False heat drugs are something created by witches. They include essential oils, nature extracts, regular drugs and of course, spells. Since they are produced via magic and spells, they don't have an antitode.

Not a lot of people use these drugs. That is is because they are really expensive. And they can cause a lot of pain if not used correctly.

Heat not only painful, but complicated too.

A lot of people confuse heat with sexual desire or arousal. But they are different.

Sexual arousal is usually for a particular person and due to action/situation- like by someone grinding against you, or you being involved in a sexual activity. Whereas, heat is not for a particular person and is a matter of time. Like, a marked wolf falls into hear every new moon until mating is completed.

Heat is just the unquenchable need/demand of your body for release.

If a werewolf's human mate is in heat- then only his/her mate can quench it. Whereas, if a werewolf's werewolf mate is in heat, he/she will be attracted by every person of opposite sex. (With the exception of gays, lesbians, and mated wolves.)

That is what makes heat risky.

When in heat, your body produces special oils and hormones that make your scent ten times sweeter and attractive. The smell of your arousal is detected by the wolfs of other werewolves and that triggers their want to quench it.

A wolf is extremely sensitive to the scent of anyone's heat arousal and it triggers the it to feel attracted to that person - mate or not.

So these drugs are mostly used by non-mate wolfs (who aren't mates by fate) so that they can complete their mating process.

Or by kidnappers to exploit someone.

The second my body started burning without any reason, I knew it. I knew he injected me with this.

That fucking bastard.

Screams left my throat as a burning sensation started from my core to my heart and then finally settled in my head.

My head began spinning like crazy and my stomach throbbed in pain.

I wanted to peel off every fabric of cloth off me. Seriously. It was too hot to wear clothes.

But I had dignity. I was not alone. I was not in my home. And there are people here.

It doesn't start with a burning sensation though, it starts with a pain in your heart. Because your wolf is wailing for not being fully mated, then it goes down to the womanhood, where it starts to burn.

Droplets of sweat formed on my forehead and I sucked in a deep breathe, trying to calm myself.

From the corner of my eye I saw Chance beat Xander down and for the first time ever I was thankful of him.

Xander. Another reason I wanted to take my clothes off and take a shower. I wanted to scrub every every trace of his touch and existence. He disgusts me.

Another wave of heat hit me and I screamed. Clenching my head, I sat with my head between my knees and rocked back and forth.

Tears fell down my eyes but it didn't matter.

Know I understood why heat makes you desperate. I could do anything to stop this torture.

But I won't. Not rightnow. I hate Chance too much for that rightnow.

He doesn't deserve me.

I looked up to see Chance walking up towards me with a storm raging in his eyes. He raised a hand up to cup my cheek but I flinched away.

He will hurt me again. I just know it. He always does it.

I won't let him hurt me.

I won't let him hurt me again.

That's what I told myself again and again and again but the thought of having my wicked way with him in this state was way too tempting.

I buried my face in my knees and tried to ignore the dirty things my wolf was putting in my head, and how good he smelled right now.

Ignore him, Oli. Ignore him.

A few minutes passed and I thought that he had gone but suddenly a pair of arms wrapped around me making me gasp in surprise.

I jumped up in surprise to see the face of my childhood best friend/ crush and immediately my mind went blank.

I knew I would see him today. But like this...?

"Ryder?" I whispered, my eyes gazing intently at his face which had changed a bit.

He was definitely even more attractive now. His dirty blonde hair were unruly and stuck messily in all directions making him look hot and carefree as usual. His sea blue eyes sparkled with concern and compassion and his lips moved as he said something I couldn't comprehend.

Oh god, I missed him so much.

"Ryder!" I almost shouted in Glee and jumped in his arms, wrapping my hands around his neck, I clunged to him like my life depended on it. He was really here.

"Livy," he whispered and hugged me back, resting his cheek above my head as I buried my face in his chest.

I inhaled his familiar scent my nerves calmed a bit.

"Are you okay?" He asked, pulling away. His eyes travelled a over me, to see any signs of injury but I shook my head smiling.

He smiled at me too and we shared a sweet moment before he furrowed his eyebrows and lifted his nose to sniff.

His body froze and his pupils became dilated.

It didn't take me long to know what happened and I mentally smacked myself for not being careful.

He knows I am in heat! Unmated males are crazy and hard to handle if they come in the vicinity of a female in heat. They get all ballistic and desperate to mate her.

I started to move away from him but his hold on me was steel strong. He hadn't tried anything yet, and I trusted him, but I didn't want to take any chances.

But before I could ask him to let me go, Ryder's body was peeled away from my side and he was thrown to the other side of the room by a very furious looking Chance.
