DREW'S POV

We were here. We were finally in Charleston. Though we weren't filming just yet, I was excited to get back into the work environment. We were going to be in Charleston for two weeks, and in those two weeks we were going to get the script to the first episode of the third season. Our first table reading was in two days, and I was so excited to see where the show was going from the end of season two.

"Knock knock," I heard a familiar voice and I looked up from my suitcase to see Mallory standing in the doorframe of my bedroom. I smiled once I saw her and she smiled back. "Hey." She said softly as she stepped into my room.

"Hey," I smiled.

"Are you still unpacking?" She asked me as she looked down at my suitcase then looked back up at me.

"Kinda. I was also trying to find an outfit for dinner tonight." I told her as I put down the shirt I had in my hand. We were going to dinner soon and I was digging through most of my clothes trying to find something.

"What's wrong with the outfit you're wearing now?" Mallory asked as she looked me up and down.

"Nothing, I guess," I shrugged. "I mean I've been wearing these clothes since like 7AM, this was my airport outfit. I thought I'd freshen up for whoever has to sit next to me at dinner." I chuckled looking down at Mallory, knowing that she would be the one to sit next to me.

She giggled as she stepped closer to me and she wrapped her arms around my torso as she looked up at me. "Well," She started as she studied my face. "You showered this morning, right?" She asked and I nodded. "Coming from the girl who is most likely going to be sitting next to you at dinner, I think you're fine." Mallory smiled and I couldn't help but chuckle at her answer.

"Alright lovebirds!" I heard Chase from the hallway before he stood in front of my doorway. "T-15 minutes 'till dinner!" He announced.

Mallory and I looked over at him, still in our position with her arms wrapped around me. Mallory started laughing and I couldn't help but laugh with her.

We were all going to dinner tonight, Chase, Mads, JD, Rudy, Elaine, Maddie, Austin, Mallory and I. We flew in to Charleston a couple hours ago, and once we got to the apartment complex we stay at when we're in Charleston, we all decided to go to one of our favorite places to eat while we were here.

Though we all lived within the same complex as each other back in LA, it felt so different being in Charleston. I wasn't by myself anymore. I was currently sharing an apartment with Chase, while Mallory shared an apartment with Mads and Maddie, Rudy and Elaine were together like normal, and JD and Austin were sharing a place. Even though we all saw each other almost every day anyways, this felt like a giant sleepover. It was always such a fun time with these guys, I was excited for Mallory to be apart of this group now.

"How are we getting there?" Mallory asked as she looked between Chase and I. "Should we get ready to get an uber?"

Chase and I laughed, I thought it was cute how she thought we would have to uber. We pretty much walked wherever we went when we were in Charleston.

She looked at us in confusion and I shook my head. "We were gonna walk. It's only ten minutes away. Is that okay?" I asked her.

Mallory stomped her foot and pouted and I could tell she was messing around. "But now the person who's gonna be sitting next to you at dinner is gonna think you're all sweaty and gross."

I pretended to seem offended, scoffing at her answer. I pulled away from her and went over to Chase. "Fine, then I'll make sure my bestest buddy Chase sits next to me." I joked as I wrapped my arm around Chase.

"Fine." Mallory stated as she placed her hands on her hips. "Chase, I'll be taking your girlfriend then. She smells better than both of you anyways."

"Go ahead," Chase nodded. "You already took her for the next two weeks, what difference would this make?." He chuckled.

Mallory agreed and we all couldn't help but laugh. We now exited my room, Mallory walking down the hall in front of Chase and I to the living room where Mads and Austin were. As Chase and I walked down the hallway, he pressed his hand to my chest and stopped me from walking.

"Should I even gonna ask what I walked into?" He whispered so no one would hear our conversation.

I looked around to make sure no one was near by before I leaned in. "What are you doing Friday?" I asked him quietly, ignoring his question.

"Same thing you are buddy, gonna be here." He lightly chuckled, though he had a point.

I nodded at his response before I continued. "I may need your and Mads' help." I told him.

"Oh yeah? For what?"

"I'll tell you later, y'know, when everyone goes to bed. But uh, I-I think I'm ready - I think we're ready." Was all I said as I lightly patted his shoulder before making my way down the rest of the hallway.

I was hoping he knew what I was hinting at without me actually saying it. I didn't want to say anything important just incase they could hear me in the other room.

The past week with Mallory has been nothing but pure bliss. She made me so incredibly happy, every time we were together we would make each other smile like such idiots. She gave me butterflies in a way I've never felt before.

We spent the past week getting ready for Charleston and hanging out with the group and I loved how comfortable we were around each other now.

Though I wanted to take things slow, I think both her and I knew we were ready to make things official. I wanted to make it special, of course, so I had been thinking of the perfect way to ask her to be my girlfriend. Knowing my way around Charleston, I easily thought of something that I knew she would love, I just needed Chase and Mads' help.

"I'm hoping to see more Wheezie in season three. Julia needs more screen time." Madelyn noted and we all agreed with her.

"We definitely need to see more Wheeze." Austin agreed.

"What about you, Mal? What do you wanna see in season three?" JD asked Mallory next to me.

Because we had no idea about any details of season three, we were going around the table talking about predictions, theories, or what we wanted to see in the new season.

I looked down at Mallory, waiting for her response.

"Hm," She thought for a second. "I definitely wanna see JJ and Kie get together. And Pope and Cleo." She lightly laughed. "Oh, and I feel like Rafe needs a love interest." She smirked as she now looked up at me. I raised my eyebrows, not expecting that.

"Oh my God, yes!" Maddie added from across the table. "Someone who puts up with his shit and maybe changes him? That would be interesting."

"I third that." Rudy now said. "Plot twist, Rafe and JJ get together. I can see it now," He paused as he looked up into nothing, motioning an invisible rainbow with his hands. "Two guys who both have daddy issues and realize they have a lot more in common than they thought. Jafe."

We all burst into laughter, not expecting that.

"Maybe Topper wants to get with Rafe." Austin now butted in, trying not to laugh. "Ropper sounds better than Jafe."

"I don't know," Chase shrugged. "There was a lot of tension between John B and Rafe in that one fight scene at the end of the last episode in season two. If ya know what I'm saying." Chase winked at me and I shook my head at what my friends were talking about. They were ridiculous sometimes.

"You think John B and Rafe had tension?" JD questioned. "Have you seen Rafe and Pope's fight scenes? Rafe wanted to go for round three, there probably would've been a round four if we weren't already so hot and sweaty." JD joked.

I couldn't with these guys. We were all sitting at the dinner table of this restaurant, laughing our asses off, and some of the guests around us probably thought we were so obnoxious.

"Okay," I now said as my laughing settled down. "Rafe's got hoes. What can I say?" I shrugged.

"Yeah you do." Chase nodded as he sent me another wink and I shot one back at him as I sent him a kiss.

"You guys are something else." Mallory laughed as she shook her head.

We continued our dinner talking about the new season. We were all so excited because we had no idea what to expect. This show could go in so many different directions and the writers did a phenomenal job at creating plot lines and twists. 

We were so excited.

hi sry for the late update i was at school all day and i volunteer at my local fire company so i've been there all night like i just got home a lil while ago and its after midnight now lmao

anywaysss i was gonna publish my rafe story tonight but i was very busy today and i didn't have time to edit it/perfect it the way i wanted to, so i promise it'll be out friday. ill let y'all know when its posted!!
