🍪Ellie's P.O.V

"Little black dress. Just walked into the roooom! Makin' heads turn, can't stop looking at you! It's so right," I sang, my right hand held the vacuum machine as I vacuum the final area before I was done.

It was a beautiful Saturday morning, around 8:00. It was the morning after we got kicked out from Joey's diner and I woke up quite energetic and decided to be a useful daughter for the day and do some of the chores.

I was in my cookie themed pj's, my hair in a messy bun, and was dancing along to one direction's little black dress song that was playing from the JBL speaker.

Dad and Mom were in the kitchen, preparing breakfast while Theodore was still fast asleep. He slept quite late last night considering he ate three scoops of ice cream and had a bit of a sugar rush.

Imagine Dad's surprise when he walked in at 11:30 pm from work with Mom and I laying in the living room in heaps of giggle as Theodore playfully wrestled with us.

Dad was the only one who managed to get him to sleep.

The bell rang, stopping me from mid-dance. I turned the vacuum off, setting it down before making my way towards the door.

"Good morning boo! I came to pick you up this fine morning, we're going to a waterpark!" She cheered, giving me a quick hug before casually strolling to the kitchen.

I shook my head, closing the door before following after her. She was already seated to one of the chairs when I entered, my mom standing on the stove as she cooked some bacon and my dad behind her, leaning against the countertop.

"Are you done? Ark said you're going to the water park to meet some friends," Mom smirked, glancing at me.

At the mention of friends, I threw a confused look at Ark who only gave me a cheeky smile in response.

"I'm done and I'm not going," I said, shaking my head and taking the opposite seat next to her.

"Nope, you're going honey. It's a Saturday! Go and enjoy the heat and find yourself some hunky shirtless alpha male! Right Rob?" She encouraged, glancing at dad.

At the mention of his name, my dad gave me an alarmed look. He cleared his throat, all eyes turning to him, one in particular had her gaze narrowed.

"I-I think you should go sweetie," Dad said lamely, scratching the back of his head awkwardly.

Mom gave him a satisfied smile,"See? No more protest. Eat some breakfast first, the both of you, and get ready afterwards Ellie," Mom said, turning back to the bacon.

At the mention of my name, I knew that I didn't have any say in the matter and it was final.

"Fine but you're buying me cold drinks," I agreed, giving Ark a pointed look.

She agreed without a second and our conversation moved into another topic. We both cheered when mom placed a plate of bacon and french toast on the the table, the heavenly scent making my stomach grumble.

After breakfast, Ark volunteered to prepare my bag and ushered me to the bathroom. Not knowing that it would bite me in the ass later, I took a shower.

I changed into high waisted shorts, a grey ribbed crop top, and my flip flops. I braided my hair and applied a bit of lip balm and sunscreen.

"Be safe and enjoy! I love you both!" Mom called out, as we made our way towards the front door.

"We will! We love you too!" Ark answered back, closing the door after me.

"Who were you referring when you said friends?" I asked, opening the door to the backseat and placing my bag there along with Ark's before moving to the passenger seat.

"You'll see when we get there," She answered simply, turning the ignition on and backing away from the driveway.

"Fine," I grumbled, knowing that she wouldn't tell me no matter how much I force it out of her.

She chuckled lightly before turning the radio on. A song by Ariana Grande was being played and we both immediately started to sing along.

The rest of the drive was filled with our voices trying to reach different high note and ended up laughing when we couldn't.

"W-what the hell?" I thought out loud, eyeing the parking lot that was brimmed with cars and teenagers who were excitedly making their way towards the entrance of the waterpark.

"Why are there so many people here? Shit Ark! look! Don't they go to our school?" I asked, eyeing the people that the car passed by as we tried to find a parking space.

"Did I forget to mention that it's a birthday party?" Ark randomly asked, parking the car at the end of the lot.

"What the hell? Yes you did!" I replied, taking my bag from the backseat and stepping out of the car.

I tapped my foot impatiently as I waited for her to get out. She gave me a sheepish look when she saw my scowl.

"What's happening Ark? Who's birthday it this?" I asked, both of us making our way towards the entrance.

A few students glanced at us and I couldn't help but glare this time at them. Clearly not in the mood for some idiotic gossip that would once again begin.

"It's Jayden and Hayden's birthday today. Valentino messaged me last night and told me that both of us are invited and the twins will be expecting us." She replied, pulling her sunglasses on.

"And you didn't tell me this earlier because?" I trailed off, looking at her with disbelief.

She snorted,"I'm not an idiot boo, you wouldn't be here with me right now if I told you earlier. You've been avoiding them ever since Alec walked you to your class!" She accused, her lips pursing in annoyance.

At the mention of Alec, my cheeks started to heat up and I crossed my arms in a defensive manner making Ark raised her hands up in disbelief.

"See? How many times do I tell you that Alec wasn't bothered by your little peck! I could assure you that every time he asks for you during lunch," Ark exclaimed, catching the eyes of a few students.

Ever since the peck on the cheek incident, I felt freaking shy and embarrassed to see Alec and the boys. Ark has been sitting with them while I hid in the library and secretly ate lunch there.

Ark wanted to eat lunch with me but I rejected her idea and told her to eat with them so that it wouldn't be suspicious and make up some lie for me. Besides, it was her chance to hang out with her future boyfriend and I wouldn't be a bad friend and ruin her chances getting to know Val because of my idiotic actions.

I immediately shushed her and felt my cheeks heat up even more. Gods, the sun isn't exactly fricking helping either.

The guy that were guarding the entrance eyed us when we passed by and I couldn't help but glare at him when I saw he was checking out Ark with his beady eyes.

Ark was wearing a black one piece bikini that was low at the back, paired it with high waisted shorts that showed of her long legs, and some slippers. Ark left hair ombre hair down and had waterproof mascara and some lip tint on.

When we entered the small reception and went straight to the bathroom to change, we passed by where the pool was and I couldn't help but gape at the sight of senior students dancing wildly at the music that was being played by a DJ. A booth was set up with loud speakers on each side.

At the corner was a small building that had glass walls and I could see through it a long table with various foods in it. There were a few students inside and were eating on the tables that were set up too.

"They rented the whole waterpark?" I stammered out, glancing at Ark who looked surprise as well.

"From what Val told me, yes, but I didn't expect that they invited almost the whole students in our school. I saw a few juniors and sophomores entering with us," Ark said, glancing at me.

"How rich are they exactly?" I mumbled to myself, glancing at some of the girls who were sun bathing.

I sighed, feeling uncomfortable at the thought of wearing a bikin— I gasped, steering my wide eyes to face an innocent looking Ark.

"You did not! Tell me you didn't Ark!" I whispered loudly, finally entering the bathroom with her in tow. Thankfully, there weren't any people and we could talk all we want.

"I didn't," She replied, a guilty smile gracing her features.

I placed the bag on the counter and opened to see the contents inside. I scowled at the sight of the two-piece swimsuit and lifted it up with my finger.

"Aaaark! WHY? You should've brought the rash guard one!" I exclaimed, feeling self-conscious.

"Nope, you wear this! Just because you have small tits doesn't mean you can't show off those perky ass of yours!" She said, pushing me inside the stall with the bikini on my hand.

"Aaark! You know how I feel about my body," I grimaced, giving her a pleading stare.

She took a hold of my shoulder,"Stop hiding Ellie and learn to accept who you are! Who cares if you have small tits? Own it and flaunt it!" She said, giving me a serious look.

I sighed,"Promise me you wouldn't leave my side?" I softly said, tightening my hold on the bikini.

She gave me a soft smile,"I would stick at you like a blu tack strip boo. I promise, now go change." She ordered, closing the bathroom stall.

I took deep breaths while I changed into the flimsy material. Giving myself a small pep talk and went out of the stall.

Ark had already stripped out of shorts and was looking good in her one piece bikini. She let out a huge smile upon seeing me and pulled me in for a short encouraging hug.

"Dayuum! You look fucking gucci boo! Alec's gonna bust a nut when he sees you flaunting all of that!" Ark giggled.

"Thank you A, but isn't it a bit too much?" I shyly asked, turning to face the mirror

I couldn't help but appreciate how the top fit snugly on my boobs, showing off a hint of cleavage. I turned to side and couldn't help but feel conscious at the fact that my ass cheeks were quite exposed. The color red contrasted nicely on my pale body and a few freckles on my back were exposed.

She snorted,"It's not, I promise boo besides the girls outside wore skimpier bikini than this! They're showing off their gifts and you should too!" She said, handing me the sunblock.

Surprisingly the bathroom had a locker area but only a few of it were being used. We decided to leave our things there and locked it, placing the key in Ark's phone case.

"I texted Val that we're here while you were changing and he told me to meet him in the building earlier where the food was," She said, giving a smile to some of the students who greeted her.

Ark wasn't popular but she was a social butterfly hence people knew her and was familiar with her.

I awkwardly nodded and pushed a strand of my wavy hair behind my ear. I decided to unbraid my hair earlier so that it could somehow hide some of my exposed skin and freckled back.

"What rides do you want to try later?" Ark asked, turning to look at me.

"I wanna try those mini-funnel rides! and I saw they have some raft rides and those huge slides that we could race one another," I answered, growing excited at the thought of getting wet with cold water.

"Oooh! I always wanted to try those! You better not back out the last minute," Ark teased, bumping her shoulders with mine.

We entered the building where we saw the food was earlier and I couldn't help but be tempted to eat one of the chocolate mousse when I saw someone passed by with it.

"There you both are! Damn girls! Both of you are looking fireee!" Valentino complimented, dragging the 'e' at the end.

"I could say the same to you Val," Ark shot back, giving him a teasing smile.

I couldn't help but agree with Ark. Valentino was shirtless like most of the boys here are, showcasing his abs that were currently being checked out by some girls who passed by us. His blonde hair was pushed back and a wide smile adorned his lips, his green eyes covered by a pair of sun glasses.

"Thank you m'lady! Now, let's go! They're all waiting for us in the other pool! Don't worry that area is only secluded for us," Val said, wrapping his arms around our shoulders and steering us to its direction.

"Why did you invite these students if you preferred being secluded from them?" I couldn't help but ask.

"Some rich jocks a few days ago were mocking us about no one wanting to attend a party we'd throw for the twins and this is the big 'fuck you' that we'd decided to throw at their face," He smirked, a smug tone in his voice.

"They're just jealous of you guys. It's because you guys are not even trying to make the crowd like you and yet they love you," Ark pointed out.

I nodded in agreement, feeling angry at how the twins were always being taunted by people who have nothing to do with their fucking lives.

Valentino and Ark made small talk as we continued walking, the sound of rushing water meeting my ears and enjoyed the heat of the sun on my skin.

I hope I get a tan.

"Oh, just a heads up, you better watch out sweet chick. Alec's pissed that you've been avoiding him and not having lunch with us," Val swiftly said, staring straight a head with a huge grin.

I snapped out of my thoughts and followed his line of direction and was surprised to see the pool area was brimmed with half-naked guys goofing around in the pool.

A few girls were sunbathing whilst talking to one another. I felt confused, these people didn't go to our school and Ark knew it too, glancing at me with a curious look.

A three tents were set up at the far end and underneath one tent was was a table that had food in it. A cooler was next to it and I knew it was filled with beer seeing some guys throwing it to their pals.

"Happy birthday guys!" Ark chirped at the twins, once we were close enough to them.

In the second tent was where Hayden and Jayden were standing next to Chase, who had their backs turned to us and was talking to Alec who was sitting on what seemed to be a folding chairs and a guy I didn't know next to him.

"Happy birthday Jayden and Hayden! I hope you're having a blast," I joined in, giving them a smile.

They both turned around, a wide smile gracing their features and came up to us to pull as each for a hug.

"Thank you," They both chorused out, their grey eyes twinkling with gratitude.

I felt my cheeks heat up at feeling their wet and bare skin from the hug, an amused smile graced both their features when they notice it

"Look who decided to finally grace us with her presence," I turned around and saw Chase grinning at me.

The gorgeous hunk of a mountain had droplets of water trailing down from his wet hair and into his grey swimming trunks.

"Hi Chase," I greeted shyly, feeling the stares of the guys that were in the pool.

Ark seeming to notice my discomfort, move to the other side to block some of the guy's stare and looped her arm into mine.

"Hi Red," He grinned, before turning to Val with a glare and moving his head lightly to the side where the pool area was.

Val nodded before giving us both a salute and jumped into the pool, swimming towards the unfamiliar guys who suddenly straightened up at the sight of him.

"Don't be shy! It's our birthday so please try to enjoy," Hayden said to us, a sweet smile on his lips as he canon balled into the pool.

I was surprised when Jayden took a hold of Ark's wrist and pulled her along into the pool with him.

Ark was about to protest, her promise clear between us but I shook my head and gave her a nod instead. Ark gave me a panicked look but I just giggled as Jayden pushed her into the pool. Hayden immediately making his way towards where she popped up a few seconds later.

"Ti dispiace se mi presentassi capo?" My gaze darted back to the unfamiliar guy that was next to Alec.

(Can I introduce myself boss?)

Now that nothing wasn't blocking my view from him, I felt my mouth dry when my eyes finally landed on a shirtless Alec.

He had black swimming trunks on and like Val, he was shirtless, his body glistening against the sun. I couldn't help but trail my eyes to his exposed tattoos and bit my lip in appreciation.

My gaze lifted up to his face and felt myself gulp when I saw he had his eyes already on me and had a scowl on his lips.

I couldn't help but wrap my arm around my mid-section when I saw his eyes trailing across my body, a sudden heat trailing on my skin at his action leaving me quite flustered.

He cut eye contact and glance at the guy,"Vai avanti ma guarda le tue parole, lei non lo sa." He replied fluently, an accent rolling off his tongue that made him ten times hotter.

(Go ahead but watch your words, she doesn't know)

The guy nodded before standing up, a friendly smile gracing his features.

"Hi, I'm Connor Bianchi. It's nice to meet you," He said, a hint of accent in his voice, offering me his hand to shake.

"Hi, I'm Ellie Haven and that was my best friend, Ark." I smiled back, returning his hand shake.

Connor was quite an interesting guy, like Alec, he had tattoos adorning his body but what caught my eye was a bird that was on his right shoulder and its seems that feathers were falling off of its wings.

He had beautiful hazel eyes that contrasted nicely against his olive skin tone, his chestnut hair was messy and a few hickeys were visible across his chest and neck clearly a sign that he was taken.

"Babe! Let's go and try those rides!" I watched one of the girls who were sunbathing earlier called him.

Connor glanced at her, a dimple popping as his smile became even wider before he gave me a brief nod and to Alec before walking over to her.

The moment Connor left, the tension between Alec and I intensified. Chase seemed to notice it, letting out a chuckle upon noticing my pleading stare directed to him.

"I'll talk to you later red, it seems that you have some explaining to do," Chase smirked, turning around and walking towards the boys.

I couldn't help but stare in surprise when I saw a tattoo in between his shoulder blades. It was of a woman who had her back facing me, a set of feathered wings sprouting on her back, what made me intrigued though was the fire that seemed to slowly capture the feathered wings of that woman.

"Smetti di controllarlo and tell me why you have been avoiding me," At the sound of Alec's firm voice, siren sounds started flashing in my head.

(Stop staring at him)

I turned to him hesitantly and couldn't stop the nervous chuckle that escaped my lips. He leaned back in his seat, a brow raised and a scowl on his lips.

"Avoid who? What are you talking about?" I innocently asked, taking the vacant seat next to him.

He glared,"You know what I'm talking about biscotto, is this about the peck thing?" He asked, his eyes burning at the side of my face.

I felt my cheeks flush,"What? Hell No! I was busy okay? I had homework! Lots and lots of it! Mr. Pimp kept giving me assignments and huge tasks!" I lied, my head nodding along to what I was saying.

Alec nodded,"Really? Because I remember having that same class with you and not once, did I heard Mr. Pimp announce that we had an assignment." He replied smoothly.

I gaped,"D-Did I say Mr. Pimp? I meant Ms. Coax! Stupid me, I probably got their names mixed u—" I
