Ashley 's POV

I just watched him leave. He had caught me off guard. My heart was still beating fast. My mind was blank; I couldn't think. When we were close, I felt butterflies in my stomach. It seemed that the time stopped, and everyone disappeared. Just he and I.

I shook my head. Get a grip, Ashley! You know what he just wants. Don't fool yourself! I breathed deeply and got up.

I took a shower and put my clothes on.

I met up with Kelly at the mall. We were in the store. Kelly was looking at the clothes, but my mind was elsewhere; I was thinking about this morning. I couldn't stop myself from thinking about Blaze. If he didn't pull away, we would kiss. But why did he pull away? And his expression was different like he was shocked or confused. But why? Did he feel...No,Ashley! Of course,no! He is just a skilful playboy. I shook my head, annoyed.

"Hey,Ashley! You lost in your thoughts. What are you thinking about?" Kelly asked.

"Hmm?" I looked at her, puzzled.

She raised her eyebrow in a curious expression.

I bit my lower lip, crossing my arms on my chest. "Nothing." I muttered, avoiding her gaze, my cheeks blushed.

"Tell me now!" She asked, giving me a knowing smile.

I shrugged my shoulders as I said. "Blaze....he came to the gym this morning."

She raised her eyebrow. An amused smile appeared on her face. "And?"

"Nothing more." I replied, biting my lower lip, trying to hide my emotions.

"Your cheeks are red." She smiled happily. "Did he kiss you?" She asked loudly.

"Kelly!" I warned her, looking at the people beside us, blushing.

"Sorry." She gave me an apologetic look and looked at me with a ' Spill the beans' look.

"No...but we were almost going to kiss." I sighed.

She looked at me, confused. I told her about this morning.

"Hmm. It is interesting. Why didn't he kiss you,then?" She asked,puzzled.

I shrugged my shoulders. "I am asking myself this question, too?"

"Maybe....he felt something, too." She looked at me.

"I don't think so." I muttered.

Why was I disappointed? This question was crossing my mind too.

I breathed deeply. "Ok, let's forget him. We know who he is."

Kelly sighed. "Ashley, when do you stop shutting yourself off from men? While you are trying to protect yourself from getting hurt, you are skipping your possibility of being happy,too. Without giving a chance, you can not know if he is good or bad. Just try. "

I looked at her without saying anything, thinking about it.

Blaze's POV

I was looking at Ashley's photos on her Instagram account. She was so beautiful and sexy. I couldn't get her out of my mind. I wanted to taste her red soft lips. Damn! Why did I pull back when we were going to kiss? I was overwhelmed by my feelings.

"Hey! What is the reason for your sheepish smile?" My brother asked while he was putting on his jacket.

I looked up at him. I wasn't aware of my smile. I cleared my throat as I said indifferently. "Nothing."

I looked at him from toe and head. A playful smirk appeared on my face. "Where are you going?"

He wore a black suit, and his perfume filled the room.

"I am meeting up with my friend." He replied.

I raised my eyebrow with a curious expression on my face. "Friend? Does a friend of yours have slender legs?" I asked, smirking.

"Blaze! We are just friends. Don't talk bullshit!" He snapped.

I raised my hands in the air in a surrender gesture. "As you say, though." I grinned. "But now, I know, she is a girl." I added, amused.

"I am not like you, lil bro." He gave me a sarcastic smirk.

"Yes, you are a boring one." I joked as I stood up. I tapped his shoulder as I said. "Good luck,bro!" I smirked and left.

I greeted Mike and Dan as I approached them. We ordered our drinks.

"How is your mission going?" Mike asked, smirking.

"Working on it." I replied dryly.

The corner of his lips curled up. "I can not wait to drive my new car." He said.

"Only in your dreams!" I gave him an arrogant smirk as I looked at the girl who was looking at me for a while.

I took the last sip from my drink and put the glass down. "See you." I said as I walked towards the girl.

Ashley 's POV

When I looked up Kelly, she was looking behind my back, smirking.

I asked as I gave her a curious look. "Why are you smirking?" I turned around looking at where she was looking at and saw a pair of familiar eyes. Blaze. His signature smirk plastered on his face.

I looked at him, surprised.

He winked at me as he walked towards us. "Hi, beautiful ladies." He greeted us.

I rolled my eyes at his attitude. Here, we go again.

It had been a week that I had been seeing him everywhere I went; he was following me like a shadow. But I couldn't understand how he had known where I would go.

"Hi. Blaze? Am I right?" Kelly asked, giving him a warm smile.

Shit! I hit her leg under the table. She shrugged her shoulders, giving me an innocent smile. But I had known my friend very well; I was sure she did it purposely. I will murder you, Kelly!

Blaze looked at me, his mouth curled up into a self-satisfied smirk. Then, he said looking at Kelly." The one and only...Could I join you?"

"Of course." Kelly replied.

I looked at her with wide eyes, cursing her several times on my mind.

Blaze sat down and called a waiter. After ordering his coffee, he gave me a smirk and turned towards Kelly. He started asking her questions, totally ignoring me.

I crossed my arms over my chest, listening to them, totally bored. Blaze was ignoring me like I did not even exist.

I frowned and stood up. They looked at me. Finally!

"I have to go. Bye." I said dryly as I grabbed my bag and left.

They can talk how much they want now. I will not disturb them anymore.

I was walking in quick steps as someone grabbed my arm and pulled me towards his firm chest. Without realising what was going on, I felt his lips against mine.
