Ashley's POV

He gritted his teeth. He breathed deeply as he asked. "Does he know? " He cleared his throat as he added. "About Aspen?"

I nodded shyly. "Before birth I have told him." I walked towards him as I said, giving him an apologetic look. "James, I am sorry for getting you into this mess, but believe me I didn't know that he is your brother. If I knew it, I would never accept this plan." I took a deep breath as I continued. "When I saw him here, I was shocked. It was a disaster for me, but I couldn't do anything. It was too late for stopping this."

He took a deep breath, running his hand through his hair as he threw the photo onto the couch.

After a few silence seconds, he asked as he plunged his eyes into mine. "Do you still love him?"

I looked at him, surprised. I didn't expect this question. He caught me off guard. I blushed, averting my gaze.

He gave me a fake laugh. "I got it." He said in a sad voice.

He grabbed his jacket and stormed out without letting me say anything.

I held my head in my hands as I sat down on the bed.

Damn it!

I should inform Blaze that James had found out about us. I grabbed my phone and called him. A few seconds later, he picked up my call.

"Did you miss me?" He asked playfully as soon as he picked up his phone.

"Blaze...James has found out about us." I said all in one breath.

"....."

"Blaze?"

He cleared his throat as he asked. "How?"

I breathed deeply and started explaining.

"Shit!" He hissed. "It is bad. He should have heard this from me, not that way." He said.

"It is all my fault." I said in guilty.

"No, baby. It is not your fault. Don't even think about it. I will talk to him. Don't worry." He tried to reassure me. But it didn't stop me from feeling guilty.

When I didn't say anything, he added. "Hey, baby, trust me. Everything will be perfect. I love you so much." He reassured me.

I smiled slightly. I was thankful for him for his support. My mood got a little better than earlier.

"I love you too." I said.

Blaze's POV

After I had hung up my phone, I called James afterwards. It rang a while, but he didn't pick up.

Damn it!

I ran my hand through my hair.

A few seconds later, my phone buzzed. I looked at the screen. It was from James. He sent me the address where he was waiting for me. I grabbed my jacket and left the company.

I stopped my car as I arrived at the destination. James was already here, waiting for me. He was leaning against his car, his arms folded over his chest.

I took a deep breath and got out of the car. I stopped in front of him and put my hand into my pocket.

He was tense. I felt it from here. It wouldn't be an easy conversation. He gave me a death glare.

In a split second, I was on the ground. My lips were bleeding.

My jaw clenched. I gritted my teeth, trying to calm down as I wiped the blood off my lips with my thumb.

"Are we going to fight? Or will you listen to me?" I said bitterly as I got up.

"What exactly should I know?!" He asked mockingly. "How did you laugh behind my back?!" He barked, his eyes were burning with anger.

I frowned as I said. "James..."

He interrupted me as he wanted to punch me again. But this time, I was on guard; I grabbed his wrist and turned him around, leaning him against the car.

" Damn it, James! For heaven's sake, let me explain." I snapped, annoyed.

"Let go of me!" He yelled at me, squirming.

"Ok! I will, but you will listen to me." I said as I released him.

He turned around as he looked at me furiously. I started explaining.

He ran his hand through his hair angrily as I started explaining.

"Do you think it was easy for me to see the woman, who I love desperately, in my brother's arms. And more as his wife." I shook my head as I remembered how I had felt. "It felt like I was dying every second when I saw you with her." I admitted honestly. "We were going to tell...but you have found out about it before we could tell." I sighed.

He shook his head. He sighed as he closed his eyes.

He opened his eyes and said. "I love her."

I looked at him, dumbfounded. I couldn't believe my ears. Did he just say.....? I shook my head, clenching my fist.

No! No! No!

He gave me a fake smile as he got in his car and drove. I watched his leave, frozen in my place in shock.

Ashley's POV

I saw Blaze parking his car. I had been waiting for him for more than an hour. It was midnight. Everyone was sleeping, excluding me. I was so worried. I went downstairs.

"Blaze?" I approached him.

He wrapped his arms around me, hugging me tightly without saying anything. I hugged him back. My anxiety increased as I saw him in this state. He was gloomy.

I pulled back a little, still in his arms as I asked. "What happened? Is James so angry at us?"

He sighed as he pulled back. He rested his hand on my cheek and kissed my forehead.

"He will survive." He said bitterly.

I looked at him with questioning eyes. He took a deep breath.

"Let's talk in the study room." I nodded, and we went to the study room.

We were sitting on the couch in silence while he was drinking some whiskey, his arm wrapped around my shoulder. He hadn't been saying anything since we came here.

I lifted my head up from his chest as I asked, concerned. "What happened, Blaze? Is it too bad?"

He looked at me and sighed. He rested his elbows on his thighs as he stared at me.

"He told me that he loved you." He said all in one breath.
