs guidance on where Jörmungandr resides on Earth. Can you help us?"

The guardian was silent for a moment. "I can direct young Peter to the location Jörmungandr was last seen. You, however..." He drummed his fingers lightly on the hilt of his sword. "I cannot just simply send you into Helheim. If I do, you will immediately get attacked on sight and Hel will refuse to speak with you about the subject you seek to discuss."

"What can I do then?" Nico sighed, rubbing his face tiredly. "I have to talk to her."

"I will send you to where Móðguðr guards the bridge. She will decide if you can enter Helheim and speak with Hel. However," Heimdall almost seemed amused. "You are severely under dressed."

The son of Hades groaned, "Oh, gods... Where is it?"

"I believe you mortals call it 'Russia'?"

"Russia?!" Nico whirled on Percy and grabbed his cousin by the shoulders, shaking him almost violently, "Is this worth it?! Is this fucking worth it?!"

Percy's head bobbed back and forth as he tried to get the hysterical son of Hades to stop abusing his person, "Yes, it's worth it. I'll admit, I didn't expect it to be in Russia of all places but... It's very, very worth it."

Nico's lip quivered a bit before his eyes hardened and he straightened his back, "I'll need to get a big coat, but... I will travel to Helheim and I will speak to Lady Hel."

"You are very brave, Nico Di Angelo," Heimdall inclined his head. "I will have a guard come with some suitable attire for you. Peter Parker," The gatekeeper gave a small smile when he saw the young mortal shake with excitement. Such a strange group these three made. "Are you familiar with the place you call London?"

Peter's mouth dropped open, "I get to go to England? Oh, my gods, I get to go to England!" He did a small little dance, immediately grabbing his duffel bag from the ground and slinging it over his shoulder. "When do I go? Can I go now?"

"Good luck, cousin," Percy pulled the spiderling into a hug. He grinned and winked at the fifteen year-old, who stuttered over his own happiness when he realized that the son of Poseidon considered him family.

Peter's eyes widened in surprise when Nico patted his shoulder. "May the gods be with you," Nico said solemnly.

The brunette nodded firmly, tightening his grip on the strap of his bag. "Stay safe, you guys. I'll see you all soon."

When Heimdall was certain that the three were done with their farewells, he activated the Bifrost and instructed the youngest to simply walk through it to reach his destination. He smiled once more when Peter shook his hand and thanked him many times, the boy practically bursting with nerves, excitement, and happiness all at the same time.

"Here," Percy took out a large coat from his duffel bag, handing it to Nico. "It's Natasha's, so don't get it dirty."

Nico blinked at it before putting it on over his aviator jacket. "No promises on that. Are you sure you can handle Odin?"

The son of Poseidon grinned wickedly, "Oh, don't worry about me. You should be worried about yourself?"

The dark-haired demigod tilted his head, "Why's that?"

"Uncle Hades is gonna hear about your trip to Helheim and he's going to have a lot of questions."

Nico groaned, "Oh, gods, you're right..." He sighed and picked up his bag, throwing it over his shoulder. "Alright, Lord Heimdall, I'm ready."

"You may just refer to me as Heimdall, Nico Di Angelo," Heimdall responded, readying his sword. "I may be able to see more than many others but I am still not a Lord."

The last thing the gatekeeper heard from the son of Hades before the mortal entered the Bifrost was, "That doesn't sound right. You should sue."

"You have an interesting family, Perseus Jackson," Heimdall said to the mortal. "Are you really so intent on speaking to the Allfather?"

"I am," Percy responded. "Heimdall, will you escort me to the throne room?"

The gatekeeper studied the mortal for a moment before he inclined his head, "Certainly."

--

Peter stumbled a bit when he was finally back on Earth. Going through the Bifrost twice, and with both trips being so close together, made him feel like his whole world was spinning and he would like it to stop, please. When he finally found his bearings, he was surprised to find himself in a nice park, and even more surprised when no one questioned the glowing light or the large park on the ground.

"If I was a snake and a child of Loki, where would I hide?" Peter tapped his chin in thought before deciding to start with the park. It was nice and peaceful and he couldn't help but feel giddy when he heard the accents all around him. They were pretty cool and he kind of wondered how Nico and Percy would react if he came back with a British accent.

"Uh, are you lost?"

Peter turned around and his eyes widened. He almost freaked out right there but he managed to calm himself. "U-Um, kind of? I've never been here. I'm Peter."

"I'm Phil." The man in front of Peter was tall and lanky, with black hair and blue eyes. He seemed kind enough, if a little awkward and shy. "Are you looking for anything in particular or are you lost-lost?"

"I'm looking for a snake," Peter said. He decided to go with the real answer since Percy said to be honest for once. It probably wasn't what he meant but it was too late to back out now.

"A snake?" Phil looked a bit nervous but he seemed to be trying to think up a way to help Peter. "Um, there's rumors about a big snake in West Wittering, West Sussex. It's been all over Twitter and Instagram. I mean, unless you're talking about snakes like from a pet store?"

Peter grinned, "Both are good. What's the quickest way to get to West Sussex?"

Phil pointed to his right, "You can take the train there. It'll be a long ride, though."

"That's fine," The brunette nodded. "Thank you so much for helping me." As he was walking away, he turned around, "Love your videos by the way! Big fan!"

Phil waved in bemusement, "Thank you!"

--

"Why did I agree to this?" Nico grumbled as he kept his hands firmly in his coat pockets. He didn't even know where Heimdall sent him in Russia and it was super cold. He seemed to be in a small town that had vehicles and houses that looked frozen solid. He wasn't sure if that was just this town or Russia in general so he decided to keep his mouth shut on it.

Nico looked around in hopes of finding some place warm to sit so that he could come up with a plan and his eyes lit up when he saw what seemed to be a small inn. "Excuse me?" He stepped inside, sighing in contentment when he felt the warmth from the building. He hoped the owners spoke some English to direct him to where he should start looking.

"Yes?" An elderly man with bright blue eyes came out from the back, a wash cloth in his hands. "You want room?" His voice was thick with a Russian accent but the son of Hades was just thankful that he could understand him.

Nico shook his head but he didn't really know how to proceed. He couldn't just ask the man if he knew where Helheim was without sounding crazy. "My name's Nico. I'm in need of some information, if you could provide it."

The man smiled and put his wash cloth on the nice wood counter. "You children of Hades are so nice. I am Anatoly but you will call me Toly, da?"

"Uh, y-yes, sir," Nico nodded. "How did you know who my father is?"

"Many have searched for answers and lost ones," Anatoly said, tapping his fingers lightly on the counter. "You are not the first demigod who has come here and you will not be the last. What do you seek?"

"Helheim," The son of Hades answered, blowing lightly on his hands when they still felt cold.

Anatoly raised a silver eyebrow, "Why does a child like you seek a place like Helheim?"

"Lady Hel is my cousin's granddaughter. I only want to speak with her."

The old man studied the black-haired child before he nodded, "You have been honest with me, son of Hades, and, so, I shall be honest with you. I go by Anatoly but my true name is Caerus. I will guide you to where Móðguðr awaits."

--

Percy walked with Heimdall down the rainbow bridge and looked around at what he saw. Normally he would be in awe at Asgard but he was beyond angry and just barely controlling himself. The closer they got to Odin, the more his angry grew. He took a deep breath and released it slowly. "I'm surprised that you helped us so easily."

Heimdall glanced over at the mortal and raised an eyebrow, "I assist Asgard, that is true, but it does not mean that I agree with everything my king decides. What you and your group have planned does not harm Asgard in any way, so I do not see the hardship in assisting you."

The son of Poseidon stared at the gatekeeper before he nodded, "That makes sense. Are we almost there?"

"No," Heimdall shook his head. "You will need to change into more proper clothes if you wish to speak with the Allfather."

"I can handle it from here, Heimdall," A voice said, drawing their attention.

"My Queen," Heimdall bowed when he saw the woman. "Perseus would like to request an audience with the Allfather."

Frigga smiled at the gatekeeper, "Yes, I know. I will take him to see my husband, if that is alright with you."

"Of course."

Percy watched Heimdall leave before he faced the goddess, "You're Lady Frigga?"

The woman nodded, "Please, Frigga is fine. I understand that you have taken my sons as your own."

"I will not apologize for that," The son of Poseidon said immediately, crossing his arms. "They're mine."

Frigga inclined her head, "I understand and I am alright with it." She began walking once more, motioning for the demigod to follow.

"You're really okay with it?" Percy couldn't help but ask when he caught up with her.

"Yes," She responded. "Odin may be my husband but I will agree with you that he is not the best father. I have seen my sons happier in your company than I have when they lived here in Asgard. I will like to thank you."

Percy shook his head, "Please don't. You're not gonna like me when I'm done talking to your husband."

Frigga smiled, "You are the hero my sons spoke about a few years ago. You are Perseus Jackson, correct? I do not believe I can dislike anyone my sons hold in such high regards."

The son of Poseidon felt his cheeks heat up but he shook his head. "Your husband has wronged Loki too many times." He focused on Frigga with a serious look, "You may not be able to do much since you're his wife but I will tear Odin apart."

Song: Under the Pressure - The Score

Let me know what you thought of this chapter! I've done a lot of research so the parts focused on Norse mythology should be fairly accurate. Also, Caerus is from Greek Mythology. Does anybody know what he is the god of?
