"Please tell me I didn't embarrass myself too much last night, sweetheart?" Hunter's arms tightened around me.

"You passed out before I got anything interesting out of you." I turned to face him.

"Explains the slight headache. You're going to have to drive."

"Hunter." I groaned, "That wasn't part of the deal."

"I think it makes sense." He kissed the top of my nose and I blushed.

"Fine. Just put the address in the GPS and then you can sleep in the car, we have to be out here in..." I leaned over to check the clock and jumped out of bed when I realized how late it was, "Shit. We have to be out here in 10 minutes."

"Okay. Change and then we'll leave."

"Hunter, I can't meet your parents dirty." I looked down at my greasy hair and make up smudged face, I hadn't showered last night so my hair was a mess from the products and I forgot to wash my make up off.

Hunter laughed, "It doesn't matter, you can shower at my house. Just fix the face."

I glared at him, "Wait. I have a plan."

I ran into the bathroom changed, sprayed my hair with dry shampoo, used my make up removal wipes, applied basic make up then a lot of deodorant and even more perfume.

"Woah. That's impressive." Hunter smirked when I stepped outside, he was thankfully already changed and he had packed out bags for us.

"Thanks for the bags." I opened my mine and threw in the last few things from the bathroom and the little toiletries the hotel left for us.

"You're taking those?" Hunter pointed to the miniature shampoo.

"It's free. They put it there for me to use so that's what I'm gonna do."

"You make a good point, now let's go." Hunter grabbed our bags and I locked the door.

-

"Hunt, I think we're here." I tapped him lightly on his shoulder to wake him up.

"Yeah, this is it." He was wide awake as if he hadn't even slept in the first place.

"Headache?" I asked.

"Gone."

Hunter lived in a house slightly larger than mine with a big front lawn.

"We can get our bags later." He got out the car and knocked on the front door. A young boy opened it and his eyes widened when he saw Hunter.

"Hunter!" He jumped into Hunter's arms and Hunter caught him. I stayed behind them watching the two.

"Hey Jude."

Jude looked over at me and gasped, "She's stunning."

"I know." Hunter whispered back and gently put Jude back down and he ran towards me. My cheeks were still flushed from Hunter's comment.

"I'm Jude." He looked up me for a second and then gave my legs a hug.

I ruffled his hair, "I'm Emilia."

"Hey, you don't usually let people touch your hair." Hunter said looking down at Jude. Jude's hair was completely different compared to Hunter's dark hair. Jude had big, blonde curls and Hunter's was dark and shorter.

"I'll make an exception." He whispered and ran back into the house screaming for his mom.

"Your parents a big Beatles fan?" I laughed.

Hunter nodded and lead me inside. His mom was inside holding a small baby. I gasped at how small and adorable the baby was.

"Hunter, you didn't tell me you had younger siblings." I whispered.

"Surprise." He laughed.

Hunter's mom stepped closer and she offered her hand out while balancing her baby in the other, "I'm June and this is little Cath." She held the baby up for me to see.

"I'm Emilia."

"I know, darling." Hunter's mom laughed and I looked at her surprised.

"You've got a stunning family."

Hunter tugged his collar and smirked.

"Jude and Cath, I mean." Hunter's mom laughed at Hunter's reaction.

"Would you like to hold her?" She looked down at Cath. I nodded and she passed her to me.

"Hey Cath." I moved the blanket slightly away from her face and whispered, "You know, one of my favorite book character's name is Cath. She's a great baker and she's really brave too, I'm sure you'll be better than her though."

The little girl squirmed in my arms and then smiled a hearty gum smile.

"That's a first." June smiled and I passed Cath back to her mom, "You're very good with children. Especially this one over here." She nodded towards Hunter.

I laughed and Hunter crossed his arms, "Thanks."

Jude came running back into the room looking up at his mom, "Isn't she gorgeous, mom?" He could barely say the word but he put so much passion into it, it made me smile.

"She is." Hunter's mom replied and looked back at me smiling.

"Can I have ice cream, please?" Jude asked politely.

"No, honey. You can have ice cream after dinner."

"We could take him?" Hunter offered.

"Please!" Jude begged.

"Alright then." His mom agreed.

Jude grabbed mine and Hunter's hand and he pulled us out the door.

"You never told me you had siblings, Hunt." I repeated.

"You never asked."

"Touché." I laughed.

-

"Emilia, you know Hunter always talks about you." Jude said as I sat down next to him with our ice creams in hand.

"No I don't." Hunter was blushing.

"That's how I know so much about you."

"And what do you know?" I asked, I was enjoying Jude's company.

"You write stories, your favorite color is red - oh and I mustn't forget blue -which means that you look the prettiest when you wear blue because it matches your eyes. You live with my brother, you're a really good baker and you take pretty pictures. You can beat up boys. You dated a dick, I don't know what that means."

I looked at Hunter and he shrugged, "It's true. But don't say that word again little guy."

I laughed, "Anything else?"

"You sing really well and you have a sister but Hunter says you won't tell him about her. So you're pretty closed off and - "

"Do u want some more ice cream, bud?" Hunter interrupted.

"I haven't even finished my first scoop." Jude giggled.

I swallowed and looked down at the table, Hunter reached for my hand but I moved it before he could touch me.

I looked back up at Jude and put on a smile, "Well, that's not fair that you know so much about me and I didn't even know about you."

Jude spent the rest of the afternoon talking and I spent the rest of the day ignoring Hunter.
